Loudon County Skirt-and-Blouse-Wearing Forcible Sodomist Sentenced, Put on Sex Offender List For Life

Everyone understands that this skirt-wearing transpyrsyn would have been protected forever had Scott Smith not kicked up a racket about it, right?

This sounds to me, though, like he's being "sentenced" to therapy until he's 18 and will not actually ever go to prison.

The 14-year-old boy who r@ped a ninth-grader in a girls' bathroom while he wore a skirt and blouse was sentenced on Wednesday to residential treatment, as it emerged that he also allegedly attacked a third girl, and after the judge said his psycho-sexual evaluation was one of the most disturbing she has ever seen.
The boy, now 15, appeared with his hair in a bun and his ankles in chains, and apologized directly to the two girls that the court found he sexually assaulted in school. His name is being withheld by The Daily Wire due to his age.
But one of the victims said he would not be rehabilitated until he acknowledged that there was also a third girl he has assaulted. "I hope one day you tell them what you did to that girl," she said. The judge said a report she reviewed as part of sentencing also noted the existence of a third victim.
The mother of the first victim said: "These horrific sexual assaults should have never occurred. There were people who could have turned it around years ago."
Scott Smith, the father of that victim, told the court "this whole thing caused a huge division in our community ... We were accused of lying about this sexual assault for political gain. That didn't go over well with half of Loudoun County, who didn't patronize our business" as national media painted him as an ignorant conservative bigot for being angry at a school board meeting.
But on Wednesday Judge Pamela Brooks said the assaults did occur, saying, "Over the years this court has read many psychosexual reports, and when I read yours, frankly, it scared me. It scared me for you, it scared me for society."

The leftwing, Soros-backed prosecutor Buta Biberaj seems to have gone easy on the perp.

Biberaj previously said the suspect was released from jail because he had no "history." The suspect's mother later told the Daily Mail that he had been busted sending naked pictures four years prior.

Biberaj, the Soros prosecutor, did, of course, seek jail time for Scott Smith, for complaining about his daughter's r@pe.

Smith was in attendance at that meeting and became angry, and he was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was personally prosecuted by Biberaj, who ordinarily would not be involved in minor cases, and she sought jail time, which is also highly unusual for such cases....
Biberaj was elected in 2019 with the help of $850,000 from George Soros, ultimately winning 51% of the vote. Since then, Democratic county leaders have criticized her for going easy on criminals, saying women have particularly suffered as their abusers go unpunished.

Biberaj is corrupt and not just a tool of the Soros decarceration left, but of the teachers unions and anti-parent school boards. The parents advocacy group had to get this ultraleft activist dismissed for having a conflict of interest when they were removing Beth Barts from the school board. When you remove someone from the schoolboard, you collect enough signatures to compel a prosecutor to press the case for removal; this Biberaj is such a notorious shill for the left that the parents group Fight For Schools imagined, for good reason, she would, um, fail to zealously press the case against her Comrade Beth Barts.

This is not an excuse for his behavior, it's just an observation that I suspects backs up my assertion that this kid is very well connected. His parents must be bigshots at some level of government or adjunct parts of the Complex. They've pulled out all the stops to excuse, defend, dismiss and minimize any punishment for a serial pervert who's been serially perving since he was a preteen.

73 About March of last year or so IIRC, the school board doxxing parents story came out. I have lib relative who teaches in Loudon. I shared a report on this doxxing to her, but of course it was from a "right-wing" site, at the time the only type of journalism covering the story. It had chapter and verse details on emails sent by the group via Facebook, and it noted that the prosecutor was also in this group. I think though because the article mentioned that this prosecutor was Soros backed, that was enough to have her dismiss the whole thing as conspiracy. I haven't brought it up in interest of getting along, but I am damn curious as to what she thinks about how all this snowballed.

For the most part, government is now outsourced to contractors and Soros is definitely a contractor to the CIA via his OSF. See the color revolutions in the former Soviet Republics for example. Epstein was a contractor, etc. Using contractors instead of official state actors gives deniability to the state.

However, if we take the example of Jesus, we can call out "dull" takes. So if somebody who is not engaging us in a confrontational matter says something astoundingly stupid, I find it okay to point out that what they just said is astoundingly stupid--not that *they* are, just what they said.

Also, in a setting where people are giving arguments, I find no problem pointing out that in their battery of whatever skills they have, analytical reading seems to be completely absent.

Fascism is a reaction to international socialism, which had no necessary ethnic vector. But it was only a critique on the feasibility of international socialism succeeding, and national socialism was the more pragmatic solution.

Now, "nations" are people, but the Italian fascists' main emphasis was how the individual should serve the state. A "nation" is a state that mainly comes from a "nation" of people. (Which is why Madison always eschewed and corrected the word "nation" in regard to the US).

I think, in the idea that a state-based socialism corrects the weaknesses of Marx's stupidity and the resulting "international socialism", that fascism writ large is no more about ethnicism than America was at the time of the KKK. You can have a multi-ethnic fascism, IMO, because it's about the individual devoted to the state.
