Three More Women Allege Dustin Hoffman Sexually Abused Them -- One Claiming Hoffman Exposed Himself to Her When She Was 16 Years Old

Demons.

Cori Thomas was in high school when she says Dustin Hoffman exposed himself to her in a hotel room. Melissa Kester was a recent college graduate when Hoffman allegedly sexually assaulted her while recording audio for the film "Ishtar." A third woman, who asked to remain anonymous, said that Hoffman assaulted her in the back of a station wagon and manipulated her into a subsequent sexual encounter that left her traumatized.

Here's Thomas' story. Does this remind you of anyone else's MO?

Thomas was 16 years old and a high-school classmate of Hoffman's daughter Karina at the United Nations International School in New York when she met the actor in 1980. An aspiring actor, she had spent a Sunday afternoon with Karina and Hoffman walking in Manhattan...

"This was at first one of the greatest days of my life," she said. "One of my idols was spending time with me and talking with me respectfully."

Thomas' parents -- her father was the U.N. ambassador from Liberia -- were supposed to pick her up at the restaurant. But, according to Thomas, Hoffman suggested that the three of them wait at the hotel where he was staying and leave a note for Thomas' parents with the maitre d’ saying they had gone to the hotel. After the three arrived at Hoffman’s hotel room, "Either Karina or Dustin suggested that [Karina] should go home" to Hoffman and [his wife's] house nearby, Thomas said, "because it was a school night and she had homework. So she left, and I was left in the hotel room with him alone."

Shortly after Karina departed, according to Thomas, Hoffman went to the restroom. She heard the shower turn on. "I was just sitting there waiting for my parents," Thomas said.

After several minutes, "He came out of the bathroom with a towel at first wrapped around him, which he dropped," Thomas said."“He was standing there naked. I think I almost collapsed, actually. It was the first time I had ever seen a naked man. I was mortified. I didn't know what to do. And he milked it. He milked the fact that he was naked. He stood there. He took his time."

Hoffman eventually put on a robe and sat on the bed, according to Thomas, who said that he then asked her to massage his feet. She complied.

"I didn't know what to do in the circumstance," she said. "I didn't know that I could say no, so I did it. And he kept telling me, 'I'm naked. Do you want to see?'" Thomas said that she pretended not to hear Hoffman as he made suggestive comments to her.

"What saved me was that the phone rang, and it was my mother downstairs to pick me up," Thomas said. "So I left."

Previously, a woman came forward to say that Dustin Hoffman had repeatedly felt up her ass and made crude sexual propositions and suggestions to her -- when she was a 17 year old senior in high school. And he was, you know, not 17.

She also said that Hoffman asked for a footrub -- which she gave him, even thought she didn't want to. Because she was an intern in the play Hoffman was starring in, and because, probably, kids are just not really psychologically ready to contradict or refuse adults' requests. Kids have been told all their lives to do as their elders say (with the exception of people handing out candy from the backs of vans), and they go through a process of really becoming an adult -- and seeing adults as peers, not elders to be respected unconditionally -- in their later teen years and early 20s.

The second woman describes an even more serious violation. She was a recent college graduate, so age is not really an issue, but the behavior here is... well, straight up sexual assault, and the serious kind.

Hoffman was in a recording booth recording a song for "Ishtar." He was having trouble with the take, and said "Send Melissa [Kester] in here."

He started hugging her when singing, on the pretext, I guess, that this was helping him sing.

Then it got bad.

"And as he's doing that, he literally just stuck his fingers down my pants," Kester said. "He put his fingers inside me. And the thing I feel most bad about is I didn’t know what to do. I just stood there. I just froze in the situation like 'Oh my god, what is happening?' It's shocking when that happens to you."

Kester said that she made an effort not to react for fear that her boyfriend or the other man in the control room would know what was happening. She estimated that Hoffman kept his fingers inside her for 15-20 seconds, until he finished the take. Then she moved away from him.

Actresses are reportedly planning to wear all black at this year's Golden Globes, to protest sexual harassment, and I can't say I begrudge them this protest.

Many of you have probably seen this, but check out the surprise cameo at the end of this Today show clip making light of sexual harassment.

Merely wearing black will be as much protest as will be given towards Weinstein and his co-wankers in the entertainment and other Dem-infested professions.

