49 This is creepy as hell.

I don't care that it's ostensibly publicly available information. This is still creepy as all hell.

For example, Mommy and I were discussing about how out of date our church's photo book of members and attendees is and she said that there was some controversy about redoing it because people felt pressured to buy pictures. I said hey just have someone with a freaking cellphone take pictures after church on a Sunday and upload them to a cloud based service.

Then I stopped and said, no, don't do that because if people decide the church is wrong for whatever reason, then there's a database with pictures of people and their kids all nice and premade. It sickens me that I have to think like this.

Any possible argument that USA Today thought it was making about Trump and having access to him at the club is completely undermined by the JOE LIES WHEN HE CRIES level of stalkerdom.

See also hey here's the handy dandy interactive dbase of everyone in NY who has a gun license!

Once again, we need to have adult conversations about privacy and the ease with which databases can be searched but we won't.

Because USA Today is again revealing how the Left operates.

All of their influence peddling is done by literally marrying into positions of authority and/or having family members in it so thus obviously if there is golf club the only reason to join it is for access. Duh.

Here's the thing. The argument that is being advanced theoretically by this is that people will pay money to have access to Trump in private locations and thus improperly lobbying will take place. That's not an overwhelmingly stupid argument but it ignores that this would make every meal, drink, etc. done by lobbyists improper and that's what lobbyists freaking do.

Also, if that's the case, then every single fundraiser is improper but pish posh details.

Look at it this way. The purpose of a "newspaper" is to give you news.

If they dedicate 100% of their coverage to giving you propaganda, you can rightfully reply: "I might want to get news everyday, but I already know the ideology you want me to have. And since I only need to be told that once, I have no need of reading any more of your papers".

281 Trump is a billionaire.

USAT says Trump 'gets millions'' from golf members. Well, no, he doesn't, the corporation does, and then has to do all the maintenance, staffing, etc., etc., and Trump 'profits' in the net fashion of some profit coming out of the business. Which is certainly less than the grand take.

So we have a billionaire with a bribery scheme that produces net profit to him of less than 'millions.' Trump would be an idiot to come up with a scheme to pocket pennies when he's got billions.

Meanwhile, crooked 'penniless' Clinton hack gets hundreds of millions of dollars from persons unknown from all over the world for some nebulous 'charitable' purpose that no one can identify, and payoffs are of public resources, policies, and favors (ie, the property of the American people).

Words no longer have meaning in the former united states.

It is now impossible to reason and have discourse with fellow travelers. It is thus logical that disagreements must now be solved with violence as there is no other option.

After spending time in Japan, I have a fair amount of respect for arranged marriages.

By and large, they seem to work.

My guess being it's the same as romance marriage, in that it's going to work if the couple has really talked things through and find themselves on the same page about all the important stuff and are honest with each other.

My prediction with the way American society is going that we will soon see a rise of arranged marriages.

Oh, they'll call it something else. But, yeah...arranged marriages.

When you're meeting so few eligible types that you resort to online dating, why not a matchmaker or the equivalent?

There are a lot of guys out there who earn good to great salaries, are steady personalities, and are average to good-looking, and are quiet types

but would like to get married.

These guys have trouble attracting the average American girl these days.

A matchmaker bringing in quality women from Europe or Asia, quality American women as well probably would do quite well.

The key word here is quality.

Anyway, that's my prediction.

There's an old expression, 'When you owe the bank $100,000 they own you. When you owe the bank $100,000,000 you own them.'

I've also seen this is business, when you let one single customer become too large, they have a power to dictate terms and conditions that you would otherwise reject out of hand.

So it is with China right now. We have become their best customer, and owe them sufficient funds to qualify as 'owning' them in that sense.

They could march three million troop 'advisors' across the border into North Korea next week without a single shot being fired. Take out Phat Boi, shut down his rocket factory and nuke ambitions forever. Set up their own puppet regime and maintain the buffer they desire.

But they have to be squeezed by the balls. We can do that squeezing. The lives of millions are at stake and we can do much more than rattle the saber around.

A matchmaker bringing in quality women from Europe or Asia, quality American women as well probably would do quite well.

The key word here is quality.

Anyway, that's my prediction.

At this point, I would settle for a 55 year old meth addict with a police record. If you know any, please respond to the email in my nick.

400 Better option would be to hike around and actually look at the memorials and monuments around your house.
Much better than driving a long ways in your Dodge Challenger.

A Dodge Challenger is a fine road car, so a road trip of 3-400 miles is a piece of piss. And it will blow the doors off your Prius.

402 How about crowdfunding a doxxing of America's High School Newspaper employees? Wonder what we'd turn up.

403 I would love it if USAToday's letters/Twitter feed gets flodded with notes from contingency lawyers offering to represent golf club members in a class action lawsuit against USAToday, and especially against individual reporters.

404 And yet, they could never find Obama's transcripts, or any papers actually written by him( excluding his completely ghostwritten book)...

405 I'll wager they wouldn't like to be on the other end of doxing. Zabasearch.com has information of most people in the US, and anyone can find someone with a little leg work.

In theory, anyway.

406 Idiocracy on exhibit. Trump built his Long Island golf course to fill a need - a golf course / country club which was willing to accept non WASPs as members. In other words, You could get in even if you were catholic, Italian, Hispanic, Jewish, or black.

In contrast, the CC the Clinton were members of and / or had guest membership privileges at were a little (by which I mean a lot) less welcoming.

So, in Liberal World, Trump is the bigot, and Bill and Hillary are not hypocritical bigots from The South.

In Actual World, doxing membership at the Trump CC exposes the people who apparently are NOT bigots - but doent expect USAYesterday or any other (D) cheerleaders to ever put THAT spin on this......

408 I'm sitting here thinking this is how the Civil War begins and I'm fine with it. 4500 rich golfers being blackmailed by the leftist media...I'll empty my gun safe if they ask me to.

409 "I read his narrative. It rings true to me, you don't think so?

I could totally see cops being very jumpy around someone as clearly athletic and muscular as Bennett. Dude is 6'4 ~280."

I'm thinking the part about him crouching behind something then sneakly trying to get away from a scene where a gunshot was reported, might have something to do with it as well. I assume more than one person was detained that night. But Hispanic Cops being called racist? Seems to me this one is defensable.
