The Morning Report — 6/ 23 /26

Morning Report intro.jpg

Good morning kids. Early Doctor's appointment so away we go,...

Yet again, the utter corruption of the judiciary takes center stage with two horrendous examples of tyranny that continue to pull at the already frayed threads of our society and system.

A federal judge blocked Department of Justice (DOJ) subpoenas of Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) and other Democrats in the state, which the DOJ had issued to investigate the link between Somali corruption and local politics. . . The George W. Bush-appointed chief judge said Trump’s repeated attacks and promises of “retribution” against Walz, a Democrat, and other Minnesota officials “establishes beyond reasonable dispute” that the grand jury subpoenas — issued at the height of ICE’s Operation Metro Surge — “were a part of a broader campaign to coerce state and local officials in Minnesota to assist the Trump administration in its enforcement of immigration laws.”

Probably the greatest case of political corruption in American history, a minimum of $9 billion dollars swindled from the Minnesota state treasury as well as the US treasury and direct and indirect links to Walz, Frey and the state's Democrat Party. And this hack shuts it down. Well at least he's a Bush appointee which means, yay Bipartisanship! Meh, what it means is that he's likely in on the grift along with Walz, Frey and every other crooked pol.

Moving on to the next glittering jewel of graft and thuggery, also with the secondary and not unimportant theme of our completely insane immigration system, we have this jackboot to the groin:

Judge Sparkle Sooknanan (yes, that’s her actual name) the daughter of immigrants from Trinidad is a Biden appointee who has militantly engaged in judicial activism on issues involving foreign nationals in the United States is at it again, this time ruling that the federal government was forbidden to verify the citizenship of voters because it violates their privacy. Has she ever heard of the IRS?
“All in all, the federal government has knowingly trampled on the privacy rights of American citizens in a manner that threatens the sacred right to vote. This Court cannot stand idly by while that happens,” Sooknanan falsely claimed.
The only people whose voting rights are threatened are those who should not be voting because they’re non-citizens. Much as Judge Sparkle should not only not be on the bench, but shouldn’t be allowed within a thousand feet of a gavel or a courthouse.
Voting isn’t threatened by citizenship verification, it’s threatened by those ineligible to vote who are voting and those who ineligible being counted in censuses and having those numbers used to allocate districts.
Judge Sparkle Sooknanan isn’t the ‘court’, she has no authority to intervene here, only an ideological mandate to protect the corrupt system that made her.

First of all, anyone named Sparkle is unfit to be a judge, except in a drag competition. But that aside, a leftist hack foreigner placed as she was by Joey Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants Biden with the sole purpose of holding the doors open for third world invaders to flood in, among other things that advances the Democrat/Leftist agenda at the expense of Americans, Americanism and to tear all that down to grease the wheels of the LLeftist counter-American revolution.

Yes there is of course the personal element of attacking Trump personally by shredding his policies but the real goal is destroying America as founded and seizing absolute power. Trump has been the first real leader to stand in their way at least for now thwart their malign intentions as well as hopefully open the eyes of Americans everywhere to that danger and win over hearts and minds. And so, the assassination attempts, the shampeachments, the lawfare and the treasonous insubordination in the Judiciary and the bureaucracy and stolen elections.

Speaking of which:

Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) called on Senate Republicans to work with President Donald Trump and advance the SAVE America Act, urging lawmakers in a Monday social media post to “hit the ground running” as Congress returns to Washington. . . According to Scott’s proposal, Republicans should focus on preventing another government shutdown and passing the SAVE America Act, legislation that would require proof of citizenship when registering to vote

Obviously the Democrats will never support legislation that prevents them from rigging elections, but worse the Quislings of the Grifting Oleaginous Parasite GOP like Thune, Murkowski et al will be right there to sabotage this to preserve, protect and defend their roles as confederates for pay.

God bless Rick Scott but I don't think this has a snowball's chance.

Have a good day,

16 That article on the asymmetrical radio galaxy reminds me how mind-blowingly large is the universe. The galaxy is 2 million light years long. What? It’s impossible to even begin to imagine that distance… a little arithmetic (sorry) reveals that 2 million light years is around 200,000 trillion miles. I don't get this. How exactly does the pure lunacy coming out of CA set the stage for nationwide gun control? Ok, other deep blue states follow suit maybe? How could that effect red states, or SCOTUS who would eventually shoot it down (no pun intended.)

Sorry I missed the post yesterday about the Euros coming over for the WC and having a great and eye-opening time here. Sort of like Soviet soldiers advancing into Germany and Romania (!) during WWII and being agog at the difference in standards.

Lots of people are happy with having a mingy welfare state that gives them some sustenance without asking too much of them. If that's the world they want, it doesn't bother me any. It will suffice for them to learn that what they've been told about the US by their state-run media and assorted influential Leftists is a pack of lies.

Well, regardless of what Douglas Adam’s might think, I’m quite adjusted to how big the Universe is.

I just always view the distances of the things in the universe to how distant in years they are from earth.

Proxima Centauri is 4 years in time away from us.

The exo-planet Tau Bootis is 50 years in time away from us.

The edge of the galaxy is 200m years in time away from us.

And so on.

And then I relate that time with what was happening on earth.

It’s a flaw, a weakness built into our system. It would require a 2/3 majority in the Senate willing to impeach Judges to do something about this, or a Supreme Court willing to exert far more control than this one has shown.

Without either of those, Federal Judges are free to do whatever strikes their fancy.

>>The universe may well be infinite in extent. Wrap your head around that!