92 Ya know, it's not really that I "admired" or "looked up to" any of these schmucks.
But now they just seem like such jerks. All of them. If they personally didn't do anything, they covered up for the powerful that did do nasty stuff (like that asshole Weinstein). Weinstein was so powerful, had so much influence, NOBODY would stand up to him.
No matter how wrong he was, they all feared more for their futures and careers than doing anything right.

What a cesspool of sick, weak human beings.

I met this smokin' hot woman at a gig about 20 years ago. She was some assistant to some assistant to some state legislator, which she reminded me of every three or four minutes.

She was extremely proud of that, to the extent that that was all she talked about. After about tem minutes of hearing her tongue-bathe herself, I said, "That's nice" and walked off.

Lots of cheesecake in his movies; he was the epitome of late night "Skinemax" fare.

271 I saw Robot Monster as a kid on one of those creature feature shows and it blew me away with its magnificent excrevescence. The alien is a guy in a gorilla suit with a diving helmet! It became my benchmark for grade Z movies and it still holds the line.

I think I read that the director did it in earnest and was heartbroken over the awful reviews -- maybe even suicide? Too lazy to google.

273 Those bathrobe expose' actors are demented. What they are doing isn't sex. They should be locked up.

Errol Flynn, on the other hand, had sex for sex sake.
He had a dog track out back but instead of a rabbit for the chase there was an expensive fur coat.
He didn't force one of those girls to strip and enter the race.

276 Truth be told JTB, I just grab whatever is handy in the bench. For cleaning I'm more, likely to use something like CLP, Hoppes or Ballistol. For lubing I use Mobil1 or grease. I really don't think you can go wrong with any of them.

Any comment I ever make should be prefaced by I AM LAZY AS SHIT. With the exception of my match rifles, I'm not super fastidious with gun cleaning. I spray stuff down to protect from rust and dab some grease or oil on moving parts, but I'm not super nutty about it. I had an instructor at Sig Sauer tell me once he cleans his pistols about every 2000 rounds.

I rationalize that by the military was always OCD about white glove turn in inspection clean so you don't really NEED to get it clean enough to eat off of...

and, of course, a too clean rifle MIGHT not be as accurate as one with a little carbon (heard a few times somewhere long ago) anyway...

And there are a couple of new rifles I'm "function testing" to see how well they shoot if I just clean them after next time...

But yeah, Lazy works too.

Yeah, the caveat. If I fire corrosive ammo (I have surplus 5.45 x 39 and a bunch of 8mm and .303) I don't hesitate to clean and clean thoroughly with boiling water and/or water based cleaners. Even my AK-74 gets crusted up in the gas system and various threads if I don't.

They can be hit or miss, I have seen terrible looking barrels that somehow still shoot. When I first took the M1917 to the range it was key holing so I scrubbed the shit out of it. That straightened it out some but the 99 year old barrel was overdue for retirement.

Excellent. Same if you find yourself in the Chicago area with a few days to spare.

My big project this years was rebedding a bit (more stabilizing) a 1917 SMLE for it's 100th. Managed to not screw it up. It's bore is solid and with the stock work it's a tack driver.

Posted by: Keith at December 15, 2017 09:05 PM (USf3s)

313 As a long time black powder shooter, I'm a big fan of hot water for cleaning corrosive stuff in guns. Follow that with careful drying and rust protection. Took the same approach with my old mil-surp rifles even though the only corrosive ammo I still have is for the Moisin-Nagant. (One advantage to reloading.)

I'm not the neatest or most orderly person but for some reason I'm a bit obessesive about gun cleaning. It verges on therapeutic. Probably a masters thesis in there somewhere.

316 I've mentioned this elsewhere, but N++++ the Valiant was courting a young jazz singer when he commissioned into the Air Force. 4 days later, he accompanied the young lady as her family jazz trio played a Hollywood party . You would know the name. The honoree joined the (15 year old) youngest member of the group and made many sexual allusions from the stage. N++++ was outraged, and stated that he was going to set the man straight. Her father told him that it was not his job, but the fathers' to handle. Nothing was done, because work would have been lost. He's waited for her for four years (to become of age) and two weeks later they were done.
