Transgender R@pist James "Hannah" Tubbs -- On Verge of Being Released by LA's Soros DA George Gascon -- Is Suddenly Transferred to Kern County Jail on a Murder Warrant

James Tubbs sexually assaulted a four-year-old girl when he was days shy of his 18th birthday.

Soros DA George Gascon has a blanket policy of never prosecuting any "juvenile" as an adult, and so declined to prosecute Tubbs as an adult. Even though he fled the jurisdiction and was not apprehended until he was in his mid-20s.

Then Tubbs claimed he was "transgender."

Gascon, who is woke AF (of course), sentenced the 26 year old man to two years in juvenile detention, even though he's a man who has previously preyed on children.

I cannot find any article clearly telling me if he's being kept in a female juvenile detention facility or a male one. I have to assume a female one, given George Gascon's wokery, and the impossibility of getting a straight statement on the point.

Anyway, he was set to get out of that sentence after just six months.

But while criminal child r@pists are protected in LA County, they're not protected in Kern County.

And Twitch provides the very good news that this "Hannah" Tubbs -- who has a man-sized criminal record-- has just been transferred to the Kern County jail on a murder warrant.

Fox News:

Tubbs pleaded guilty to the attack last month, though the incident took place when Tubbs was two weeks shy of 18 and identified as a male named James Edward Tubbs. When authorities arrested Tubbs roughly eight years after the crime, the suspect, who has since been convicted of child molestation, began identifying as a woman, according to prosecutors.

Prosecutors sentenced Tubbs to two years at a juvenile facility because Gascon’s office declined to transfer the case to adult court, adhering to one of the progressive prosecutor’s day-one directives barring "children" from being tried as adults. The convicted criminal could, however, still serve as little as six months under California law and may not be required to register as a sex offender.

"Tubbs had a very lengthy criminal record before George Gascón allowed Tubbs to be sentenced to minimal time in a juvenile facility, which included arrests and convictions for murder, robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence and even a prior sexual assault of a 4-yr-old girl," Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney Jon Hatami told Fox News Digital.

Incredibly, a spokesman for Gascon pretends that Gascon is going to make sure that Tubbs gets justice if Kern County drops the ball -- even though they were ready to release this motherf***er in a couple of months:


A spokesman for District Attorney George Gascon's office previously told Fox News that Los Angeles officials will be notified if Tubbs is released from custody in Kern County.

"District Attorney George Gascon is committed to protecting the public and especially our children. In this case, Hannah Tubbs continues to serve her Los Angeles County sentence, while being prosecuted on an unrelated robbery charge in Kern County," Ricardo Santiago, a public information officer for the DAs office said. "Her transfer was based on a 2019 warrant and approved by a court."

Well color me reassured. As long as George Gason will be safeguarding us against the predations of "Hannah" Tubbs, who Gascon was about to release from his custom juveniles-only Happy Hunting Grounds in a sleepaway-camp fingerbang facility, then I can sleep soundly at night.

Note that Melugin is in open defiance of Twitter's pronoun policy and is committing a "Hate speech" offense by calling James Tubbs by his real name and calling him a "he."

We'll see if Twitter's censors rush to defend this r@pist and accused murderer's feelings.

I had a good friend that was a prison guard, they have to accommodate this nonsense and put men in women's prisons.

6 Covid relief funds were SUPPOSED to be used to get schools open and students back to in-person education. While that has happened across many districts, in New York, California, and Illinois, the funds have been used to bring in critical race theory materials.

School districts who took the ESSER funds were REQUIRED to participate in SEL and CSE as a condition of accepting the funds. My kids new private school rejected the money for that reason.

One thing Congress needs to do, is pass a Federal Law making it illegal for a DA to make BLANKET policy on which laws they will enforce.

Prosecutorial discretion is supposed to be about which CASE they can successfully prosecute, NOT which laws they will just ignore.

My Mom was a teacher... I'm a product of Public education... and a longtime live in Lady friend was a teacher.

Fact is that NO ONE looks over their shoulders. NO ONE goes in their classroom and checks on their teaching.

In the Navy, we had someone in every classroom, from the CO on down to immediate supervisors, doing enough evaluations that someone was in your classroom every couple of weeks.

The money comes from a PAC, and the contributions are often done by running ads favoring positions that "just happen" to be held by a certain candidate. Frequently, the money doesn't go directly to the campaign

Frisians are Germanic. Flemish/Dutch should be from a much later merger in the other direction of Latin heading towards Germany.

If you're using modern German as a basis, English is allegedly closer to older Germanic tonuges.

293 I arrived in Paris soon after graduating college. I was a Francophile having taken French since the 5th grade(yes, we had French back then, not Spanish). Not a soul would talk to me. Kept telling me they didn't understand English even though I was speaking French.
Said F this. Got in a cab, went to the airport, flew to Israel. Stayed with a family that spoke French and Hebrew and had no trouble understanding my French.
Never went back although I have been to Europe many times.
