Every leap year from now until 2100, which won't be a leap year per Gregorian rules, the Vernal Equinox is going to get earlier and earlier. It will be on the 19th in Zulu in a few decades. That's because of the 400 year "reset" that happened in 2000 per the Gregorian 400 year cycle. Posted by: publius, Rascally Mr. Miley (w6EFb) at March 18, 2024 04:35 AM (w6EFb) 15

I have a prayer request It may sound silly but here goes. My former running mate for township committee ( we lost last year) asked me to run with her again as two seats opened up , and it's easier to do this as a team.. I thought about it and prayed about and asked FenSpouse. I said "Yes". Last time I ran someone had pulled out so I didn't have to get a bunch of signatures. This time I have to get about 45 and since I am only recently became
a registered Republican I don't know that many Republicans. If you could pray that if it's God's will I get these signatures it would be much appreciated. They are due by the end of this week. One states that “two CIA bomb techs” are assisting with “a pipe bomb scene on New Jersey and D ST SE.” Another references “several CIA dog teams on standby.”

I had a Windows 10 laptop hard drive fail recently so that the preferred account on the machine would not load. The default Windows 10 response in that circumstance was to start setting up a brand new user account, during the process of which there were messages displayed about, "Now you're getting Etch! Lucky you!", popping up frequently. As I had no idea what Etch was, I kept trying to abort the process while chanting, "Oh, hell to the no!"
Sent the laptop to a repair shop, bad to get a new hard drive installed and now it's Windows 11 ... and Etch. But I'll fix that! Posted by: Krebs v Carnot: Epic Battle of the Cycling Stars (TM) at March 18, 2024 07:10 AM (xG4kz) 125

I've occasionally got up and turned on the coffee machine, hit the head, and come back to find the coffeemaker straining to produce something -- because I forgot to put water in the reservoir the night before. That does not begin to compare with a coffeemaker deciding on its own to brew up a steady succession of cups.

I aver the driving force behind all those illegal men arriving is American children and women. War never changes. A society that does not protect women and children is a doomed society. Look at the difference in Germany from 1939 to today., The Red Army deliberately raped every woman and child they could in the German areas they occupied. Ivan's War and Band of Brothers (in 1945) tell the tale of women when the men are not there. And our twisted elites are abusing illegal children of both sexes, as gays and pedos now are at the top of the heap. Posted by: NaCly Dog at March 18, 2024 07:31 AM (u82oZ) 165
