The Morning Report — 8/29/24

kamalamcdonalds.jpg

Good morning kids. Apologies if I sound like a broken record, but Malig-Nancy Pelosi herself just exonerated (in a just and sane world, not the corrupt debasement that is now our courts) Donald Trump by admitting that he indeed pressed her to deploy the National Guard on 1/6/21 and she flatly refused him. And because of what happened that day, he has stood wrongfully accused of fomenting an insurrection and of attempting to subvert Congress on that day in certifying the 2020 election. Despite what the Left insists, Trump's words, actions and location on that horrible day prove his innocence. Funny how if he wanted to do that he would beg Pelosi to call out the troops to prevent him from succeeding. And it was her Capitol PD that opened the doors for the protesters and escorted them in and out. Somehow unarmed Ashli Babbitt and Roseanne Boyland wound up dead at the hands of Pelosi's goons. And now this Jack Smith hack is still trying to press the same baseless charges on Trump just as 2024 is heating up.

Which Alan Dershowitz has roundly mocked, but again, given the corrupted judicial system, who needs evidence when the spirit of Lavrenty Beria rules the day.

And I've seen reported that Merrick Garland intends on going after anyone who might protest the results of 2024. So, if Trump wins, does that mean he'll go after Democrats with the same zeal he went after Trump? Is there a statute of limitations on Al Gore, John Kerry or Hilary Clinton for protesting the results of 2000, 2004, 2016? Basta cosi.

Meanwhile, here's something to be completely ignored by Garland and cohorts. Domestic terrorism against the enemies of the Junta:

The pro-death hamassholes protesting the Democratic National Convention weren’t just going to head home without leaving behind a present for everyone else to clean up.

Volunteers at a Catholic pregnancy center in Chicago arrived to work the morning after the DNC wrapped, only to find their doors were cemented shut by vandals, Catholic News Agency reports.

“FAKE CLINIC" and "“THE DEAD BABIES ARE IN GAZA" were scrawled in giant red letters across the front windows of the nonprofit Aid for Women.

The group also found dripping gobs of red paint splattered over the rest of the building’s entrance. Security footage reportedly caught the vandals committing the crime at 3 a.m. on August 23.

Aid for Women advisor Mary FioRito shared evidence of the damage to her X account, showing the center’s door’s lock covered in cement, which also covered the ground where it opens.

The only dead babies anywhere near Gaza were Jewish, roasted alive in front of their parents, or dead from abuse after being kidnapped and tortured in the terror tunnels. But I digress.

I'd say the next piece is where we are headed, but given what happened to Trump and anyone who came to DC on 1/6 to exercise their right to free speech and wound up in the Garland Archipelago with their lives ruined, we're already there.

They’re coming for you next: While making a public comment criticizing the town’s attorney at the local city council meeting for Surprise in Arizona, Rebekah Massie was ordered to either shut up or be arrested by the town’s mayor, Skip Hall, because the council does not allow citizens to make such criticisms during the public comment period.
When she had the audacity to note quite correctly that she was entirely within her first amendment rights to say whatever she wanted, Hall then had her arrested.
I have embedded the video of this event below. It is egregious beyond words.
Mayor Skip Hall of Surprise, AZ has a constituent arrested during a city council meeting for openly complaining about how much specific city employees are being paid . . .
. . . As Massie states, her right to speak and say whatever she wants has been repeatedly confirmed by Supreme Court rulings. When Hall reads to the council’s rules against any such criticism during public comments, she responds, “That’s all fine and good, but that’s a violation of my first amendment rights.” When he claims she agreed to these rules she repeats, “It is unconstitutional.” His response illustrates his complete ignorance of and contempt for the law and our basic rights under the Bill of Rights, “It’s not unconstitutional.”

When still Massie refuses to be silenced Hall orders her to be removed. When she refuses to leave she is then violently arrested. Hall claimed she was resisting, but Massie later explained, she was “not resisting, my daughter is here, I don’t know what’s going on, you say I’m being detained, but I don’t know what for.”

