Miranda Divine: Whistleblower Has Given Congressional Investigators Emails From Hunter Biden's Business Partner In Which That Partner Directly Calls Joe Biden "The Big Guy"
The media pretends not to know who "the Big Guy" is.
In fact, I think they refuse to report on those three words at all. Certainly Joe Biden won't admit to being "The Big Guy" who was to receive 10% in Hunter Biden's deal with a Chinese government front company. A stake, by the way, that was to be kept secret from the public. But emails received by congressional investigators from whistleblowers show that James Gilliar, one of Hunter Biden's business partners, straight up calls Joe Biden "The Big Guy" in an email, and states that "The Big Guy" is getting a 10% share.These emails were sent on the day the New York Post (and no one else) reported on the contents of Hunter Biden's laptops, and Hunter Biden's business partners worried about the exposure and scrutiny they would face. An unnamed business partner sent emails to another partner named James Gillier worrying about how much of the deal they should deny when the media and federal investigators started asking questions. Of course-- they shouldn't have worried. The FBI, the CIA, the DOJ, and the corrupt US media had them covered.
He's talking about Joe Biden there. No one else is "winning" or "losing" in the 2020 campaign. Why hasn't Merrick Garland asked this guy who "The Big Guy" is under oath? Oh right -- because he's corrupt.
In one communication that day, Hunter's then-business partner James Gilliar, a former British Special Forces officer with ties to UK intelligence services, "calmly reassures an unnamed person who is concerned that "a Senate committee, the DOJ" might start investigating Hunter's foreign deals and then "Hunter and/or Joe or Joe's campaign [will] fire a shot at us." "It would be crazy to do that with all the information and all the facts we have [but what happens if] they try to make it 'Oh, we were never involved. That was [Joe Biden's brother] James' idea . . . and try to basically make us collateral damage?" the person asks Gilliar in a message provided by a whistleblower to Republican congressional investigators and obtained by The Post. Gilliar is unconcerned about potential backlash from the Biden family and Joe's campaign: "I don't see how that would work for them," he replies. "I think in the scenario that he wins they would just leave sleeping dogs lie. "If they lose, honestly, I don't think that the Big Guy really cares about that because he'll be too busy focusing on all the other s--t he is doing."
Meanwhile, Fox News reports that "the Big Guy" met with at least 14 of Hunter Biden's business partners, sometimes at the White House -- proving he lied when he claimed he had no knowledge of Hunter's business dealings.
The communication, obtained by The Post Wednesday, is significant because it bolsters the claim by ex-Hunter business partner Tony Bobulinski that the Big Guy was a code name for Joe Biden. The reason the identity of the "Big Guy" is important is because it adds to the weight of evidence suggesting that Joe Biden not only knew about Hunter's international influence-peddling scheme, but allegedly was cut in for a slice of the profits. In an email written by Gilliar to Hunter on May 13, 2017, the "Big Guy" was allocated a 10% stake in a lucrative joint venture with Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC. "10 [percent] held by H[unter] for the Big Guy," Gilliar wrote.
Hunter ranted at Magnini for ghosting him, despite Hunter having given Magnini the complete access to Joe Biden that Magnini demanded:
President Biden met with at least 14 of Hunter Biden's business associates while he was vice president in the Obama White House, casting further doubt on the president's repeated claims that he had no knowledge of his son's foreign business dealings. "I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings," Biden said in 2019. But the president met with at least 14 of Hunter's business associates from the U.S., Mexico, Ukraine, China and Kazakhstan over the course of his vice presidency, a Fox News Digital review found. Two of Hunter's Mexican business associates, Miguel Aleman Velasco and Miguel Aleman Magnani visited the West Wing on Feb. 26, 2014, according to the Obama White House visitor logs, and Joe was later photographed with Hunter giving Velasco and Magnani a tour of the White House Brady Press Briefing room. "Do you have pictures from the lunch I had in dad's office (I think on 2/26) with Miguel Alleman [sic] Sr. And Jr. And Jeff Cooper? If so let me know and I can send someone to pick them up. Thanks. How was Kiev?" Hunter wrote in an April 2014 email to David Lienemann, Biden's official photographer during his 8 years as vice president. Emails, which were reviewed by Fox News Digital, from more than a year later showed that Hunter arranged a video conference with his father and Carlos Slim, a Mexican billionaire with whom Hunter was seeking to do business with at the time, on Oct. 30, 2015. Less than a month after the video conference, Slim, Velasco and Magnani attended a meeting with Joe, Hunter, and Hunter's business partner and family friend Jeff Cooper at the vice presidential residence at Number One Observatory Circle, Washington D.C., according to photos dated Nov. 19, 2015 and published by The Daily Mail. At the time of that meeting, Hunter and Cooper were in talks with Slim, Velasco and Magnani about investing in a Mexican energy company, The Daily Mail reported, citing documents from Hunter's infamous abandoned laptop. Emails showed the men also met Joe at the White House, the report said. In February 2016, just months after the meeting at Joe's private residence, the vice president reportedly flew Hunter and Cooper on Air Force 2 to Mexico City. Hunter wrote an email to Magnani informing him as much, saying he would be attending a meeting between Joe and then-Mexican president Enrique Pena Nieto.
The Andy McCarthy-endorsed Merrick Garland continues to refuse to appoint a special prosecutor to examine any of this, including the tax evasion case which is still be handled by the DOJ. The special prosecutor rule exists precisely for matters in which the President's appointees, like Merrick Garland, will have a conflict of interest, such as in prosecuting the President's son. But Merrick Garland continues refusing to appoint a special prosecutor and, in fact, refuses to even explain why. Not that the media is asking!
"I have brought every single person you have ever asked me to bring to the F'ing White House and the Vice President's house and the inauguration and then you go completely silent," Hunter wrote in the email. "I don't know what it is that I did but I'd like to know why I've delivered on every single thing you've ever asked - and you make me feel like I've done something to offend you." he continued.

