The Morning Report - 1/13/22

duncemitch.jpg

Good morning, kids. Thursday and in response to my incredulity over America, via Fauci, actually funding the Chi-Coms to develop biological weapons, commenter/open blogger Joe Mannix hit me with a truth nuke attributed to his brother:

"The problem is not that the system has become corrupt, but that corruption has become the system."

When you look at every issue and everything we are dealing with in that context, it's kind of a cold slap in the face. What's even more of a gut punch is the realization that this state of affairs is not something new; it's been this way for years, if not decades. You just didn't realize it, primarily because socially and economically, the world - that is your world of family, work and community - was outwardly stable, predictable and secure. Perhaps the first major disruption to that was 9/11/01 and then the response to it in the ensuing months that did nothing to rectify the situation, but was used as a pretext to weaponize the security state against the American citizenry. It's getting into the weeds a bit but we are only beginning to reap the whirlwind of the creation of the FISA courts, the warrantless wiretapping and all the rest of it (how the hell did I ever think that that was a good idea?).

So, on the heels of putting his foot in his mouth (i.e. shoving his head up his ass) about parroting the Leftist propaganda about J-6 being a "terrorist" attack, Ted Cruz is being lauded in the usual circles for defenestrating Dr. Fauci about his collusion with the Chi-Coms to weaponize and unleash General Tso's Sickness. And yesterday, Kevin McCarthy flipped a rhetorical bird at Malig-Nancy Pelosi by refusing to testify in her J-6 kangaroo court while Mitch McConnell ripped Joey Soft-Serve a new one in the well of the Senate for his blood-libeling of those who oppose his nuking the filibuster to make permanent Democrat election rigging.

To all of this brave, uplifting, fightin' mad Mr. Smith Goes to Washington rhetorical fireworks, I say thank you -- and fuck you. When the chips were down last year, you sat on your hands, abrogated your oath to the Constitution and sold America down the river for good by not protesting a stolen election. That was on top of doing everything you could to stonewall and sabotage President Trump's legislative agenda when in his first two years the GOP held both chambers of Congress and had an absolute mandate to reverse not just the Obama destruction, but most of everything going back to the New Deal. The possible exception to that, of course, being the "entitlements." Even before that, for years and years it was "Build the dang fence!" before an election and then deriding us as "hobbits" for complaining about embracing amnesty afterwards. "We're only one half of one third of three fifths of 99 44/100ths% Congress!" Dozens of single-sentence Obamacare repeals knowing full well the dog-eating bastard would veto it but stonewalling and ultimately a thumbs down when Trump pushed for it.

And suddenly, Joe Mannix's brother's admonition about corruption being the system shines an unflattering light on far too many of us who are happy to be a part of it when Uncle Sugar hands us a monthly check. Even though we're at the bottom of the pyramid, we're still a part of the system. That's the hardest, coldest truth of all to have to face.

So, in terms of fighting against things like stolen elections, BLM/Antifa mass terrorism, Jive Kampf crackpot race theory, or trannies raping your children in the girls room, or forcible vaccination and lockdowns, open borders and all the rest of it, Congress, the courts and the bureaucracy will beat you down. In some instances, quite literally as was the case with concerned parents at school board meetings, the J-6 political prisoners, Kyle Rittenhouse, and for sure Ashli Babbit and Roseanne Boyland.

During any other time frame other than the past few years, that outwardly stable world I mentioned earlier of home, family and perceived security was the last thing anyone would want to jeopardize. It is I guess a natural instinct of self-preservation that influences us to go along in order to get along. But look at where we are; our freedom, our financial security and sense of physical security are day by day evaporating in front of our eyes. The abject desperation of the junta in power is in direct proportion to the dangerous rhetoric hurled at anyone who opposes or objects to them, i.e. all of us. We are rapidly heading to an inflection point where people are going to be in a world of hurt with very little in the way of options. And with a junta like this, history tells us time and again what their reaction is going to be.

As Bob Dylan once sang, "When you ain't got nothing, you got nothing to lose."