Massie has an extremely strong case for suing Hall and the entire city council of Surprise for a lot of money. Her arrest was unnecessary for her to win and was probably a mistake on her part, but it makes no difference. The city council’s rule forbidding any criticism of any city employee is absurdly unconstitutional, and to use it to silence Massie makes Hall and that city council very liable for damages.

I reference my previous comments about our judicial system. In any case, the problem isn't so much the thug who ordered her arrested but the cops who only followed orders and slapped the cuffs on her. Befehel ist befehel! after all, nein?

America 2024, what a country. Have a good day.

    ABOVE THE FOLD, BREAKING, NOTEWORTHY

  • When she had the audacity to note quite correctly that she was entirely
within her first amendment rights to say whatever she wanted, Hall then
had her arrested. (I blame the cop who followed orders, slapped the cuffs on her and hauled her off - jjs)
Today’s blacklisted American: Woman arrested in Arizona for publicly criticizing a public employee
  • Robert Spencer: Who ordered the hit on Donald Trump?
    Incompetence or Malice?
  • Coziness between spies and journalists has grown exponentially worse as society has progressed further into the digital era. Media outlets have closed foreign news bureaus and sent veteran foreign correspondents into retirement. In their place have settled swarms of young, eager J-school grads, some responsible for writing as many as a half dozen articles a day, with no requirement for multiple sources and no fact checking, posted to news websites where the ability to stealth-edit an error has replaced pro-active high-quality and knowledgeable editors.

OK, the fact my post-flight cold is starting to clear up a bit may have something to do with the good mood as well. Now for the articles.

Trump in a landslide, barring a Huge Cheat.

Professional pollsters aren't good at seeing shifts in turnout and so missed what happened in 2016. If you voted the last time, they'll assume that you'll vote this time. If you didn't vote the last time but say you will this time, they discount.

Most of America is getting killed by inflation and many will turnout even if they didn't before. Many Black men, Hispanics, and Wine Moms who voted last time will stay home this time. There are also other factors at play, and they break for Trump.

It's not even necessarily that they are corrupted, it's literally their job to act as enforcers of state power.

So when a lunatic council leader says arrest this troublesome constituent, they are not going to even question that order one scintilla, they are going to arrest that person with aggression and zeal.

That's best-case scenario.

If the illegals begin threatening kids then there will be vigilantes to perform the job that Western Civilization came together and agreed to allow an organization to perform as a proxy.

And the problem for society? They won't be wrong in their actions. It has to happen or soon the (more?) local children will begin disappearing.

Same as always, all that had to happen was that the law be enforced. But it's difficult and time consuming and requires a lot more paperwork than pulling over middle class people going 4 over the speed limit on their way to church on a Sunday morning.

All the polling showing Harris in the lead is not revealing the weight they are giving to (D) voters. So they're hiding the reality.

Rasmussen gives the ratio of 35% D, 32% R and has Trump up by a couple which would put him at 320 Electoral votes and perhaps even popular vote win.

48 Parenthood Warnings are not new. Because of the longevity of school board-purchased training films, you can define a generation by what traffic death and VD videos Coach ran in the Everyday Problems class. There was a sort of comic relief in depicting the tribulations of a young couple who had to get married. He'd take a job in a steel mill that required him to get up early, and when they had their old school friends over for a card party, the baby cried and interrupted everything. That was about it.

It was laugh-out-loud out of touch in the 60's, and may still be around, but in a cleaner and purer time we massage ourselves into thinking were good old days, concerned adults were busily talking yoot into avoiding families because it spoils the carefree life. Naturally, the crisis of the hour was "teenage pregnancy," and teachers didn't want their high schools to look like sin-bin passion pits (it hurt the tax levies), but the population chasm started right there.

Correct. Most cops are bureaucrat thugs. They don't know the law, much less the Constitution. They are trained to demand immediate compliance through force.

Cops are the local arm of USINT, and people better start treating them that way - as the domestic tyrants who will take their rights, property, and their life.

