Last week, Jazz wrote about the decision by Britain’s National Health Service to close the Tavistock clinic in London after parents complained that the "gender-affirming care" being offered to children was "shoddy." Saturday, the Times of London published a story about a Scottish clinic which one former patient says is just as bad. The Sandyford clinic in Glasgow offers gender-affirming care to minors and adults. Sinead Watson referred herself to the clinic when she was 24-years-old and transitioned to being a man named Sean.Well, no she didn't.
But Sinead has since detransitioned and regrets that the clinic didn't do more to address her underlying depression that she now believes drove her desire to transition.Her story:
Watson, from Glasgow, told The Times: "I went to Sandyford as a 24-year-old woman with a long history of depression, anxiety, self-harm, alcohol abuse and suicidal ideation. "I did not have gender dysphoria prior to my teens. Yet for some reason, the clinic thought it was appropriate to ignore all of these other issues. Within a matter of months, I was put on irreversible cross-sex hormones."... "I met with a gender specialist who asked me about my childhood," she said. "I told him that I was a perfectly normal little girl who didn't have any gender issues at all. They contacted my GP with my permission and got access to all of my medical history. They weren't really interested in exploring the depression, the anxiety or the self-harm. All they were interested in was talking about my gender crisis.".. Sandyford referred Watson, by then living as Sean, to a hospital in Manchester for a mastectomy in 2017. This was a little later than the clinic had intended, she said, because of the numbers of trans men it was sending there. "I was so consumed by my desire that this transition was going to make me feel so much better, that I couldn't wait," she said.And this is what the Boston's Children's Hospital will be telling nine year olds at their birthday parties.

I was never a big fan of organized sports, MLB not being an exception. I'd enjoy an outing every once in a while, a Super Bowl party, whatever. Giving it up was easy.
However, first having kids on teams, then coaching, and while helping them build skills, attitude, mental and physical toughness, I am a now a huge fan of baseball, at least at the level of minors and below.

Pointless. Hospitals will simply require patients and their guardians to sign waivers forfeiting their right to sue, and few individuals will have the wherewithal to take on the hospitals and their corporate legal teams in court.
Also, there's zero chance the GOP pantywaists in congress will unite behind such a law, even if they dominated both houses.

Lived by school & park with ball fields 20-30 years ago in a nice East Bay inland community in Northern CA -- and always enjoyed it (I love kids, and not in the sick way of our betters).
Anyway, now in rural Northern AZ, I've similarly lived near a school & park with ball fields for nearly a decade. I can no longer tolerate it though, because between innings they have to blast modern crap music which makes my skin crawl, annoys me to no end, ruins the peaceful setting up the outdoors, and makes it impossible to converse with other spectators without yelling: This is from Little League to high school to the local Community College -- were they even blast the crap during entire practice sessions! Ugh, have ruined it for me ...

Its a great question. But you're thinking about it wrong. We've been living in bible prophecy the WHOLE TIME.
Jesus was foretold thousands of years before he was born. By multiple prophets in the old testament.
The question is are these the end times. Well, there is no good definition agreed on by everybody as to what "end times" means. How long will it last before the second coming. What will happen leading up to it. However there are a lot of competing interpretations and events do seem to correlate as we go along.

I read an article about a woman who'd had a very botched "transition" surgery and ended up with all sorts of problems -- urinary issues, paralysis, sexual dysfunction, etc.
She tried to find a lawyer to take her malpractice case, went to something like 40 different firms, but couldn't find one that would take the case. The problem was that "transition" surgery is considered experimental, and there is no official standard of care for doing the surgery, and she had signed a waiver acknowledging that she understood the surgery was experimental and she agreed to accept the risks (like urinary incontinence, paralysis, etc.), so she was totally screwed.

I've been reading Revelations recently to see if events are lining up. It's hard to say, since many events described are common during great upheavals. I do think this kind of mass insanity preceded the prior world wars, neither of which turned out to be the end.
We are definitely on the brink of very bad times. I'm watching to see if the normal people are going to mount an effective pushback. This stuff will go south only if enough people allow it.

We've already defended against two. What it takes as a "sex reassignment" surgeon who is willing to testify on the other side that the treatment was below standard of care. All it takes is a qualified doctor to give that opinion. There's always somebody. You just have to find a lawyer willing to pay them/expenses.

Western Civilization didn't build itself. The world is a shitty shitty place, but it got quite a bit better for a while. Still not great, but better. Post judeochristian west is what leads to the end times. It just my opinion, but something significant happened with the jewish people, and then again about 2000 years ago. They started the paperless mantra in the Navy in 1981 and I was still signing actual paper copies of nearly everything when I retired from a Navy civil service job in 2012.
Granted they did finally do away with the actual physical Service Records and made them electronic, but we still made paper copies of almost everything that was normally contained in the electronic service record (ESR).

That's an interesting statement. They "mercifully had answers." That isn't the way someone talks about meeting an outsider unless it's something like a criminal or regulatory investigation. This is the way corporate people talk about having to stand and deliver to the boss on a controversial topic or when he has to defend himself and his department to the higher execs.
That language makes it pretty clear to me that the government is directing Twitter pretty routinely, and expects answers from Twitter about its directions. This is Twitter going to talk to the boss.
Or I'm reading way too much into it. Regardless, the whole thing is clearly rotten to its core.

Bad advice. You can't simply ignore the prophecy being fulfilled regarding the nations that are in alliance. What's happening in America is microscopic in the grand scheme. The thing the world is hiding is what is happening that's fulfilling prophecy. If you want to know what is going on and what will go on, you should absolutely be looking in Revelation.
