I am pretty sure that he meant that the drone did not contain any footage stored on it because he used the drone to stream the FPV (first person view) to his phone. So you can't take the SD card out of the drone camera and review what he was videoing. It was sent as a live view to the phone, which was not recorded.

A claim I’ve seen several times from Israeli sources (quietly) is that the military and intelligence service leadership thought Netanyahu was going too far with the attempt to reform the judiciary, so when they got wind of an attack they stood down and let it happen to discredit him with the public. The real fuck up was that they thought it was going to be a small attack, easily managed, not the biggest cross border attack Hamas had ever organized.
There is some evidence supporting this; it would explain why the IDF refused to respond to any calls from its own forward posts for nearly 12 hours after the attack began.

There was an interesting cable show I watched back in the day where the host was saying that each temple's floor plan is increased when is rebuilt. So second temple is larger than first, third would be larger than that. Looking at the plan of the current mosque he said it was the right size for the *Third* temple and postulated that it was rebuilt in the Bar Kochva rebellion under Emperor Hadrian.

Most parliamentary systems have a President (or Monarch) and a Prime Minister. The PM has all the legislative power but the Pres or Monarch can accept/dismiss the current government. France's Pres has more power. Other than that the Pres is a titular head and is there mainly for diplomatic and ceremonial occasions. Also if the government falls then there is still someone in charge.
(That's how I see it and correct me if I'm wrong).
