Huma Abedin Backed Up Classified Emails to Anthony Weiner's Computer, Despite Telling the FBI She Had Not Done So

Lock 'em up.

EXCLUSIVE: Huma Abedin backed up her emails to Anthony Weiner's laptop after leaving the State Department – even though she said on oath and to FBI agents that she did no such thing

An examination of emails released by the State Department shows that backup copies were created in the dates after Clinton left the State Department in 2013

The messages were archived from 'BBB Backup' and 'LoaderBackup' from a BlackBerry Bold 9700

The FBI discovered the emails on Anthony Weiner's laptop after it was seized just weeks before the 2016 election

At least five messages released this week were marked 'Classified' which included discussions on Israel and other Middle Eastern issues from 2010 - 2012

Huma Abedin had told FBI that she did not have a method of preserving the emails she exchanged on a private server with her boss

She also claimed to have lost most of them as a result of the transition from the State Department - which she left on January 20, 2013

Huma Abedin backed up copies of her emails with Hillary Clinton to her pervert husband Anthony Weiner's laptop, DailyMail.com can disclose - conflicting with her account to the FBI and in court that she did not preserve the conversations.

An examination by DailyMail.com of emails released by the State Department shows that backup copies of many of Abedin's work-related messages with Clinton were created in the dates after Clinton left the State Department in early 2013.

The emails, released at the end of December, show that they had been put on Weiner's laptop by a BlackBerry archiving program.

A tech expert told Dailymail.com that Abedin would have to have activated the backup program and may well have plugged her device into the laptop - raising further questions over her testimony to the FBI.

...

Like Clinton, she was cleared by then FBI director James Comey in the wake of the investigation into the former Secretary of State and her staff's handling of classified material.

98 What sort of "immunity" does an investigator have when it's clear their bias invades a case.

All of this needs to be reopened, if nothing else, Hillary and her cronies make a great sideshow to point to.

But the entire FBI needs to be cleared out and just firing these people is not enough, but a good start.

131 I always said, when Comey found Clinton not guilty - Clinton should have immediately said "That's not good enough. I think I may have inadvertently broken some rules here, and I insist on being fined or punished in some way." It would have played well with the voters, gotten her a moister than usual tongue bath by the media, AND probably have protected her from further investigation (why are they persecuting her if she admitted wrong doing and paid a fine?).

But this is pure Clinton - when they could work things to their advantage by simply admitting something is wrong, or off, they never do it. Usually they just double down - not only are they innocent, they are the paragons of virtue! You know who should be in jail? People who criticize the Clintons! Yes, that's why I say immunity agreements "typically" contain requirements that the subject make full and truthful disclosure of all material facts known to them.

Given that this so-called investigation had a pre-determined outcome from the start, the DOJ could have written the immunity agreements so that Huma was promised $40,000 and a mule for every lie she told on Hillary's behalf.

Lynch, Comey, Rosenstein, etc., were all Clinton partisans. They had no intention of discovering any evidence that would lead to charges against her or any of her aides, and they probably wrote the immunity agreements to ensure that nobody could ever be prosecuted for anything, no matter how many lies they told or crimes they committed.

190 I don't think ANYBODY should have cooperated with Mueller. I said that from the get go. We all saw what happened to Flynn.

The process of the investigation is usually all they have and their reputation demands some scalp lest they look like fools. So expect a bullshit charge.

I would argue Flynn didn't even really commit perjury, he had a discussion with Russian officials, said he didn't want to discuss sanctions, was then asked later by investigators and said he didn't recall talking about sanctions (because he didn't) and then they charge him with perjury. But he stupidly then plead guilty.

So if Mueller wants to talk to Trump, I think it would be stupid to go along with that.

My brother had a problem with one of his employees who, when Oregon legalized weed, wanted to smoke a jay during breaks. But then he figured, well he has a bottle of whiskey in his drawer for lunch and meetings, he kinda had to.

Banning smoking one thing and allowing another is just idiotic.

266 I guess that is wrong. My bad.

How is that wrong? Its how the country used to be presented. That was the terminology until the 1950s or so. We're in this together, but as indviduals, not subject to the all powerful central state, but sovereign with the federal government acting as intermediary.

Related: blue states are talking about enforcing penalties on red states to "pay for their tax contribution." See, places like New York and California are taxed total more (not per person, but because of their population they pay a total amount more) than places like Wyoming and Iowa.

And they argue that these red states get more federal dollars than blue states, so they're gonna get some back.

Which is hilarious to me. Because its exactly what the founding fathers thought was possible in the system they were creating, a concern that states could literally go to war with each other with individual militias.

On January 24, 2017, acting Attorney General Sally Yates and Bill Priestap, Director of Counter Intel at the FBI and Peter Strzok's boss, informed the White House was "compromised" by Russians.

Meaning there is substantive, not just ad hominem, basis for thinking the Flynn plea and everything about it was very questionable.