  • ". . . imagine my shock when it was pointed out to me that the Supreme Court justices of all fifty states have created their own legislature, a fraudulent Congress called the Conference of Chief Justices (CCJ), where they go twice a year and vote on "resolutions" which they then take back to their respective states and implement through court procedure."
The United States Judiciary is Acting as a Shadow Government and Must Be Stopped
  • Lloyd Billingsley: "The NIH bioethics boss, a specialist in 'human subjects' research, explains it all for you."
Dark Thoughts from the Wife of Dr. Doom
  • Michael Walsh: ". . . , no matter how often the Democrats wrap themselves in the flag, execrate the memory of the Trump presidency -- which they view as an unfortunate interregnum between the Obama administration and what is now the third Obama term, with perhaps (if Michelle runs to supplant Biden in 2024) another one or two to come -- and, increasingly, regard any opposition as not only unprincipled but seditious, they still can't run away from their past. Unfortunately for us, their past is just prologue."

26 From review of Searcy documentary:
Absent from the film is also any substantive acknowledgment of wrongdoing among those who unlawfully entered the Capitol, either among participants who may have been misled, or among those who fomented the violence that occurred. In its attempts to brush off the violence as agitated by the left-wing group Antifa or the FBI, the latter of which is even likely, the documentary fails to prove its case, and leaves scant evidence up for viewer interpretation.

Right. With the Great Unmasking that began in earnest in 2015, it is now clear in hindsight how far back and how deep down it goes. It wasn't as visible in real time, at least not to me. I don't know, although I do suspect, that it is always this way, regardless of civilization or style of government.

The successful civilizations keep it in check just enough to allow the wider society to succeed and thrive, whatever those terms mean in any given situation. The unsuccessful ones cross the rubicon and fail in that core mission of keeping things smooth while the elites loot and corrupt. At some point, there comes a threshold where the elites' behavior crosses over into destruction.

Whose this "our" they're referring to? I'm most certainly not devoted to Chinese Covid vaccines. I have yet to get one. Nor will I ever get one.

I realize a lot of people have been scared s**tless, needlessly so, by a media and political class of whores and liars who have ulterior motives to ram these experimental chemicals into our bodies. But I truly think the tide is turning. I have enough anecdotal evidence in my sphere to tell me people are starting to question everything they've been told about these non-vaccines. Not all, but enough to tell me Pfizer and the rest are coming to the end of their financial bonanza.

Go by night, park my car a ways off, wear dark clothes, gloves, and a mask (ha!), dash up, dump, and dash away. One of those developments was, in retrospect, a formative moment for me. I was in high school when 9/11 happened and I vividly remember sitting with my dad and watching President Bush's address to the joint session of Congress on TV. When Bush announced the creation of the DHS to integrate the various intelligence agency products and take over functions from other agencies, my dad leapt to his feet and literally shouted at the television. He yelled, "No, you damn fool! Don't you know what you've done? Do you think it will always be YOU who is in charge?"

He then went on to lecture me about why expansion of government power domestically will eventually turn against the people - even if it is done for what looks like the right reasons - because no one can predict the future or avoid having a rotter end up in charge of everything. He and I both misunderstood Bush to be something *other* than a rotter, but the point remains.

72 I gotta say, I'm impressed with the amount of effort-- not even caring how ham-handed it is-- that they're putting into trying to enforce the "covid is over" new narrative.

1) they have broken millions of their base upon their wheel of fear for 2 years now. You don't turn that around in a few months.
2) their numbers are even worse than they are letting on, to be this desperate, this early
3) they're so insulated from reality, they have no clue that declaring "victory over Covid " won't launch spontaneous ticker-tape parades. Their numbers won't improve because 90% of the country has already, at a individual level, declared victory of "muh, who cares anymore about that." But, declaring victory is their last, best idea to save them in the fall ....

And let it not be forgotten that Biden tried to declare victory last summer, and then Delta hit. They're trying this effort right as Omicron has spread.

I imagine that there's a section of the populace that will credit Biden with victory over covid because there will always be those open to the narrative, but I do wonder if the permanently broken of the Democratic Base will outnumber and outshout them for years to come. I can easily imagine Biden's numbers on covid going down when the majority of the Democratic media ecosystem moves on. It's not like he's got any other issue people can fall back on anymore.

Let's just say, I'm looking forward to Biden's declaration of military action against Russia in the Ukraine.

It's why I'm against McCarthy willy-nilly tossing Dems off committee if Repubs win in 2022. All that will do is lead to every real conservative Repub losing committee posts in 2024...and with Uniparty McCarthy, maybe that's the idea.

