"President" (lol) Disaster Pants Planning to "Retool" His Communication Strategy In Face of Public Hostility

A new poll from CBS finds that Americans say Brandon is focusing on nonsense and Democrat partisan agenda items instead of what they actually care about:

Screenshot (1261).png

Screenshot (1262).png

How bad is inflation? This bad:

chickenwingsmarketprice.jpg

Now that may or may not be a photoshop, but forget it, I'm rolling, and whether my Inflation Hate Crime Hoax is true or not, it brings Valuable Conversations to the fore.

So the Democrats are in the worst position they've been in since, legitimately, no exaggeration, the Carter disaster.

They are failing on every issue.

So it's time for a major, major rethink of their priorities.

Instead, they'll do what they always do, and change their "messaging."

And their new "messaging" campaign will... rely on the natural "empathy" and charisma of Joe Biden.

The White House is planning a new communications strategy, as President Joe Biden faces a total collapse of his approval ratings.

Citing "senior administration officials," NBC News reported Tuesday the White House is exploring new ways to communicate directly with the American people.

Advisers expressed the need for Biden to "talk to more people directly," instead of "one-dimensional" speeches from the White House, the report revealed, citing "his greatest political strength" as "empathy and an ability to connect with ordinary Americans."

Breitbart noted the CBS polling:

Fifty percent of Americans in a CBS News/YouGov survey revealed said they were "frustrated" by the Biden presidency. Fifty-two percent said Biden made the economy worse, and 58 percent said he made inflation worse.

The public has lost all faith in the CDC as well.

So guess what Rachel Walensky is promising -- that's right, a new "messaging" stragegy.

According to the WSJ, Walensky has been undergoing extensive media prep and has been coached by a media consultant ahead of several public briefings she plans to hold in the coming future.

Corky just emailed me again: "And dey say I'm rehtahdeh."

Even Democrats now want her gone:

On Monday, Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) told Fox News that the CDC should replace Rochelle Walensky with "someone who is compassionate, who is consistent, and where the messaging is clear."

Speaking of messaging: I mentioned this yesterday. Video of Brandon claiming that the death of George Floyd was more impactful than the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr. (from his Basement Campaign of 2020) resurfaced yesterday, and reminded everyone of what a stupid, racially-pandering asshole Biden is and always has been.

Even before the surprise re-emergence of his "stutter" after his latest round of strokes.

Exit Question: Notwithstanding whether the death of a drug-addicted thug and wannabe porn actor should have had more worldwide impact than Martin Luther King Jr.'s assassination -- was the Sage of Scranton actually right here, bizarrely?

Bizarrely, Biden was right. War on Poverty and Voting Rights were passed while MLK was alive. His assassination burned out Watts, Harlem and Newark, but that's about it; he was largely successful in his goals during his lifetime. Floyd's death made many more big cities into hellscapes, and LIVs were cowed into thinking if Biden were elected then the violence would stop. Multinational corporations embraced the BLM agenda, and it supercharged the ESG and DEI movements. Unfortunately, Biden is right on this one.

114 So to summarize: voters think Biden doesn't care about issues important to them, are frustrated and despondent over the economy and especially inflation, do not trust the public health agencies or their policies and don't want the administration's landmark legislation.

Well, that's the entire agenda. The entire agenda had four prongs: the economy (fail), COVID (fail), BBB (hated, will probably fail), Afghanistan withdrawal (fail). And what is the administration doing? Talking about making vote fraud permanent and browbeating people over BBB while dismissing inflation, all while trust in government is actively collapsing.

There is nothing they can do but try a "messaging" dodge and hope that the "COVID is over" faction is able to make inroads to eek out a pseudo-win on that platform plank. To try to actually improve performance with the public, they'd have to become Trumpists.

117 Ace, I have two quick points in response. One: While it's great to see Creepy Joe Mudbrain polling like the Bog of Eternal Stench, I wonder how many of the "dissatisfied" responses are left-wing DUMOCRAPS unhappy with the rate at which Mudbrain is moving the country to fascist communism.

The degenerate freeloading "Cancel Student Debt" losers have been particularly vocal in their unhappiness at Mudfucker's failure to cancel debt. Ditty the Covid hysterics who were hoping there would be concentration camps for the unvaxxed by this point.

Why does this matter? Because we tend to think that bad polling reflects voters who will vote for the "other guy" (ie, our guy) the next time around. That's not true with voters who want Mudfucker to lurch even further leftward.

Two: My optimism is further tamed by my pessimism that elections matter anymore. Lots of talk about how the GOP is going to roar into 2022 and then again in 2024. Really? I think Dumocrap's election fraud and thievery will have the final word on that.

123 I think it is pretty close, though a stupid thing for any politician to even talk about. More revealing of what a shi!tty politician Biden is.

King's death did not really affect the 1968 election the way Floyd's death affected the 2020 election. That is mostly because there was already so much upheaval in society in 68. Johnson had already dropped out and the Dem coalition was splintered, with Wallace going independent. There was not corporate/Dem/street rioter alliance in 68. The biggest difference to me is how big city Dem mayors handled the rioting in each year. In June 68 Mayor Daley sent thousands of cops to beat the sh!t out of the hippies during the Dem convention riots. In 2020 they just watched it all burn.

