Andrew McCabe Abruptly Cancels Testimony Before Congress Scheduled for Today; Source Says He Has "An Ohr Problem"
Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe on Monday night reportedly postponed an appearance before the House Intelligence Committee that was scheduled for Tuesday. The abrupt cancellation occurred following a report by Fox News that raised new questions about connections between the Justice Department and Fusion GPS, the opposition research firm behind the infamous Trump dossier. Fox News reported that McCabe's interview will be rescheduled for next week. The Justice Department told the network that the cancellation was due to a "routine scheduling error." A Congressional source told The Daily Caller that the excuse is "very hard to believe." A source also told Fox News that it was believed that the interview was postponed because “McCabe has an Ohr problem.

The only benefit to having Ohr go before Congress now, well there is no benefit because he won't say dick. He would pull a Lois Lerner and that's it. Once Lerner was found to be a lying piece of shit in front of Congress she was referred to the DOJ for investigation and prosecution where the Obama DOJ did nothing.
We've already moved well beyond that stage. There is no need for kabuki at this point save for need for some people to yell. All of these people being uncovered and being investigated for criminal actions is not happening by chance.

Pretty easy.
Clinton campaign pays opp research (we need a better term for what Fusion GPS does, tbh.) company to make fake dossier on Trump. It was not used at all during the campaign nor was it publicly disclosed, so it was either to influence reporting behind the scenes, OR to give someone in the govt a reason to investigate trump (aka spy on his campaign.) EITHER WAY
Someone in the Clinton crime family gets this dossier to someone somewhere in the bureaucracy, who goes in front of a friendly judge on the FISA court, who rubber stamps the approval for the government to spy on Trump.
Probably not a lot of money or effort expended to pull this off, and frankly, it wouldn't surprise me if this is way more routine then we think. As in, there are open FISA investigations in to every political enemy of the deep state.

The only absolute right to ignore a Subpoena is if the witness commanded to appear is not subject to the jurisdiction of the issuing authority.
In the real world, if you ignore a properly issued and served Subpoena they issue a warrant for your arrest and send men with guns to go and get you and drag you before the issuing authority to give evidence and for punishment due to your contempt of the Court. Subpoena literally means sub (under) poena (penalty).
Sessions really needs to institute contempt proceedings ASAP and send Marshals to pick these assholes up. Unless and until he does that, don't expect them to stop thumbing their noses at your elected Representatives.

Interesting question: how WOULD you reunify Korea if Kim dropped dead today?
I'd keep the present borders and DMZ intact, and try to pump up North Korea's economy while changing its culture, but not letting NoRKs emigrate to the south (I don't know for how long, maybe a generation). But the NoRKs need to get up to speed before being allowed to inundate the south, just to avoid the German reunification problem.

West Germany used to have a "Gastarbeiter" (guest worker) program as a means for providing foreign aid. Conceptually it was sound at the front end--they bring promising Africans to Germany, train them to be doctors, and send them home--but of course the trainees sought refuge, and never returned to improve their home nations.
A ROK program--very, very closely monitored--of admitting select DPRK for training and repatriation across a maintained border *might* work, but you'd have to be sure the best and brightest actually returned to the hellhole to help improve it...
