Jump-Kick Man Admits His Guilt: Career Criminal and Yet Another Domestic Abuser
MAN CLAIMING TO BE MSNBC PRODUCER FOLLOWS JUROR HOME

Disclose.tv
@disclosetv

JUST IN -- Person reportedly followed a Rittenhouse juror home and was arrested by Kenosha police. Judge to make a statement -- media reports

MSNBC now intimidating jurors mid-deliberation. Impliedly threatening to doxx them.

Or at least the guy arrested claimed he worked for MSNBC. I suppose he could be lying.

The judge's big action is to ban MSNBC from the courtroom. Wow, what a decisive, no-nonsense judge.

Morrison identified his supervisor as "Irene Byon" at MSNBC. Not sure how to spell that last name, but that's what it sounded like.

Here is one person matching that name at NBC. It may be her.
Posted by: Huck Follywood

Could be her. Guy could be lying, too.

Via Legal Bytes on Rekieta, Irene Byon has nuked her Twitter account. Make of that what you will. I suppose she might have been getting misdirected blowback, but usually the "nuke your account" is taken as confirmation that you did the thing people suspect you did.

Via Tami, here's the clip of the judge discussing this latest attempt at jury intimidation.

Rekieta stream.

Another man you should submit to and let stomp your face in, because "everyone takes a beating, right?"

EXCLUSIVE: 'Jump-kick man' who was filmed kicking Kyle Rittenhouse in the head before the teen shot at him is revealed as a career criminal with an open domestic violence charge for 'throwing his girlfriend to the ground and attacking her'

Maurice Freeland, 39, has admitted that he was the one who kicked Kyle

Rittenhouse in the head on the night of August 25,2020

Rittenhouse is charged with First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety of Freeland, who was only known as 'jump-kick man'

The state has painted all these actors as heroes attempting to take down an 'active shooter'

But DailyMail.com can reveal that at the time of the 2020 incident Freeland was out on bond and is a career criminal

He was charged with Battery Domestic Abuse, Criminal Damage to Property Domestic Abuse and Disorderly Conduct Domestic Abuse

Freeland was charged for an incident that took place on March 23, 2020 between Freeland and his partner Monalisa N McDuffie

McDuffie told police that Freeland 'threw her to the ground and kicked her in her lower right ribcage... then began punching the television'

Some thoughts about the media's role as chief instigator and inciter of violence in this country, while it piously bleats about the need to protect America from the "insurrectionists:"

Screenshot (815).png

A Grabien supercut of the media excusing, justifying, and actively promoting violence in the streets.

Spicy-hot Megyn Kelly recapitulation of the media's lies about Jacob Blake being "unarmed" -- oops, except for the knife -- and shot for no reason -- oops, except that his ex-girlfriend, who he had previously r@ped, called the cops because he was trying to kidnap her daughter -- and their purposeful lies about cops killing unarmed black men -- this only happens, at last count, fourteen times per year, and "unarmed" includes instances of men trying to strangle cops, using the cop's tasers against them, and attempting to run them down with their cars. "Unarmed."

But when liberals are asked how many unarmed blacks they think are killed by cops every year, most say "More than one thousand" and a large number say "More than ten thousand."

And this is because the media propagandizes this false belief. It's good for ratings, and, even better, it's good for the Democrat Party and the Social Revolution.

Remember when a large fraction of the public thought that Saddam Hussein was connected to 9/11? The media had a story a week to convince the public that this idea was wrong.

The media spent months letting you know in no uncertain terms that Alex Jones' bloviation about "crisis actors" was false, false, bad, false, double-plus bad false misinformation conspiracy theory bad.

Now, the media is constantly running stories about the "deranged conspiracy theories" of QAnon.

And yet, they know that their own propaganda has caused the left to wildly overestimate the number of blacks killed by cops.

Do they do anything to cure the insane level of misinformation they are in fact responsible for?

Do they tamp down this pernicious conspiracy theory, this deadly misinformation, which actually has a bodycount, and not, as with Alex Jones' crisis actors claim, merely some hurt feeling?

No, of course not. Because it is deliberate misinformation. It is deliberate propaganda.

It is deliberate incitement to violence, and calculated moral justification for their violent revolutionary paramilitary allies in antifa and BLM.

They mean to burn this country down.