I understand tit for tat and not playing, but I understand that means those out of the mainstream lose...and anyone not in the Uniparty is out of the mainstream...

3. He was convicted of, IIRC, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. Confused about what the eventual punishment was -- 10 days in jail and 1 year suspended sentence? And anger management and $2500 fine? Soros DA wanted at least twice that.

140 So, yesterday was the funeral for my wife's friend Michelle. She passed on Sunday.

It was a tough day for her, and I hate funerals.......

But, she was happy they spent time together the week before and I heard multiple people say it was great the hospital let her stay in the room for a few hours as the normal allotted time for visits was usually an hour. They laughed a lot.

Fuck cancer.

They are screwed, and so are we. As JJ points out, we're all part of the system and we will all pay for the corruption. The elites' goal is to ensure they pay less (proportionally, anyway) than we do. They won't take the medicine. They could have taken it in 1989. Or 1998. Or in 2001-2002. Or in 2008-2010. They didn't. They deferred. And the problem gets bigger with each major action to defer it to later.

The problem is now truly vast and the consequences truly dire. To address it is to knowingly end any chance they have to remain in control. They won't do that. So what to do? Hold the line, if you think you can, or accelerate harder. Go nuts. Get everything possible before you can't anymore.

It looks like they're going for door number two. Holding the line isn't possible and making any attempt to fix things is unpalatable.

It came out in court on Tuesday that the rapist had a third victim that Loudon County Schools successfully kept silent about until just very recently. The judge who reviewed the pre-sentencing psych assessment said it was the "worst" he had ever seen.

The family and the community narrowly escaped an even more horrible tragedy, despite the most strenuous efforts by the school district to help the rapist assault more people. And the Soros prosecutor who went after the father....She deserves strong punishment herself.

I'm so sorry. It sounds like you're in the midst of the worst part. I can relate. My days long, skull cracking headaches were the #1 thing that probably made me feel the worst. Nothing OTC helped. The only thing that made me feel better was lying down with a cold pack on my forehead, and on the back of my neck. As for the congestion, I had that too. Sinus. It certainly didn't help with the headaches. I heard others here say that nasal rinses were good, but I started getting better and never got any. But XClear is on my pad next time if necessary. JJS' link reports on him interviewing a judicial nominee for the Southern District of New York, where basically every important financial case in the US is tried and she, being not a prominent lawyer but instead being only a "check the box" nominee (black female), has no clue on the most basic stuff.

Ted Cruz was elected in 2012. If his evolution to a DC creature isn't complete - one more term should do it. Some achieve swamp status sooner than others, but given enough time - they all do.

We are all, to some extent, a product of our environment. What environments we pick tells something about ourselves. Cruz picked the Ivy League, corporate law, and politics.

251 Canada: New Kid on the Totalitarian Block

Quebec will be penalizing those pure bloods with a tax penalty.

What you are witnessing is regret for forcing the clot shots on people and being bullied by big pharma and duped and conned by Gates, Fauci and all the rest.

Regret and now anger turned to the smarter ones that knew all along. When one of Canada's famous "hollywood" stars died "unexpectedly" by heart attack, they began to wake up, although I suspect they already knew, but many really do not and will not accept the connection.

Regret and anger, and a deflection that their socialized medicine does not work. A recent Epoch Times piece discussed how Quebec could never, for years, handle the regular flu wave cycle, let alone another coronavirus. They are out of money and out of ideas. This is an indictment of their "free" medical care. And by gawd they will not allow that to be realized.

Gates has given more money to WHO in recent years than the U.S. With this money he influences them, and now will cite what WHO says as if they are an independent organization. 284 comment I left on the American Greatness article about Bob Saget:

"The cause of Saget's death is still being determined, but officials have said there is no sign of foul play or drugs."

Sudden myocardial infarction caused by the boost, which he bragged about getting in either late November or December. He died because he trusted Fauci, Biden, and Pfizer. I'm not joking - read every story about his death, and they all dance around the obvious cause. They all know what killed him, and they're all terrified of saying it.

See, in a uniparty concept, I think Pelosi and McCarthy worked to get this started, so all we'd be doing is cheering them on to continue it and take all our voices away (to be fair, the crazy left non-uniparty loses theirs, too). Thus, if we're gonna do it, enshrine a voting process of 3/5 or 2/3 into law to make it happen, so you force only the worst off, not just the ones who like us (and that kinda level will force us to see who isn't with us)...

