Thanks to a test when giving blood, I found out that I now have Covid antibodies in my bloodstream. So, sometime over the last 3 months, I got Covid, got over it, and never even noticed having it. (I have never gotten any of the vaxxes)
tthere was one time when I had a fever for a couple of nights and a cough. Treated it with aspirin, mucinex, and vitamin D3. It went away in about 72 hours, that might have been it. I've had lots worse in previous winters.

So if the results align with the chosen narrative we ignore that and if the results are out of step, we use the lack of peer review as a disqualifier.
In actual science, peer review is just the first step toward getting published. The true gold standard then occurs and includes open sharing of data/methodology, debate and reproducibility of results by other independent researchers, but we never go there anymore.
Peer review in many fields of study is in the same ballpark as "experts say" these days.

One of the lies that chaps me the most is the claim that "The Vax makes your symptoms much less severe!!!" First, on it's face that claim is idiotic; vaccinations are meant to stop you from catching a virus, they have no influence over the symptoms. But the worst part is that except for people with notable co-morbidities, almost NO ONE had a severe reaction to the Omicron strain! Vax proponents were trying to push the vax by using data that actually showed the vax wasn't necessary.

Tim,
I got covid in Jan 21 before the shots probably delta and it was pretty severe resulting in several side infections and turned into long covid. Got the J&J shot on the advice of my rheumatologist to stop long covid symptoms but then had covid symptoms in June 21. Got covid again this Jan 22 and got pneumonia plus a sinus infection from it and now been diagnosed having long covid again.
I have autoimmune issues causing inflammatory arthritis and this made those matters worse frankly along with aggravating other health issues.
I suspect if I had got Moderna or Pfizer, I just might be disabled or worse but even the J&J in the end did nothing for me.

Unfortunately, the docs did not know what to do after having long haul covid for four months. Plus no way of determining if I had t cell immunity at that time. Antibodies were fading from tests.
The J&J seemed to temporarily relieve the symptoms for about two months then all hell broke loose in June. Given my treatments for other issues, I have a susceptibility to respiratory infections and had a job involving the public so more or less rolled the dice.
I would pretty much urge anyone though in my situation that is not vaxxed to forget it. It certainly did not help me in the long run and probably hurt my health long run. I am going to a special long haul Covid treatment clinic in the next couple of days to try to get back on track.

No, I didn't have to go to the hospital and confess my sins to a nurse to post on tik tok about how I regretted voting for trump. Nah, it just made me sleep for 4 days straight. Now I suspect I have long haul because my body is telling me to not work out...haven't touched weights since october.

oh, I hear a lot about it because I know folks who know folks who have old relatives in Pennsylvania, one of the worst states for guardian scams. One daughter spent nearly a $1M in legal fees to see her mom, never could, got arrested for her troubles, and in the end didn't see mom for 8 years and then mom died alone in a nursing home.
That guardian is rich and vacations in Rehoboth. probably a friend of Brandons.

Tom, long haul is not a joke really. It is actually a pretty miserable experience. You get breathless walking across a room, pounding heart palpitations, blood pressure spikes, bad headaches probably related to the blood pressure spikes, etc. You also have a covid brain fog which btw antihistamines make worse such as Benedryl. Tried that for long haul already for a couple of weeks.
Major issue is probably related to the proclivity of the virus plus the vaxx spike to latch onto ACE2 receptor sites that regulate a lot of blood and heart functions as well as other organs.

I worked in a covid unit for 4 months. When Remdesivir became the drug of choice to fight covid, I asked one of the physicians I was working at the time, why we weren't giving it to every patient in the unit. He said you had to give it early in tbe symptoms life-cycle. If the pt didn't comein until after being sick for 4 days, we didn't give it. Instead it was just steroids, vitamin C and D, zinc, anti-biotics (if needed) and lots of tylenol. I'm surprised to hear they gave it to you after being sick for 10 days.

During 2020 lockdowns, group homes for the disabled were as bad or worse (at least in NY State). I have a sibling who lives in a group home. They were locked in the house. Couldn't go for a walk, or even go outside in their own yard. Not even if they were the only one around. This went on for months and months.
If there is any truth to Dante's hell, I really hope that when the people who imposed this torture on the defenseless pass from this life - I want those in the 9th circle (treachery, traitors) to watch a 10th circle created. Those in the 9th will utter "Damn I thought we had it bad".

I already take high dose D3 for years due to autoimmune issues plus Quercetin and Vitamin C/Zinc mixes. Actually had Pavloxid during my January spell which is Pfizer twp drug regimen version of Ivermectin--that might or might not have kept me out of the hospital but made other problems worse as you must quit a lot of maintenance medications that interact with it.
I think that my infection was actually enhanced by the vaxx rather than curtailed in my case.

Darth is right, antivirals are designed to interfere with replication so as to lower the overall viral load. They don't work very well if at all when the virus ceases to replicate. This varies in patients but generally a certain number of days after showing symptoms.
I originally thought I had the flu this January because of vaxx plus prior infection. I was wrong. I had to take antivirals within 5 days of showing symptoms which is about std. for Omicron I think.

Still above ground but I'm curious if the long haul clinic finds permanent damage in their tests. I had just gotten through with a very complete workup in Dec of 2019 and have a massive medical documentation file of all kinds of tests prior to getting covid and vaxx. The major concern would be covid/vaxx related damage to the heart and/or lungs. The massive blood pressure spikes seem to be diminishing and I haven't had to take the blood pressure medicine in a week or two.

The fedgov paid some pretty big bucks for that. Think it was thousands per dose and so far Remdesivir has not demonstrated much if any effect on Covid disease progression especially when compared with other treatments like ivermectin or perhaps the newer alternative versions of it from Merck or Pfizer.

Hypothetically. Given how things work nowadays, though, I will be surprised if this happens even if fraud is demonstrated (and I think it will be). The only way I could see pharma being subject to liability due to fraud is if the government side of the partnership throws them under the bus. That will be tricky, though, because the government pushed so hard for widespread vaccination and then various governments mandated it and used coercion. If they toss Pfizer, et. al. under the bus, they will have to answer to a suddenly *very* angry populace. They might try it as a means of deflection ("we mandated it because they said it was safe, but they lied")...
