It didn't affect the outcome of the trial. The vast majority of the jurors were mostly not corrupt. Anyway, it is a good thing that jurors are discussing deliberations with family members. It is vital for democracy.

From the last thread, I was looking for a movie to go to, and saw the upcoming Inside Out 2 and... said, No.
For the first one, I went to see it in the theater as my daughter was only seeing me on weekends and I wanted to talk about movies with her, and I loved it. I found it smart, clever, dramatic, and that business with the imaginary friend. The finale with the cats cracked me up. Now? I just can't trust Disney. I would not under any circumstance take a child to see their perverted strap-on product. No way. Disney has permanently ruined trust and they are in my mind child molesters. I think the idea is if the juror broke one rule, how many others did they break? Did they lie during juror screening about being able to be impartial? Etc. The Dems have been caught off-guard by how badly this trial has played out for them. They thought they were taking the kill shot, but it has backfired badly on them. Declaring a mistrial would essentially give them a mulligan, a way out of their current dilemma. Then they could just decline to reprosecute, and they're home and dry. I don't watch Hollywood programming anymore, with the one exception I watched the last season of Curb your Enthusiasm and can't help but notice the similarity. Larry David was convicted of giving out water after being character assassinated by prosecution witnesses. Lots of it was intolerable as they had embarrassing cameos from Left wing Lunatics like Jimmy Kimmel and some fucking stuffed MSNBC shirt. And others I don't care to remember. But however Larry was released after one of the Jurors was caught out of sequester at a bar by Jerry Seinfeld. Was amusing. Mistrial declared. Larry freed. Couldn't help notice the similarity. Doesn't even ping the scale of jury nonsense that went on. They should have been automatically sequestered. Instead, Merchan sent them home for a WEEK after the defense rested before starting deliberations. I've never heard of anything APPROACHING that length of time, the only purpose would be to send them home to make sure they got maximum harassment from everybody around them that knew they were on the jury.
One of the jurors admitted to listening to Michael Cohen's freaking podcasts. This judge and jury was a joke, and everybody sees it. I don't understand your comment. The SALT deduction basically lets taxpayers divert some of their Federal tax to local commie idiocy, and at no additional cost to the taxpayer.
Because when you can divert 10K of your Fed tax to the State ? It motivates those states that wish to tax their peeps ... all their peeps ... up to 10K for all that commie New England and West Coast shit. And they do. You don't have to be "rich" to have a 10K tax load. And double whammy ... it motivates the same states to ask for more and more Federal Spending ... because after all, they keep most of their money in house. Its the rubes in the South and MidWest footing most of the bill. Say it until you get it ... its just opposite of what the loud, obnoxious New England liberals spew. 352 Take a page from Sun Tzu and a libation of choice.
Sun Tzu was, literally, a con. Ever read it ? Complete bullshit. Attack where your enemy is weakest ? Thanks, genius. How ? Assuming I do all this shit right ... because I ignored your bullshit ... now I need to not surround and eliminate him ? I worked in the 90s when managers did the SunTzu fad. It was bullshit then too. Posted by: Its Always Been This Way at June 07, 2024 06:42 PM (U6Sn/) Sometimes what's obvious to you isn't obvious to others. No if it's fake, Merchan bought it hook line and sinker.
I don't think it is --- That's my hesitation in declaring it 100% fake. The judge knows the shitstorm this would cause if he officially acknowledges it. I just can't see him sending out this letter without some additional verification. They've known of this for a week. How did no one else see this? A shitposting shittroll wants views, likes, responses. A FB post no one reported on ain't rocking his jollies. Posted by: People's Hippo Voice at June 07, 2024 06:47 PM (rK75L) 365

Sometimes what's obvious to you isn't obvious to others.
Its obvious to me thats whats not obvious to someone else isn't gonna' get fixed by reading Sun Tzu. You know what you get when people like me run into people not like me who read Sun Tzu ? People with their ass kicked who read Sun Tzu. Posted by: Its Always Been This Way at June 07, 2024 06:50 PM (U6Sn/) 368

This will get used to avoid Appeals and Supreme Court ruling on Merchan's and Prosecutors' gross over-reach and abusive behavior-

In #5 Comment by Soothsayer, about something stinks in Demmark, a "man" assaulted the Danish Prime Minister today in a central Copenhagen square (Mette Frederiksen). No word on any injuries and no videos despite the Kutorvet being a popular square. I am betting that the attacker's name is Lars Olsen, Per Andersen, or Fredrik Nielsen and they just walked out of a Friday afternoon prayer meeting at the Marble Church.

This is huge, why no Flaming Skull?
Trump's whole shtick is 'Rigged Trial and Justice system', he just got the Judge -- if this pans out or not who cares -- to raise doubt. Use it, spread it around, Trump should point to it. You fucking Republicans are stupid, learn from the Democrats. They publish something false on page one, gets the headline and attention and everyone who is low info voter sees it and then correct it on D57 3 months later. Stop being losers and fight already.