Maybe Mitch was trying to appeal to whatever remains undamaged in Joe's brain, to call him back out of madness and delusions to stop this plan to destroy the Senate.

Or it is another performance to fool the rubes, and when they get back in the cloakroom, and Joe briefly regains clarity, they have another laugh for old times sake before they contemplate mortality.

I think its the former, but either way, I don't think Mitch is a dunce.

LOL, yeah they know the virus didn't come from a lab because there was a scholarly article in Nature that said so!

Only now we know from Fauci's e-mails how that article came to be. After a Feb. 2020 conference in which multiple scientists told Fauci that they were 80% sure the virus had been created in a lab, Fauci (who knew damn well where and how and with whose money the virus had been created) instructed these same scientists to write a medical journal article saying the virus had arisen naturally, and was not man-made.

The scientists wrote the article, and forwarded a draft to Fauci for his edits and approval. Fauci approved the article, called The Proximal Origin of the Sars Cov-V2 Virus, and it was then published in Nature. Fauci's name is not on the article.

Fauci then went on t.v. and denied that the china virus had been created in a lab. As proof, Fauci cited the Nature article.

Fauci neglected to mention that he had directed that article to be written, and by the same scientists who had told him the virus was lab-made.

B/c if you don't think the Uniparty will use this "tit for tat" to force folks to toe the line even harder or lose their political careers (or at least have to somehow come back with no party support), well...

My employer hasn't said anything yet, though they collected vaxx status for all the employees weeks ago. I think they are counting on leniency from the govt for the 3-4 days of non-compliance, rather than disrupt operations only to have scotus rule against it.

I'll admit though that I haven't been as motivated as I usually am, sometimes the thought creeps in that what I'm working on won't matter in few days or weeks. I'd rather not get on the vaxx booster conveyer every 6 months.

It seems like the truth is bursting at its bonds and is about ready to come out (to the mainstream that is, it is mostly out to the ones paying attention, ie created in lab at order of Fauci, vaxx not as safe or effective as advertised etc) despite all the efforts to cover it up. It would be a shame if they get their victory now, then there will be even more effort applied to hide the truth as a lot more entities would have something to lose if it got out.

Still, the state-sponsored terrorism of the BLM/Antifa riots really marked the turning point when the system went to war with its people. To paraphrase others in what now also seems in hindsight a questionable moment, "they were at war with us and we were not at war with them." Can we rise to that challenge (assuming Round I was indeed a challenge) again? The jury is out on the Friday before a holiday weekend.

You can't elect enough people, at one time, to take the party. The GOP has shown you - twice now - that they'll sink the damn thing before they let you have it.

417 You can't. It's been proven. The Tea Party wave - the GOP turned those they could, and purged the rest. Trump - they isolated him, to the point of ceding the House to do so.

You can't elect enough people, at one time, to take the party. The GOP has shown you - twice now - that they'll sink the damn thing before they let you have it.

You will not take their party from them. You can't.

Did you read that article JJ linked above about Fauci's wife, the so-called "bioethics" expert? She wrote a book years ago in which she said that HIV is an STD.

We've known for decades that AIDS is primarily a homosexual disease, spread through homosexual sex, but the medical community would never admit it because it might "stigmatize" gays.

Luckily we don't have to worry about stigmatizing out-of-favor groups anymore! Now we have politicians demanding that the unvaccinated lose their citizenship, be denied healthcare, pay extra taxes, be sent to camps, etc., --- all for the "sin" of refusing to be injected with experimental drugs!

We've come a long way, baby! (Unfortunately, we've been going in the wrong direction).

420 In retrospect, I wonder if the biggest issue with the fall of the Tea Party was its emphasis on the national debt. It was a federal issue that was largely outside of Congressional control without the political will to roll back entitlements, which has never existed.

It makes me wonder if a new Tea Party-like effort not, with a focus on voting integrity, would work better. It's not a federal issue, so the corruption of DC doesn't matter as much as long as there are heavy gains at the state level. It's also something that state level representatives can make appreciable gains on without needing to get support from House or Senate Leadership.

Leadership of state GOP apparatuses are not exactly pure as the driven snow, but pushing through a voting integrity bill in MI with a Republican legislature and newly elected Republican governor would seem to be easier than getting anyone to cut Medicare payments at the federal level.