Effectively its been a two tiered system for quite a while.
But now that everyone knows about it, its really dead. When people realize that the laws only apply to them and not the people writing the laws it generally causes a collapse in society. This is what a compromised candidate looks like. His network of associated malefactors are calmly weighing options vis a vis themselves and gaming out victory-vs-defeat outcomes. These three sentences are damning. They all knew about the corruption, they assumed (correctly) that if The Big Guy won then they'd be fine because there's no way Biden would let his own DoJ or IC interfere and if he loses, then their risk is small because there are enough other things going to distract.
This is why you don't run compromised people for office: they're a catastrophic security risk.

I really think that the elites sense that the end is drawing near for their reign which is why there was a bipartisan freakout over Jan 6th. You left out Brexit and a few other elections. But in general, elections may actually be a lagging indicator. Corrupt elites generally get their comeuppances because the masses push for a caudillo to end all family business. Sometimes, it is a mass uprising which is what ended Marcos or the Shah.
The elites do not have the feverent battle hardened corps like the Chinese Chi Coms or Khmer Rouge did or even the huge pool of ex soldiers like the Germans or Russians did after WWI. So, soft coercion is about the best thing that they have along with doom prognostications. Just don't see any big events that would have any likely important effect on the predominant idiocy world-wide. Sure, economic stagnation in the US, entirely predictable with Trump's removal, will continue, probably worsen actually.
But will the absurd and unchallenged basis for all "climate" policy be dumped, anywhere? Will the US reserve currency status, and the resulting reckless abuse of the situation by the US (both parties, the Fed, everyone) change? Will electorates from the US to Australia to western Europe somehow become less submissive, ignorant, irresponsible, mis- and un-educated? Will the key institutions globally become less corrupt or incompetent?
Big events changing things for the better are highly improbable. "Revolts" of any consequence/duration even more so.

I think you may be right here. The danger to the elite is if the proles give up on elections. In our specialized world, the elites cannot begin to make the world run, or stop those who try to break it. It's all way too much interconnected - and they just aren't smart enough. They can hire private security - but that assumes hackers don't figure out how to mess with their digital assets and make it impossible to keep them paid. Then they are toast.

Yep, the Fed is limited by the Constitution itself, at least in theory. States have to be treated equally regarding regulations by the Federal government. That is not to say that secondary pressure could not be applied via apparently reasonable restrictions such as no mortgages in a hurricane state, etc. That was the point of operation chokepoint after all is legal businesses that are being denied access to financial services.
There is not, AFAIK, any prohibition to states issuing their own fiat scripts either as Illinois did to pay Medicaid providers and I think California did something of the same thing. Another end around would be banknotes issued by state banks which are kind of like blank checks.

You won't see it if you don't look for it. I am not personally sanguine about what will come next but representative democracy has more or less quit responding to the population. This has resulted in what Walter Burnham called the Managerial State. But, just as it has reached it peak with pathetic creatures like Fauci as exemplars, it is failing the basic tests of good government--the most good for the most people if you are a utilitarian or if Roussean--widespread increasing wealth of commoners and increased population growth from natural increases. So, what happens when the masses no longer have a vested stake in a governmental form--it changes. Ultimately, you have to have people willing to fight and die for a regime and that believe in it. Otherwise it will fall. In the same way, one must have general approval of the population for a regime to continue--when it does not, it will change.
The easiest way is a caudillo type that arises from a coup. That is the Latin American way--other revolts are more complex. But, each of them is a rare event but the difficulty is in predicting when, not whether change will come.
