It's not everyday you find a rare duck from Arctic walking through the streets of central Indiana, but that's exactly what happened for a little girl in Greenfield. The Hancock Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation took in a 1 pound long-tailed duck. The sea duck is typically found in the arctic and northern coastal regions, according to the rescue and rehabilitation organization. These types of ducks spend most of their time in northern waters on ocean coasts and dive down to 200 feet deep to get their food, according to All About Birds. Here in Kentucky you're almost expected to have a still somewhere on your property. Lots of people do, and I periodically buy their product, but it's done with cash and under the table, so to speak. In the United States however, distilling liquor is a federal offense and therefore illegal in every state. Interestingly, some U.S. states have laws that would theoretically make moonshining immediately legal, if the federal law were to be changed. The State of Missouri, for example, theoretically allows the manufacturing of 100 gallons of liquor per year (but, as mentioned, it is still federally illegal). Other states that theoretically allow moonshining are Alaska, Arizona, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Rhode Island. 30 meters square fire in a cabin? Do they refer to the crew shared quarters as cabins? Or is Reuters just being sloppy stupid?

You can have a still for making 'perfume' legally.
Home distillation is Federally outlawed by BATF unconstitutionally. The suit that has been brought against current law is another shot at the 'administrative state'. It is about time the SC brought it to heel. Posted by: AZ deplorable moron at December 25, 2023 02:48 PM (idbzh) 106

Fire Breaks Out On Russian Nuclear-Powered Icebreaker A fire broke out on Sunday evening on a Soviet-era nuclear-powered cargo icebreaker ship docked at a port in northwestern Russia. Reuters said the Soviet-made Sevmorput vessel was docked in the northern Russian city of Murmansk when a 30 square meters (323 square feet) fire erupted in one of the cabins. - That just shows that our victory is inevitable.