102 I knew a guy who had a f350 diesel. He thought that truck could do anything so he did anything with it. One day, he needed to pull down an old set of two story wood stairs from the side of a house. He tied a chain to one of the 4x4's and to his frame. The 4x4 snapped when he pulled and the chain whipped back. It left a clean straight line of indentations on the roof and hood.
He and his brother laughed, "oh shit, that close"

I'd worry about a rope snapping and coming back into ones face. "Green" trees are a worry too, as they can play some funny tricks when they hit the ground. I had a green tree this winter that shattered into three sections and went in three different directions. Most of it ended up 25 feet from the base of the tree. Some laying north/south, some east/west.

Never saw anything like it.

104 Just a reminder, in 2020 Trump never led in the RCP average of polls. Not once, and his deficit was pretty large at points. He ended up "losing" by about 40,000 votes. We'll likely never know what the real numbers were but even with Biden winning virtually every swing state poll the entire election it took some serious ballot stuffing to get him over the top.

Trump has always outperformed his polling for pretty obvious reasons. He's basically tied in the media polls with Harris now in those polls and Harris just came off her convention and month of media gaslighting on her behalf.

The race starts getting serious after next Monday.

For short pulls, I have weight bags that weigh down the line so if it was to snap it absorbs the energy and prevents catastrophe.

I also don't use chain but synthetic line that is used in winch's.

For this application, the line is going to be around 100 ft ,run through at least two snatch blocks and tarped.

I'll also be safely behind the tractor with the bucket raised as a shield.

---------
IIRC Pelosi's daughter was 'contracted' to make a 'documentary' about J6. Pelosi (among others) staged it. I think she was hoping Trump would be at the Capitol that day and she wanted to have video records of her historic fight with him to save democracy. To this day the lie that Trump somehow was involved in the chaos at the Capitol, that he was there personally or urged his supporters to go riot there is repeated by the media.

So, I do believe Pelosi's daughter was there specifically to record what was thought to be a historic day for the Democrats... with Nancy leading the charge.

The completed documentary has never seen the light of day. Why snippets appeared now (and earlier) is anyone's guess.

Apparently this demon has never read the OT passages where God defines nations and their borders. Now why would there need to be a concept of "nation" and this thing called "borders" unless it was just for taxing purposes?

On his radio show yesterday, Bongino said that his sources within the Secret Cervix -- military veterans who have experience with bomb-making -- said that the explosive devices found were far too sophisticated to be made by a 20-year-old kid with no relevant experience.

I'm thinking Iran, the Deep State/Junta, or both.

243 The final failure in Kabul was preceded by Biden malfeasance in bugging out of Bagram in the middle of the night. Bagram has, I believe, four runways and can land and take off C-5s. Much equipment and arms should have been flown out of there on those giant cargo planes. Kabul has one runway and the C-17s are the largest planes that can use it.

I mentioned in comment #22:

Possible gang members with the illustrious Tren de Aragua group based in Venezuela

Tren de Aragua (English: Aragua Train) is the largest criminal organization in Venezuela, with over 5,000 members.[2] Tren de Aragua is led by Héctor Rusthenford Guerrero Flores, alias "Niño Guerrero"; he was incarcerated in Tocorón prison [es], which functioned as the organization's de facto headquarters. The gang has since expanded throughout Latin America and the United States amidst the Venezuelan refugee crisis,[3] with the growth of the gang following the migration of Venezuelans to host nations.[2] Due to the severity of its crimes, combatting the gang has become a priority to many nations where Tren de Aragua has entered.[2]

322 Is Dana bash a Kamala/democrat hater? I'd like to hear some of your opinions. If she is, I won't bother watching.

CNN sure is. I expect her to spend the entire interview on attack and demanding standards that trump has not been held to in 9 years on the political stage.

Keith Olbermann has nothing good to say about her journalistic skills. She's zombie-like. I agree. I think that blank look is her listening to the producer in her earpiece. They don't want her thinking, either.

i look at Andrea Mitchell as an obvious dem basher. So that would be an example of why I wouldn't watch this interview.

Bash is largely reviled on the right too. She's not pleasing too many people on either side. That's not necessarily a bad thing for a journalist.

CNN and Bash could really harm her momentum if they hound her and confuse her with stupid gotcha questions. She says what her wealth class owners tell her what to say and more importantly telling her what not to say.

334 my little boy always cheered me up.

