Former President Donald Trump called on FBI Director Christopher Wray to resign on Wednesday after the director testified before Congress that he has not noticed any cognitive decline in President Joe Biden. Wray was questioned by House Republicans on Wednesday about the assassination attempt on Trump earlier this month. During the hearing, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) also questioned Wray about his interactions with Biden and if he's witnessed the president's cognitive abilities go downhill. "I don't meet with him very often, but what you're describing is not something that I've observed during my interactions with him," Wray said. "It never occurred to you that he's not up to [the job] in all these briefings you did?" Gaetz pressed. "As I said, my briefings with the president have all been completely fine," Wray replied. In a post on Truth Social after the hearing, Trump blasted Wray, whom he nominated to serve as FBI director in 2017. "I watched the Congressional Hearing today as Christopher Wray was asked the question whether or not he noticed any Cognitive Degeneration in his many conversations with Crooked Joe Biden and, despite the fact that Special Counsel Robert Hur said, effectively, that Joe Biden is INCOMPETENT, with LITTLE MEMORY, etc., Wray said that 'it is not something I observed during my interactions with him, which were uneventful and unremarkable,' essentially stating that he found nothing wrong, mentally or physically, with 'Joe,'" Trump said.

FBI officials conducting a top-secret security clearance review for a longtime employee asked witnesses whether that employee was known to support former President Donald Trump, if he had expressed concerns about the COVID-19 vaccine or had attended a Second Amendment rally, according to internal memos that prompted a complaint to the Justice Department's internal watchdog alleging political bias inside the bureau. The employee's security clearance was revoked months after the interviews, which confirmed his support for Trump and gun rights and his concerns about the COVID vaccine, according to the documents obtained by Just the News. The memos show that agents for the FBI's Security Division asked at least three witnesses in spring 2022 whether the employee, whose name and job title was redacted from the memos, had been known to "vocalize support for President Trump" or "vocalize objections to Covid-19 vaccination." I'm not even sure that the gunman was shooting at Trump.
FACTS:
1) At no time, did the shooter call out and say "I am aiming at Trump."
2) The Shooter did not leave a signed and notarized affidavit that he was, in fact, trying to assassinate Trump or even shooting at him.
3) The slope on the roof was so steep that it would be impossible for the Shooter to remain in place and not slide off, if he were not constantly fighting against gravity! Thus, he never had the time or ability to aim his rifle at Trump. He probably fired accidentally in his panic to remain on the roof.
I think Trump owes us all an apology!!!

There's an old SF story "Try and Change the Past' where there is a war between groups of time travellers. They recruit people right after they die. They show this one guy who killed himself with a pistol because he was bankrupt but would have found out a rich uncle had died and he inherited it all if he had waited.
So he decides to undo his death with his time machine. But time doesn't want to be changed, there is a resistance. So he unloads the gun and he just reloads and shoots himself. He rewinds and hides the gun, and his body goes to the balcony door and opens it, and a meteor hits him in the exact spot.

I can't believe we are even having this discussion. The shooting was filmed live and millions have seen it. 3 other people were hit with bullets and one was killed. The shooter was shot dead. Bullet casing have been found. Trump has a wound on his ear that occurred as bullets were being fired at him.
What is the alternative explanation? That what we all have seen didn't actually happen and Trump ripped off part of his ear while he was on the ground? Even Orwell would be saying "Whoa guys, this is too much gaslighting.".
