I don't think landslides are possible either way anymore.

I do see a path for Trump to win, he'll win the states he won in 2020 plus pick up GA, VA and NV and being that Nebraska fixed it's stupid EC split will either win by 271 or 270 votes depending on whether he can get that 1 EC vote out of Maine.

Impeachment's not happening. That leaves the 25th, but a majority of Biden's cabinet and VP would all have to turn on him. And he'd still be in office, just sidelined while the VP runs things. AND he can resume his duties if he informs the Senate 'I'm alright now.'

No, the only way Joe goes is if he wants to. And every president wants that 2nd term. A 1 term president is a failed president in the eyes of many.

The 25th Amendment only has _feasible_ application in clear cases incapacity. -Not in questionable cases of diminished capacity. If the Dems were to even attempt it (i.e., more than merely threaten it), they could easily end up in much worse condition electorally than they are in now. 25iving Biden would very probably fail; and the political blow-back would be horrendous.

The donor class can threaten to sit it out all they want. Once it becomes clear that Biden will remain the nominee, the money will flow. The DNC will make the credible argument that they need massive amounts of money to stop Trump from obtaining big majorities in the House and Senate.
So: The. Spice. Must. Flow. (And Biden will be the nominee.)
