Note that McDonald's itself admits it has no records of Kamala ever working at any of its stores. Kamala Harris's previous resumes never mention McDonald's. She never wrote of her working there in her political fake memoir.

She first made this claim when she was running for president in 2019. There was never any evidence to support it, and a fair amount of reasons to be skeptical.

The New York Times doesn't see it that way. Trump disputes her claims, "Without Evidence," though he has evidence, of course: His evidence is that Kamala's claim is made Without Evidence.

But communists never lie, right?

Vice President Kamala Harris has recalled her stint at a Bay Area McDonald's 41 years ago in introducing herself to voters -- a biographical detail relatable to millions of Americans who have toiled in fast-food restaurants.
But former President Donald J. Trump has repeatedly accused her of inventing it. Lacking a shred of proof, he has charged that she never actually worked under the golden arches -- recalling his earlier false claim that President Barack Obama was not born in the United States.

My theory on the great liberal McDonalds freakout is this: Donald Trump is not allowed to have fun. Remember, he is the physical avatar of humanity's cruelty, evil, and malice. Got called in to bail out a franchisee whose location was having all sorts of issues getting finished in a timely manner.

That is not from early voting. That is from some states that use mail in voting for their primary way to vote like CO, CA, WA, OR, and AZ. Let me answer with another question. Do you think there are State Secretaries of State partisan enough to just certify made up numbers for their state. And, before you suggest it isn't possible; The Secretary(s) of State for Colorado and Maine already tried to remove Trump from the ballot without any cause what-so-ever. Michigan (who has one of the most partisan SoS) threw a woman in jail for 9 years for challenging 2020 with documentation and passed laws in the last month that disallows recounts if there is a moderate threshold, and disallows accusations of fraud in such situations. Arizona's SoS issued letters to all the precincts informing them it was illegal for them to do local recounts. The DOJ is suing VA to keep ineligible voters on the rolls.

In short, not chasm is too wide this time around. I wouldn't put it past false number certification this time around.

In many states, they have something like the DTPA--deceptive trade and practices act. That means that fraud can be investigated and prosecuted right in that state regardless of what the Feds do. If Act Blue raises money or spends money in that state using smurfed information of real people from that state, they can be sued, fined, and run out of business there regardless of where they are headquartered.

Only the FEC can punish actblue for illegal contributions, etc. which it won't because 3 GOP and 3- Dem members.

But going after ActBlue for fraud involving their unauthorized use of state resident data to commit campaign funding fraud CAN be prosecuted on a state basis and probably even by local DAs in those districts.

More importantly they stole enough House races with their month long counting scheme to barely let Republicans take the majority. They also stole enough senate seats to take the majority.

Last week Democrats were worried about their GOtV in places like PA. A lot of inside party members now say that’s been “corrected”. This isn’t going to be a free or fair election. They are openly encouraging fraud. The DOJ suits in Virginia and Alabama should clue you into that. So should the DOJ task force to combat election “threats”.

Cook Political Report has been around for decades and I used to use their ratings in research when I did a soft money project. That being said, Cook is a trailing indicator, not a leading one as they use conventional wisdom via polls, etc. until it becomes apparent that things have changed in a race.

Cook is read a lot as an expensive newsletter by campaign insiders that also use favorable reports for their clients and donors to get them to pony up.

At this stage, watch how the candidates operate and where they go and what they do. That is a better key to races now than polling when it is within margin of error.
