The "Justified" star couldn't have predicted what would happen later that day or the ensuing political earthquake. His documentary, "Capitol Punishment," offers a media corrective to the "insurrection" mania that gripped the press over the past year. He also lets many of the protesters speak, everyday Americans who didn't even step foot in the Capitol building but are paying an astronomical price for suggesting the election was "stolen." For years, I've listened to people hollering nonstop about blah blah mask effectiveness blah blah vaxx effectiveness blah blah lockdowns blah blah spike proteins blah blah blah.
None of this has been based on any science, from the jump. The government doesn't even pretend that any of their science makes any sense. It's an egregious example of how things work in this country, but a stark one... The government goes wild with excess about Topic X, and their citizen-victims whine about how none of it works and nothing they're saying is true, while they merrily continue their rampage, because they don't give a damn what we think. The only word that matters to them is "no." Until enough people say that, this is all just pissing in the wind. I really couldn't care less to talk about stupid COVID science. It's a fucking cold, fercrissakes. It's all just a distraction. I don't know why it hit me like it did this morning (guess I'm just slow on the uptake) but regarding this "push" to get everyone vaccinated, the aim clearly isn't to get everyone vaccinated.
Those most likely to resist the vax are those who naturally distrust authoritative systems, i.e., repressive big government. While the vax has does many things to benefit the elites, its biggest contribution has been its ability to create the ultimate us vs. them scenario. A scenario that has enabled "us" to create "legal" avenues to punish enemies in unimaginable ways. This is why they feel comfortable releasing holiday cards talking about dark winters for the unvaxxed. By not adhering to their dictates, we have outed ourselves as sub-human. The vax was simply a MacGuffin (albeit, a dangerous and profitable one). Posted by: The Central Scrutinizer at January 12, 2022 10:41 AM (KbCG3) 347

I was talking to a former coworker last week and made the comment that the jab formulation was designed for the original COVID variant. He kept insisting that they are "tuning" the shot for each variant and that the shot today is designed for Delta. Just sat there staring at him thinking how stupid this highly educated individual is.

God seemed to instill in us a mechanism to not sprout off at every inane, insane, inept, and just plain stupid thing people say.
Jesus had this skill honed to a knife's edge. Imagine all the stupid things His disciples asked Him God doesn't explain everything to us in His Word, but He does let it be known that He has a limit in teh stoopid that even He can reach. Posted by: Moron Robbie - CDC releases COVID study proving masks don't do sh1t, literally not even 2% change at January 12, 2022 10:58 AM (muv4E) It reminds me of the deer whistle from my youth. You invent something to "cure" a problem that rarely occurs (Most people don't get Covid, just like most people in those days never hit a deer.). Those who want to believe are convinced that the negative event didn't occur because of the "cure." If, against all odds, the negative event does occur, you come up with excuses, blaming the operator, changed conditions, whatever, and say things like "The whistle kept a whole pack of deer hiding in the ditches, but maybe this one was deaf." But the true believers will never admit that the "cure" never did anything. Posted by: Wally at January 12, 2022 11:05 AM (FJYfm) Posted by: FDA at January 12, 2022 11:15 AM (CTJwJ) 434
