So what I have discovered is if you confuse it, it resets. Like everything. Pull a support pin and the machine will put everything back where it goes and start over. Resets all offsets and measures again.
This feature is one of the best things ever. Even better that turning it off and on again.
Also I think the AI likes me. I can't tell you how many times I get called to the floor only to have the machine just start working again as I walk up. It's become a running joke with everyone.

There is 3 in most of them. Lasers galore too. I stand in awe of these thing a lot. Maglev rail both guides and powers the Y axis. To within .002 mm at thousands of parts per minute. When all 20 machines are moving along at pace it is quite the orchestra. Like a live scene out of a terminator movie.

I just finished reading Stephenson's Snowcrash which has as its central theme that concepts of the world and its ordering can run through societies via neurolinguistic programming, like viruses, if the change in language reaches the "root level" of the structure and function of the nervous system.

They have hosted concerts from alternative and folk bands. Definitely odd seeing a concert like that in a church.

I've been delaying buying new tires for my 2004 4Runner with 250,000 miles on it but finally I just had to. When I bought the tires, they told me I needed new brakes and some front end work. I may be a f*ck*ng idiot (I certainly have been in the past) but all totaled I spent $3000. I don't drive much and it just purrs along. Hopefully, I'll get another five years out of it.