Yes, what we have is a literary, not a psychic, phenomenon.
All the great American novels were exposes of awful things going on inside proper-looking family facades. For a hundred years, every story of familial relationships in film or TV was laced with back-stabbing and betrayal. Online, guys go on all night about being ruined by their family, cheated and cheated on by wives and children. Other than "camp," there are few depictions of people individually benefiting and flourishing because they have children. It's bitch, bitch, bitch -- except for just once in a while, when somebody busts out a line like that.

My complaint about my kids is that I don't get to see them often enough. They're spectacularly successful, and there's very little chance they'll move back onto the family compound.

When some of you say, "maybe the Democrats will let Trump win (to blame for the economic collapse, etc.)"

"Although controversial, killing invasive species to save native species has been done in the past such as when the National Marine Fisheries Service reduced the criteria to kill sea lions preying on salmon swimming along the West Coast in 2019."

383 380 I suppose PTA has no idea how to direct a comedy, even a dark comedy has comedic rhythms.

This one doesn't.

384 You wanna know something perverse?

Even if we all got together and gathered $100 million and a core of people willing to do what it takes to win, worked in absolute secrecy, we'd get caught.

Not because our cheat wasn't perfect.

But because we duplicated their cheat--they would know we cheated because those were "their" votes.

I think the good people of Aurora, Colorado should review the history of Skidmore, Missouri.

There's a putting green grass called velvet bentgrass. It has a phenomenal blade count per square foot. Walking barefoot on it is the most pleasant experience your feet could ever have. Would it surprise you to know that Trump used it at at least some of his golf courses?

Banned. Whatever freaking jerkoff agency in charge termed it invasive and banned the sale of it. I wanted to overseed some areas and went to repurchase it and it was gone.

Invasive? Yeah at maybe an inch a year. I sometimes wonder if they banned it just to piss off Trump.

August 28, 2024, Let Them Live Podcast (YouTube): Convicted Pro-Life Activist Shares Her Thoughts About the FACE Act
"In this special episode Emily is joined by Bevelyn Beatty, a pro-life activist, who was convicted of violating the FACE Act (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act). Bevelyn shares the story of how she became a pro-life activist, and the prosecution she faces for her efforts to stand up against a "Reproductive Health Clinic" in lower Manhattan, New York." (Not linked here, so you're own you own if you would like to watch, listen.)

Not just about Christianity, her religion and strength, but also her conviction and sentencing "within the system;" thoughts about how we've gotten there; the need to care about one another & to try to seek a common point (or points) of agreement, and also to VOTE.

390 Wikipedia, Criminal proceedings in the January 6 United States Capitol attack (Appears current thru Aug 23, 2024 in as far as sentencing).

>Investigations into alleged foreign involvement and payments -

(In part) As of January 2021, the FBI was also investigating whether foreign adversaries of the U.S. – governments, organizations or individuals – provided financial support to people who attacked the Capitol.[33]

Separately, a joint threat assessment issued by the FBI, Department of Homeland Security, and other agencies said that "Russian, Iranian, and Chinese influence actors have seized the opportunity to amplify narratives in furtherance of their policy interest amid the presidential transition" and that these governments, through state actors, state media, and their proxies, used the riots to promote violence and extremism in the United States, denigrate American democracy, and in some instance promote conspiratorial claims.[33]
---
So I'd think such thorough investigations would also apply to attacks on pregnancy centers, Free Palestine campus unrest, discrimination against Jews and other groups, etc. Yes?

Good day, all!

Welp, I withdraw my comment

PTA finally learned how to direct comedy or I exposed my ignorance to the world.

Either/or.

Maybe both!

394 We had a slice of white bread with sauce and cheese they kept under a heat lamp. They called it (name of town) pizza.

You had bread ?? Luxury! We had a cardboard box , stolen ketchup packets and sawdust that we had to leave out in the sun. That was called "homemade pizza".

395 Crime and injustice count on your willingness to submit out of fear, complacency, or politeness. I haven't seen the movie Gandhi since not long after it was in the theatres (a friend had it on 12" laser disk), but I went looking for a clip of passive resisters forcing the government to use their implied violence to bring shame to their cause. I think this clip works better to show the point: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQaYTYZc-3A
