In one case, the family of a mentally disabled man decided they wanted him to be euthanised.

This is the exact same thing as abortion on demand. We are not dogs that need to put down. Not even when we are only a few cells old. The evil that thinks this is acceptable will speak in all sorts of fulsome language, all of it a lie, to continue to be able to murder at will.

It is nearly impossible to adopt a baby in this country. "Unwanted" babies are nearly always murdered. It is appalling.

Although I’ve supported Israel as much as anyone has in this, I can’t deny that Bibi and the IDF keep dicking around and refusing to go for the final blow that would end this. They prefer to act like it is all some glorified West Bank bug hunt.
I mean it’s great to keep taking out leaders you hate, but at some point you gotta get down and dirty and take out their fighters, too.

183 Easy next step for the Supreme court - declare that ANY ruling by ANY judge without scrupulous adherence to the rigors of Rule 23 is null and void a priori.

Basically, says no judge can make this ruling without adherence to Rule 23. That rule says a class can be certified only if it represents a large group of people with similar or the same injuries or damages, or typical defenses resulting from an action by the defendant. It also requires that counsel for the class be able to fairly and adequately protect and represent the interests of the class.

That requires individual direct notice to class members where the class members can be identified through reasonable means. If they cannot be easily identified, you need to advertise. You've seen the commercial "If you've been a victim in an accident due to faulty ketchup bottles, you me be eligible for compensation...."

Obviously, this has not been done, hence this is a rule 23 violation. I'm not sure illegal immigrants could ever be classified as a class, simple because they are not citizens.
