Audio Recording Allegedly Demonstrates the Chair of the Arizona Republican Party Offering Kari Lake Money from Unnamed Persons "Back East" to Not Run for Senate

Allegedly, the Arizona Republican chair attempted to bribe Kari Lake into not running. On audio tape, he asks if "there's a number" at which she'd agree to "take a pause" from running for office.

He talks about putting her on the boards of different companies to put money in her pocket.

I say "allegedly" to cover myself but it's hard to hear anything other than a bribe being offered here.

This is one of things that everyone who knows what's going on assumes happens pretty routinely.

If the tape is real, there are only two odd things about it:
1. It got out
2. Lake didn't take them up on it

If this is real, it raises Lake by several notches in my book and probably many others'. It almost makes me wonder if she's the one who leaked it. I don't care if she did or not, but I can see this as doing nothing but helping Lake if she wants to try again.

I listened to a very recent 40 minute video with General Flynn today. He's still an avid Trump supporter. He made an interesting point about what is the opposite of a 'Christian nationalist' - an 'atheist globalist'.

I'm 'following' him on Twit/X because hopefully he'll be part of the reclamation of the USA from the radical left in 2025.

Not sure if naturalflake is around, but my recommendation is to not wait to buy an ICE vehicle. Because most US automakers are eliminating -- or already have eliminated -- them from their product line going forward. The stringent EPA regulations, which are impossible to meet with ICE vehicles, go into effect in 2025. Big 3 auto company where I work has zero ICE vehicles in development for 26MY forward.

Which is why I traded in my '11 Patriot for a '23 Cherokee last summer. This year or next may be last chance to purchase new ICE vehicles in US.

DeWit comes off as the embodiment of sleaze. Can't believe he would be so dumb as to leave himself exposed, or maybe he's one of Michael Corleone's "buffers".

Seems unlikely that she could have staged this. I've always liked her, and when hearing her on clips being in your face to the media, thought, "wow, she is a politician, but she sure sounds like she's for real". I read her lawsuit brief (which seemed more than credible), and was hoping she would resurface somewhere prominent.

I don't like the idea of "leaks" generally, but the new rules involve making the other side live up to their own rules.