Everything is literally being kept together by duct tape and tie wraps and it's perched atop spinning plates that are being kept aloft by a clown riding a flaming unicycle.

The way to stop inflation is to essentially have the Fed trigger a recession, maybe even a depression.

270 I finished The Forgotten Man, and I have come to the conclusion that while things suck right now, they were worse in the depression.

I don't mean economically, although that was true, I mean that when FDR took over the Republican Party just stopped being an opposition party and even trying to do anything to prevent his enormous wave of activity.

FDR just started doing stuff and the Republicans went along in congress because they were scared or figured that's what America wanted, or they wanted to be seen as DOING SOMETHING.

No matter how outrageous or extreme left, no matter how ridiculously socialist and radical, it just went through until a few things were stopped by the Supreme Court. FDR whined that he couldn't do things like every other world leader... at a time when Moussolini, Hitler, and Stalin were prominent world leaders.

Floyd's (overdose) death was only significant because they had good video, used to push their White Supremacy Murder meme. They fabricated the rest of the story.

Why the high ups keep choosing black druggies often with a criminal past to be the Big Martyr, idk, exactly. Crime rates in black neighborhoods go up, these leftist memes cause those neighborhoods to get burned/looted. Stores close due to too many shoplifters ... all part of The Plan I guess.

Basically, we used to get 60% of our food from out of house - restaraunts etc. In 2020 that whole supply chain shut down, which had effects on its infrastructure what was left of the supply chain vis a vis grocery stores.

Cancel the pursuit of BBB, which will add to the destruction. Instruct the Congress to cut 10% out of the budget immediately (well, on the next hokum fake-budget CR) to make room for higher interest payments. Reinstate oil leases on federal territory and eliminate policy barriers on pipelines. Publicly stand down on mandatory COVID restrictions that are affecting trade and transportation. Inform California to get its shit together on ports and transportation or he will declare a state of emergency and put it under military management, with military assets committed to clearing logjams. Set expectations that the Federal Reserve is going to raise interest rates by a quarter of a point immediately, and return 15% of its balance sheet this year to reduce the money supply.

304 FDR's administration seized all gold from everyone and began to simply set prices of gold arbitrarily, pushing them up in an attempt to rise prices. They forced farmers into co-ops where they owned nothing, even their homes. They flooded huge areas to build dams using printed money, building entirely new communities.

They created a massive regulation system with an eagle symbol that they terrorized businesses into displaying, then had micromanagers coming around to force everyone to obey the slightest rule (much the same as when Hitler took over Austria).

And people just went along with it. There was not organized resistance, anger, protest, or fighting. People trusted the government so much and figured that FDR was fixing things (hint: he was not).

These days, people fight every inch, are better informed, the Republicans actually oppose ideas and stop stuff in congress, and culturally its not just one-sided. Given, FDR was charismatic and effective as a promoter, and Biden is a barely-sentient child molester, but still.

I'd say it's at least possible. The martyrdom of St. Floyd kicked off a Racial Reckoning that has and will continue to have unforeseen downstream consequencs. The argument that Floyd is more consequential than King is one that can be made... carefully.

The problem is that there are fewer people who are worse at discussing race than the gaffe machine that is Joe Biden. He always fucked up (Obama was "clean and articulate," 7-11 is full of Indians). He can't get through one speech or public appearance without a gaffe (if he ever could, he's worse now) so if you know a gaffe is coming, you have to keep Pudding-Brain Joe as far away from race as possible. Let him make a gaffe about unemployment or the National Park Service or something. Yup to get started fixing things, they have to acknowledge reality and act in a variety of ways they never will and probably can't without getting literally killed for it. They have to abandon the agenda, cut spending, trigger a recession (or possibly a technical depression), give up on COVID and jerk the leash on the capitals of their radical power base. And do all of that in an election year.

Never ever gonna happen.

That is one of the problems with long service in office. A politician can become jaded and despise everyone because people comes to them with their problems and a lot of them have their hands out. Similarly, the typical politician has to grub for money and votes by jollying these people up. Soon, they see things more in common with their supposed political opponents rather than their constituents-in the Uniparty, both sides despise relying on voters and donors for their office.

Part of the problem for the 1930s GOP was that Hoover was already doing a lot of the things that FDR would continue between 1929 and 1932. The image of Hoover taking a hands-off attitude towards the Great Depression is a Democrat fabrication. I should point out that I'm not saying what he did worked or would have worked (it didn't when FDR tried it, either) but that the GOP didn't oppose what FDR was doing because they agreed those things should be done. They only started to oppose when it came to some of his more obviously socialist and almost outright fascist schemes.

541 Was King more impactful than Floyd?

King's work resulted in the Civil Rights Act, which made all Americans less free and changed the narrative from Natural Rights (those we enjoy by virtue of being alive and granted by our Creator) to Civil Rights (those given to groups by a civil authority).

King's efforts resulted in laws that make the entire country less free. Bigotry and racial discrimination might be a great moral evil, but it is your Natural Right to engage in such thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. Civil Rights made the entire country less free.

Floyd's death resulted in a firestorm of destruction to the tune of roughly a billion in property damage. King's efforts resulted in a cultural retardation that resulted in trillions in lost opportunity, and government enslavement of the masses of hundreds of millions.

I think King wins.