Infinity is a concept, and it's a concept within mathematics.

A foundational concept in Calculus is f of (x) as (x) approaches infinity.

So, I mean, understanding infinity is not really difficult.

Let's try an example of a limit function equation.

We will call this the Rush Patience equation.

Let P(t) represent your wife's remaining patience (in percentage) as you spend t minutes explaining why Neil Peart is the greatest drummer of all time.

The Rush Patience Equation: P(t) = (100 / t) + 21.12

P(t) = (100 / t) + 21.12, where P(t) is your wife's remaining patience percentage after you spend t minutes explaining why Neil Peart's drum kit needs 40 pieces.

The Limit at Infinity Expression: lim_{t -> oo} ((100 / t) + 21.12) = 21.12

lim_{t -> oo} ((100 / t) + 21.12) = 21.12, meaning as your breakdown of the "2112" suite approaches infinity, her patience drops to a permanent horizontal asymptote of 21.12% out of pure respect for Canadian prog-rock.

77 It would require a 2/3 majority in the Senate willing to impeach Judges to do something about this, or a Supreme Court willing to exert far more control than this one has shown.

While the Supreme Court can reverse lower court decisions, it does not have direct administrative control over individual judges' daily proceedings, relying instead on the appellate process to correct legal errors.

SCOTUS has no means to control district judges. That's up to the Senate, and Democrats will never discipline one of their own.

125 Ah, perhaps our most risible legal fiction cooked up during the collapse of the republic - the "Trump Suspects This Man" standard, where if Trump says, as the nation's top law enforcer, that he suspects you are guilty of a crime, then it is prima facie evidence that you are innocent.

It can be used at any point in a legal proceeding, it's so versatile. In this case, it can be used to stop an investigation... why investigate? Trump said he suspects Walz. So Walz is innocent. Case closed.

But that's a weak tea application of the standard, quite frankly. It can even be used to release a convicted criminal years after being convicted under a different President, simply because Trump says he *dislikes* the criminal - it voids all prior proceedings, since it is now obvious that he's actually innocent, as happened with Bradley Manning.

I hope one day to see another, much more evenhanded standard applied - the YD standard, where if you ever wore a black robe to work even for one day, you get knouted within an inch of your life and then die in a pit full of rape dogs.

Any 'Bush' judge in Minnesota is, and has always been, a Democrat. People make way too much over which President nominated a specific district judge but the state's Senators have more say in the matter. Usually Presidents just try and pick the least egregious of a list given to them by the Senators.

157 From chatgpt…

In a vacuum, light travels at exactly:

299,792,458 m/s (about 300,000 km/s)

This value is often denoted by c.

When light enters a medium, it interacts with the atoms and electromagnetic fields in that material. The light is repeatedly absorbed and re-emitted (more accurately, its electromagnetic wave interacts with the material’s electrons), which causes the wave to propagate more slowly overall.

Posted by: LinusVanPelt at June 23, 2026 08:34 AM (38yk/)

158 TeeJ

The speed of light in a vacuum is exactly 299,792,458 meters per second (m/s). This is by definition, as the distance that light travels in a second is now the International standard for distance (via defining the length of a meter).

So the length of a meter has changed from two marks on a bar to this new definition.

Following those clerkships, Judge Sooknanan joined the United States Department of Justice, where she served on the Civil Division’s Appellate Staff. She left that position to clerk for Sonia Sotomayor on the United States Supreme Court.

In 2014, Judge Sooknanan joined the Washington, D.C. office of Jones Day, where she had an active pro bono practice. She became a partner at Jones Day in 2020.

In 2021, Judge Sooknanan returned to the Justice Department as a Deputy Associate Attorney General, where she served until 2023. She then served as the Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Rights Division until her appointment to the bench.

186+ miles per second is what "they" use as an accepted convention. But the way they get there is just an assumption. It works in the equations,,, but it's not the only speed that works.

What they have done is taken the measured two way speed of light in a vacuum and divided that by two.
What also works is something along the line of the speed of light coming directly towards you is infinity and going away is something like half that.
That latter, view I'll call it, is referred to as the Anisitropic Syncrony Convention.
The guy who came up with it is the one who correctly predicted what the JWST would show us.
Among other things.

219 Morning Horde thx JJ.
Yesterday was a bad day for judicial tyranny. One judge stoping the test program to stop benefits for junk food and soda, another voiding the subpoenas against Walz et al for fraud and then you have the foreign born judge blocking the government from using its own database to stop illegal aliens from voting. Hopefully the Supreme Court will hand down some good decisions today.

222 This reminds me of the thesis of a very popular book published in 1912 or 1913, I believe. The author made the argument that because the world’s economy had become so interconnected, and everyone was profiting so much from keeping that going, that there would be no more great wars that killed a lot of people.
Posted by: Tom Servo at June 23, 2026 08:10 AM (AL+7F)

That sounds familiar to me and if I were a bit more awake, I could remember the name of the book.

Coincidentally, that was also the thinking vis-a-vis the airplane - when countries knew that other countries could just fly over and drop bombs willy-nilly, war would be so terrible that it would simply end.

225 Team, FYI, the 'war in Iran' isn't going to end anytime soon as the fight is for resources and more importantly the 'gates and routes' through the Suez and Hormuz. Britain will do anything to retain their grift.

Thankfully, Trump knows this and is acting accordingly. You will not the purposeful media chaos surrounding the region... MI5/6, CIA, and their creation called Mossad are in full info production right now.
