Instead of pointing out the fallacy of the CNN guy's premise(why wouldn't you want background checks on people buying guns online or at gun shows) , he just kept parroting that Obama should be paying attention to ISIS. He did explain that Obama's new edicts simply will make it prohibitive to sell or give your gun to a "kid"(he then quickly said, family) if you are required to register with the gov. as a FFL dealer.
Why not point out that the EA is so ambiguous, that it can be used to harass and possibly criminalize grandparents etc. Or someone who wants to sell three guns out of a collection.
These guys drive me nuts.

First off, it was probably mostly cattle. Dairy cows are kept close to shelter because they have to be milked to make any money. Cattle on the other hand are let out to graze and only rounded up to move for whatever reason.

Cracker Barrels are almost exclusively located right off an interstate ramp, convenient for travelers.
Not unlike Golden Corral buffet restaurants, they serve overrated "food" of the Home Cookin' variety that, for some reason, people flock to like seagulls on leftover french fries.
I know people that look at them as a destination restaurant, and drive 30 miles... whatever floats your boat.

Is not true. Guns are still legal in Australia. Gun ownership is higher now than before the laws were changed.
The compulsory buy-back mostly involved semi-automatic rifles and pump-action shotguns, which are now restricted to people with an occupational need (farmers, commercial hunters).
I don't support these laws, but it's important to always remember that if Obama says it, it's not true.
