Hmmm: Partisan FBI Agent Who Opened Trump Investigation Seen Being Escorted Out of FBI Building By "Headquarters-Looking" Types
Trump Demands a New Election

Did the highly partisan Democrat operator Thibault just get fired?

Was it Thibault who told Facebook to censor the "treasure trove of documents" about to come out about Hunter Biden?

That would square with the timing.

JustTheNews' Ben Whedon reporting:

Former Washington Field Office Special Agent in Charge Tim Thibault was reportedly escorted out of the Bureau's headquarters on Friday, amid whistleblower allegations that he showed political bias in his handling of politically sensitive investigations.

The Washington Times reported eyewitness accounts that "Mr. Thibault was seen exiting the bureau's elevator last Friday escorted by two or three 'headquarters-looking types.'"

Whistleblowers alleged that Thibault concealed the partisan nature of evidence from FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland to secure their approval to open an investigation into former President Donald Trump. That investigation culminated in the FBI's raid on Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate earlier this month.

...

Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley confirmed to Just the News prior to the raid that Thibault had been removed from his post and reassigned to an unspecified position.

>>>22 Is this big? Cause if this is not big it should be big.

No se. We don't even know if he was fired. And even if he was fired, we don't know which Coverup Protocol they'll be deploying.

Which news channel do you think will offer Thibault a $350,000 contract first, CNN, ABC, CBS, or NBC?

"Greyman27" says this usually marks someone who's under investigation:

ormally, being "walked out" means you're under either FBI OPR or DOJ IG investigation (or both) and the offenses you're suspected of mean you will be terminated if found culpable. It prevents you from tampering with evidence or intimidating witnesses. No badge, no credentials, no gun, no Bureau car, all accesses revoked. "On the bricks" is the common colloquialism. You are for all intents and purposes no longer a sworn federal law enforcement officer.
Posted by: Greyman27

He added:

Thibault was also apparently intimately involved with Crossfire Hurricane and burying the Hunter laptop lead.

Oh, and being walked out also means you either burn all your leave (sick and annual) or go on leave without pay.

Greyman hasn't responded yet about whether he worked at the DOJ, or how he comes by this opinion. Sounds legit though.

There's no mechanism in the law or Constitution for what Trump proposes, but then, there is also no mechanism in the law or Constitution for the FBI, DOJ, and CIA to interfere in the elections of the United States to illegally install their favored puppet, either:

declareanewelection.jpg

I know that half the country will be upset that Trump is undermining faith in their corrupt, rigged, FBI-sabotaged election, but people actually shouldn't have that much faith in the outcome of a coup by the American Stasi and its election-fortifying corpo partners.

12 I'm sticking with my theory that the WH bypassed Garland and instead told their partisan loyalists at the FBI to raid MAL. Garland was told to go out and take responsibility for it when it became obvious that there was a backlash growing. Now I'd guess that he's going to get revenge, as well as the WH throwing the feds under the bus.

I think Trump's proposed remedy is interesting. Re-run the election right now! He would only get two years in his second term, but that's enough time for him to fire lots of swamp creatures. I don't know if the Constitution has any provision for this... but I think I like it.

118 Joe Biden ordered this raid.
He is convinced Trump is behind the Hunter laptop.
He is angry that the media is even covering the story.
He is sure that Trump is pushing it to his friends in the media (yes, he thinks there are some)
He faked up the Archivist complaint. Found some lawyers to find some US Code it could have violated. Hid that they were not criminal statues from the judge by heavy use of implied theft of nuclear secrets (note: The magistrate signed off on the redactions after they claimed nuclear secrets but before they admitted that wasn't true--so he still would have thought the "classified" in the affidavit was nuclear secrets).

Joe Biden ordered this raid because he was sure they would find proof Trump was planting the Hunter stories.

120 Normally, being "walked out" means you're under either FBI OPR or DOJ IG investigation (or both) and the offenses you're suspected of mean you will be terminated if found culpable. Where does the idea that if you get fired you lose your retirement come from? I've been canned a couple of times and I got to keep my 401k because that was compensation I'd already earned.

Being fired means you don't get to keep your job, not that you have to give everything you got from it back.

194 Fuck "new elections".

I want the handful of stupid fucks who actually voted for this god damned vegetable, and cheered for all this bullshit, to wallow in it. Across the globe, everything is irretrievably going to shit at twice the speed of a fart in an elevator, and I don't want the only champion of common sense the world has to offer right now to be saddled with that. I want these crooked, senseless motherfuckers and the imbeciles who supported them ground down into absolute, abject misery and to KNOW it was due to their gullible, feckless dumbassery. I want whatever this bullshit mental illness is that passes for "Liberalism" to be so finely pulverized by the millstone of History that it turns into a fucking vapor and floats away, never to be spoken of again except as a tasteless punchline. And I will gladly suffer along myself if it means that at least a few of the later generations might be spared such senseless catastrophe until it inevitably oozes back onto the world stage once again a hundred years from now.

The problem in comparing this to the private sector is that traditional "defined earning" pensions are all but extinct there. Lots of governments are getting away from it as well, but either way, if you've met the conditions and get terminated, taking away what you already earned (or contributed to) would be an extra step, a retro-active taking.

It's kind of like people demanding criminals give up their pensions/retirements. That's an additional penalty not in the statute.

________________

True. But... if we're only talking about 5 years that pension will be minimal. Like a couple hundred dollars a month depending on the grade (General Service) when this fucktard was when booted.

A nominal GS-12 (step 10, the highest) employee fully vested after meeting all the requirements for retirement at around 30 years of service will see a pension of around $3-4K a month. Pad that about $1.5K - $2.3K a month for every grade up to a GS-15, again, depending their step (1-10). So it's possible to serve about 5 years and get to, say a GS-14 step 5 and make about $5-7K a month in retirement. The calculations are based on highest pay over a 3 year average.

Estimated. Could be higher or lower based on locality pay and other considerations.

Got 20 years in, thank you very much. The military is a special situation because of the unique restrictions it puts on you. For example, your civilian job is not required to provide you with food, clothing and shelter.

The military can do some clawbacks based on certain circumstances, but once you have earned a retirement, it doesn't matter what happens after the fact, you still get access to your benefits.

I'm sure you know vets that subsequently got into trouble and once they got out of prison, they still had VA access and even got a government burial so long as they did honorable service. it's a similar concept.

PDT plays the press like a violin. I'm sure he's quite aware a new election isn't possible. However, President Trump is quite aware of how to keep an issue in front of the public. The press will go nuts, amplifying this release. It's something the press should let die, but, the press cannot help themselves.

And, from that, I suspect some states which have been reluctant to address voter fraud, may be forced to deal with the issue, now.

Agreed, and I was speaking about the type of discharge. So long as you were honorably discharged, you get the VA bennies, no matter what you do afterwards.

Since people love to go personal, yes, my late brother-in-law was a troubled person. Marine vet, did his regular enlistment, got an honorable discharge and then switched the reserves and had...problems.

Because he had an honorable discharge, he at least got some help and when he died flat broke, he got a burial in a military cemetery which was a great relief to his family.

I guess some people would begrudge him that for doing time in prison.

And I still contend this raid was not sanctioned at the DoJ prior. It was half cocked. Based on intel that Trump had kompromat on (insert you're favorite agency/figure head here) and someone (Thibault?) thought it'd be a good idea to fuck with him.
