Shocker, the Alphabet People Are Upset About Another Comedian

So this was almost certainly what Netflix had in mind when it wrote its memo telling employees who objected to its content to find work elsewhere.

And the media is ginning up the hatred. I guess if they can get Ricky Gervais attacked and maybe killed, that's a lot more clicks.

Ricky Gervais' Netflix comedy special "SuperNature" has only been released on the streamer for a few hours, but it has already drawn criticism for a string of graphic and hurtful transphobic jokes.

Oh no, were these as bad as a "a gun that identifies as a knife"?

Four minutes into the special, Gervais dives into material about the trans community seemingly calculated to draw controversy.
"Oh, women!" he starts. "Not all women, I mean the old-fashioned ones. The old-fashioned women, the ones with wombs. Those fucking dinosaurs. I love the new women. They're great, aren't they? The new ones we've been seeing lately. The ones with beards and c*cks. They're as good as gold, I love them...."

People are permitted to have some skepticism about this claim that men are actually women because they're wearing a dress. Just because the psychiatrists and therapists and Gender Conformists you pay (or, let's face it, that the state pays on your behalf) tell you there should be no question that a woman with a penis is still a woman -- we're not your Gender Conformist therapists being paid to "affirm" you. We're allowed to disagree.

Variety again takes the Trans Position that the various people the Trans Lobby cancels aren't really cancelled at all because they can still get some jobs. I mean, they're not reduced to pushing a mop at Wa-Wa's yet:

Throughout the special, Gervais also bemoaned "cancel culture" for comedians and actors like Louis C.K., Liam Neeson and Hart -- all of whom still have lucrative showbusiness careers.

It is true that some people are so big they can only be partially cancelled -- but partially cancelled is still cancelled.

And there are hundreds if not thousands of people who were not that big, and who are all-the-way cancelled.