Still don't understand why he plead to something if he thinks he didn't lie. Always a mistake. And having his son threatened doesn't change the calculus. Nor do claims that "legal expenses" are the motivator. How much does it cost to tell the truth, stick to the facts? You don't need a super-lawyer if the other side has no case on something as narrow as this.

413 394 3 Billboards is dark. Not a black comedy. Darker. But it has LOL moments.

It's not political at all. It's not about "dumb hick yokels." e.g., Woodie Harrelson is always treated as a stand-up guy.

It's Personal. It's about someone with Anger who can't give it up. Someone else gets forgiven who doesn't deserve it and has a kind of redemption.

Martin McDonough also wrote and directed In Bruges, which is also terrific. It's one big Purgatory theme.

The only difference is that while the left has their blogs and websites, they also have the networks and most all the local affiliates, most all of cable news (not news), most all print media, the schools, the universities, the movies, the celebs of the worlds of TV, film, music, art, and more.

We have Rush, and a portion of FNC, and that is about it.

Manafort has a good case on the merits, but I have no clue whether his suit is the procedurally correct way to attack.

Flynn copped a plea. He might have a shot of overturning because Mueller didn't turn over exculpatory material about Sztrok.

Mueller truly is a scumbag prosecutor. Harvey Silverglate is a prominent civil libertarian lawyer. Mueller tried to entrap him by getting his defendant client to wear a wire. This is not who we are.

Meaning there is substantive, not just ad hominem, basis for thinking the Flynn plea and everything about it was very questionable.

Correct. But nobody really knows exactly what he lied about. Lots of speculation but if the FBI wants to charge you it can be something very simple like saying "if" when you had previously said "when".

Nothing really makes a lot of sense about Flynn being charged.

In any case, the very people who investigated Flynn and charged him are the subject of a much more serious investigation themselves.

429 All of the amnesty agreements the DOJ granted Clinton people need to be declared null and void, issued through corrupt practices for political purposes.

Trump's DOJ has the ability to do that.

Fuck people who say "It's not fair".

Make Stalin's trials seem like a picture of fair practices in comparison. Sentence people to 50 years in an ass-banging prison for stuttering during an interview.

Afterward, when the purge is complete, the left is hiding in secret attic compartments and everyone who thought they had rights knows better, we'll say that maybe, just maybe, the pendulum has swung a bit too far.

I was introduced to the Moodies partly by that period when rock radio was still dominated by the AOR format, and a lot of 1960s and 1970s tracks were played along with the "new" tunes, and partly by older acquaintances who heard the tunes made while I was in diapers, while they were in Vietnam or dealing with its aftermath.

If the Hillary email investigation was a true investigation rather than a whitewash, they would have grabbed every laptop Huma Abedin had ever touched, and they would have already had this evidence. The fact that they never looked at Anthony Weiner's personal laptop during the Hillary email investigation is clear evidence that it was a whitewash.

Figure out who was involved in the decision not to check Anthony Weiner's laptop at the time, and fire them. All of them.

If the FBI interview was not recorded - we've got a he said/she said case (meaning Flynn and the FBI can argue about what was said and neither can prove it). Why the H would he plead guilty to *that* kind of allegation?

Because as I just told you the FBI can charge you with lying for the most minor transgression or, as we have been seeing with the Hillary email case, they can let you go when you tell enormous lies. It's up to their discretion.

I don't know where the idea that he wasn't recorded came from, I haven't seen that. But if that's true it's yet another enormous problem since the FBI is required to record conversations which they also did not do with Hillary.

No, I really don't think you do know the scope of overall lawlessness that was going on and what the FISA court has already ruled was going on for years with FBI abuse of the FISA 702 section 17 process. It is an enormous scandal that basically shows the Obama intel agencies weaponized various agencies to spy without warrants on Americans for years and illegally violate the minimization process and leak damaging information.

This scandal makes Watergate look like a tea party and this is what Flynn was caught up in. Any investigation that is based on this spying is an illegal investigation and so is all the evidence gathered as part of the process.

His alleged crime was directly related to an investigation involving Russia and Trump campaign personnel - one of the two elements of Mueller's (still probably illegal) investigation mandate. Manafort has been charged with completely unrelated stuff from before the time there even was a Trump campaign.

(if we were recording calls back in the 90's, maybe we could still find that phone call where she offered to drop the case if the candidate promised never to run again.

554 I originally thought there was maybe a 10% chance he was being truthful. Now it's more like 90%, and some of his statements about what's going on are terrifying.

555 Why is it that after many many months and even YEARS after demorats are caught in felony activities, including treason, they are given plentiful time and opportunities to destroy public documents that implicate them ? What more could a felon ask for ?
Except they even demand and get to investigate themselves in criminial investigation committees and act with extreme prejudice to exonerate themselves. and people are even dumb enough to wonder how we have gotten into this mess. Demonizing honorable people and diefying the degenerate/corrupt like clintons, Obama/muslim jihadists. Imagine, they ran God out, and wonder why, the mess we are in.
