"However, enacting any laws to this end is entrusted solely to the State Legislature. While the intentions of Commissioner Bassett and Governor Hochul appear to be well aimed squarely at doing what they believe is right to protect the citizens of New York State, they must take their case to the State Legislature." Hochul's mask mandate was "violative of the State Administrative Procedure Act as promulgated and enacted and therefore null, void, and unenforceable as a matter of law," the judge wrote, adding that it was also "violative of the Public Health Law as promulgated and enacted and therefore null, void, and unenforceable as a matter of law."E;ric Blade corrects me: The "State Supreme Courts" include both the trial courts and the middle-level court of review, which are called the Supreme Court (Appellate Division). The New York State Education Department has informed parents that they are not allowed to send their children to school unmasked even though the New York State Supreme Court on Monday ruled that the mask mandate is illegal. The department rationalized that they can ignore the ruling because they plan to appeal. Spencerport Superintendent Kristin Swann said to parents in an email obtained by The Daily Wire that the department "continues to mandate that all individuals in school settings must wear masks." "The State Education Department (SED) continues to mandate that all individuals in school settings must wear masks under the current regulations until legal appeals are exhausted," Swann said in the email.
What she means is: Sometimes when judges issue a ruling which is particularly contentious, they will issue a stay on it, which holds the ruling from taking effect until all appeals are worked out. They have issued their ruling, but recognize it may be overruled, and put a stay on it until higher courts can rule. The judge did not do that here -- this ruling is live, and this Exalted Biclops Karen is just instructing her bureaucracy to ignore the law. I think we should make "free-facing" a thing. Like, "Hey, are your kids free-facing it today?" "Yeah, they're all free-faced, and loving it!"

People wear a device on their face that catches germs on their way to being exhaled and inhaled. The device keeps the germs warm and moist and somewhat protected from cleansing ultraviolet rays.

Had a cold last week that I am still getting over. No real issues breathing. Went back to work yesterday and did some desk work as well as some light manual sorting. Had to wear a mask. All of a sudden, cannot catch my breath- and I usually do ok in a mask.

No problem. It is confusing given than 99% of "highest courts" are called Supreme Courts. The "Supreme Court" in NY is comprised of maybe a 10 different courts, both civil and criminal, trial and appeal. It's an archaic system if you ask me. Just like NY's civil procedure rules. So, there are some studies that say that monoclonals don't work against omicron. It begs the question tho -- how do you know its omicron and not delta, since omicron should not be making you that sick.
however Delta is still out there and is likely causing deaths still. So to just black ball it in desperate cases is probably unreasonable.

They're legal it's just that the FDA is taking a hard line against any off label prescribing of Ivermectin or HCQ and most if not all pharmacists are not filling those prescriptions.
And to compound maters state licensing boards and medical associations are similarly taking a hard line against anyone that would prescribe these treatments.

It might actually technically be true. I don't think there is any specific "omicron" strain. I think it's a grab-bag of coronaviruses and influenzas including the common cold. That's why it's everywhere. Almost everyone comes down with some cold during the winter. So it wouldn't surprise me at all that the vast vast majority of "covid" cases are "omicron."

It gets complicated as the federal power to regulate drugs comes from the Commerce clause but states have had long standing powers since independence to make laws for the health, safety, and welfare for the public which are enshrined in the 10th Amendment.
Arguably, the fedgov has the power to ban imports and exports from other countries but states still have the power to regulate even with the commerce clause due to something called the dormant commerce clause. This doctrine was developed by Scotus in Gibbons v. Ogden and explicitly explained in Cooley v. Board of Wardens. Both are still good precedent.

Not quite, the main tests that are used simply detect viral load, they cannot differentiate against any particular respiratory virus.
What they periodically do is do genetic sequencing against virus samples to see what the prevalence of the viruses in the samples against existing virus sequences.
So they may see some alpha, beta, delta or Omicron and if the prevalence is Omicron, then the main circulating virus is said to be Omicron.
Again, everything is a lie and a scam but this is the methodology.

Loki, for what it is worth, I have been taking Quercetin for years plus Vitamin D3, due to a medical condition. During flu/cold season, I have supplemented it with Vitamin C with zinc.
I have had the coof twice but then again, I have autoimmune issues existing before for years. Also had the J&J vax between the two coof episodes. I did not get hospitalized either time but got pretty sick with low blood oxygen levels at its peak and have some lung issues still.
Dunno about OM's case but not really helpful to focus on his death but rather focus on what he did in life.

I would say that any revolutionary throughout history (defining that as someone who strives for Regime Change) "plans" to use the Mistakes of their Enemies. If you want Regime Change, you need ways to get LIV's on your side, and abusive and high handed actions by the current Masters are just as offensive to ordinary people now as they were in Robin Hood's day.
As far as the mistakes themselves, that's no plan, that's tust the idiots in power being themselves. I don't know for sure what Biden is going to do with respect to Russia, but I know he's going to fuck it all up somehow. You don't need a "plan" to know that's coming. I was lucky on the distribution and managed to get some within the 5 day period--the government is purposefully focusing on distributing it in underserved communities.
For people seeking it out, you may have to travel to the one or two pharmacies that offer it. FedGov is tightly controlling where it is sent and you probably have to have several comorbities. State departments of health are a good resource to try to locate the pharmacies that carry it.

We simply do not know how well the Pfizer version works yet vis a vis Ivermectin and yes part of the cocktail does not have decades of safety data behind it and some claim the drug may have mutagenic properties. But, the Pfizer version is a cocktail that includes a drug, Ritonvir, that slows the metabolizing of the main drug (nirmatrevlir) in order to increase effectiveness.
Taking Ivermectin straight does not and I have no idea about how rapidly the body clears Ivermectin.
So the jury is still out on that one.

It's plain malice. There's a lot of stuff around the vaccine and COVID policy that is explained by a lot of factors and all kinds of institutional pathologies are involved, but I can't grok this one as being motivated or executed outside of direct, volitional malice. This is, in a way, even worse than the suppression of Ivermectin and HCQ because this was developed, released and administered as a part of the plan. And now it's revoked completely and without any transparency or data. Plain evil malice is the only thing I can think of.

It's kind of odd how the courts refused to stay the Hawaiian judge's ruling pending appeal against Trump's perfectly legal travel ban yet they intervene here, in less than 24 hours, to stay the ruling against Hochul's patently extralegal mask mandate.
It's almost like these things aren't decided on the basis of the law or something.