426 What you have been arguing is very clear and absolutely right. It's not a difficult concept to understand and it's exactly what the far left did to the Democrat party. They didn't take it over overnight either.

Apparently the similarities and differences between the parties are quite difficult to understand for some. But fret not - I'm here for you.

The DNC covets power - they don't care about the nature of that power. That power can be far left Communist (the Squad), or Democrat Socialist (early Obama) or Third Way (Clinton). They don't care - as long as they win, and thus retain power.

The GOP could not care less about winning - but they do want control of their own party, because being the second most powerful party in a two party system is still a pretty good money making opportunity. At least until the DNC destroys them. So - you won't be engaging in a long term march through that particular institution. They'll wreck it first. They have before. They will again.

Some people say thank you. I say, you're welcome.

427 >>Probably because many of the black athletes are not getting vaxed and would rapidly collapse if they were not permitted to participate

Maybe. One of the very underreported trends happening as we speak is the number of minorities who are fleeing the Democrat party. The numbers of Latinos running from Biden in the Quinnipiac poll is startling if it's remotely accurate.

Freedom is a pretty universal desire. Hopefully, there are some in the GOP smart enough to take advantage of this opportunity.

430 The final paragraph of that Marine Corps document is really damning in its implications as to how damn sloppy and dishonest everyone is. I know this is willowed, but whatever.

A technological challenge as difficult as inoculating bats in China would be tried at DARPA first. The massive, "Manhattan Project"-level of information suppression executed by the government and the Trusted News Initiative indicates that it would be covered-up if something bad happened. The lab-leak hypothesis and squabbling between Senator Paul and Dr. Fauci indicated that the cover-up was more localized. Further, an actual cover-up would be more disciplined with its paperwork. So I presumed that unclassified files would be concealed on a higher network and found them where I expected them to be. I understood what they were and their content, pushed the files off-site, and compiled this report.

Emphasis mine.

431 Jessica Clarke's responses to Sen. Kennedy were actually worse. Not only did she purport not to know about the most basic securities statute there is, she also didn't know some very basic "standard of review" questions that a first-year law student should be able to answer.

Supposedly she was a law clerk for a federal judge for TWO YEARS. Either she was told not to answer anything Kennedy asked her or she really is a dumb as, well, Sotomayor.

432 there's always been corruption in the system, but the system was still basically intact, but now the corruption has eaten, consumed the system and it is no longer intact.

and they will destroy what is left if they have to, I think we're toast, but I suppose there is a slim chance that Trump could win and somehow change this all around, but I really doubt it because they don't obey any rules, they will do ANYTHING where as we are bound by moral and ethical concerns, they are bound by nothing

that's a very dark view but I can't see where any of it wrong.

434 there's always been corruption in the system, but the system was still basically intact, but now the corruption has eaten, consumed the system and it is no longer intact.

The system is still intact. In many ways, functioning at a higher level than ever. It's goals are simply not your goals, or my goals.

A system as big as we have requires an enemy. The worst thing that happened to us was "winning" the Cold War. All these systems simply picked the most logical, easiest enemy by which to both justify themselves as well as feed off of.

That enemy would be us.

Everybody I talked to about it got this bored look and told me I should get the sand out of my panties.

I learned an important lesson in being an adult: to shut up, because you can't save stupid people from themselves, even if it drags you down with them. You definitely can't save a country of hundreds of millions where everybody has decided to fuck off with civic responsibility and duties and basic principles and all the rest of it.

All I can do, all I have done, is put my affairs in such order as can best survive the ongoing disaster, and from time to time, say "I fucking told you so."

443 But the bottom line is, Mr. Franklin, we did not keep the Republic. Not even close. It is so far from "kept", what remains is a rotting pile of fungus in the rough outline of what it used to be. There is nothing to restore, because the people are generations gone from the habit of self-rule and self-discipline and self-government (in the personal and immediate sense as well as the municipal and lawmaking sense).

The only options remaining are the imposition of some sort of ruling class formed into virtue and competence by sheer necessity and harsh reality, from which those characteristics can then slowly be re-exported to the people in general; or the total replacement with a new ruling class by a foreign people.

Can Aztlan and La Raza and the drug cartels mess things up any more than tranny wokesters and evangelicals who never saw a grifting politician they didn't fall for? We might find out.