Tucker Carlson runs down the media's riot-inciting lies about Kyle Rittenhouse, including it hyperventilating about Rittenhouse crossing a state line. In fact, he didn't; he was working as a lifeguard at a pool in Kenosha, which is where his dad and grandparents lived, and where he used to live.

Ted Lieu isn't a member of the media per se, but the media uses his soundbites so much they should give him a stipend.

And here's Ted Lieu calling for people "to take to the streets" -- in a year of violent riots. So he knows what he's calling for.

But they're really against the Unprecedented Violence of the January 6th Insurrection, right?

5 What's interesting about this is, this is the only actual black person involved in this whole deal? Given how the Left wants to spin the case (and how Binger is so far in the tank for his side) I am surprised they did not include him in order to push that angle.

The actual number is something like seven (7), isn't it?

Because if you stick your finger in your hoodie pocket and pretend it's a gun when you rob a bank, it's assumed to be a gun. It doesn't matter that it's not a gun after the fact.

If a man in a wig pretending to be a woman is a woman, a black man pretending to have a gun has a gun. The end.

nahhh... there were stories -- true ones -- about Saddam's air plane in the desert where he'd stage terror take-overs of flights. A lot of people, myself included, imagined he might have provided support and maybe that training facility to al qaeda.

also, another true story: He did offer Al Qaeda a home in Iraq. They chose to go to Afghanistan, but Saddam made the offer.

249 judge had announced that, because of the actions of MSNBC and the lefty protesters, he had no choice but to dismiss all the charges against Rittenhouse, with prejudice, because there's no way a defendant could ever get a fair trial with jurors being exposed to death threats from rioters on the courthouse steps during jury deliberations, and activist "reporters" following jurors home at night.

Its a valid argument. The defendant is presumed innocent, if they cannot get a valid jury of their peers, then how can you have a trial?

They're not sequestered. My wild guess is they're told in private to meet at some staging area, the bus then goes and picks them up. This keeps them from having to park by the courthouse and fight through the mob, which would increase their chances of being filmed.

340 MSNBC is now banned from court. So what's with the jurors bus. Are these guys sequestered or not?

Doesn't matter - the jury knows they won't be sequestered forever, and they all know they're not that hard to find. Message sent - and surely received.

Doubt it'll be enough to flip the entire jury to convict - but it'll be more than enough to ensure a hung jury. And that's all the state wants - the opportunity to try Rittenhouse again. And again. And again.

Rekieta's stream mentioned that in the OJ case, the jury was sequestered for months. I think they said eight or nine months. The jury deliberation was only four hours. They surmised that the deliberation was so short because the jury just wanted out.

I said this before; these guys work with each other day after day. Go to the same places talk about their kids with each other. It's a JOB and a role. When court is in session they're ON STAGE.

You have to get arrested or be part of the court to get a chance to see the reality. What you see on TV or Movies or even the news is all an act. The court is a position. Where they get paid and they have to work with each other to get things done cause if stuff doesn't get done they can get fired from their phoney baloney jobs. They couldn't care less about the defendants or the plaintifs/victims. Didn't happen to them so it doesn't matter what happens. This is why you hear about some really disgusting sentences. THEY. 405 Sequestration costs a lot of money. Some juries have been known to stretch things out if they were in a swank hotel.

Plus it doesn't provide any protection from the jury finding stuff out they're not supposed to. Most people lie to get on a jury. It's real easy to get off so anyone on a jury wanted to be there or didn't give a shit. Any excuse gets you kicked off.

So most likely they've been following this stuff since the first move by the cops and further back. they know everything the media has foisted on the situation and more.

They came in to court with a basic idea of whether Kyle should go to jail or not. Once they found what the charges and the details they then decided how much time and for what.

With so many women on the jury this delay should've been expected. They're all looking to get that first interview on TV.

That is exactly what it is like. The federal government is organized crime now.

We used to see some small communities or a city once in a while run like this, but the entire nation is now. And there's no law enforcement organization high enough to come in and fix things.

Back in the 20s, people could hire Pinkerton's to come in and clean up a town, but all the laws changed on that.

436 Romeo13: "4. Blatant violation of Kyle's 5 Amendment Rights, as DA tried to use his silence to tar him as guilty."

That was when I knew they were trying to throw the case. Should've been called a mistrial right there and KR freed. There's no friggen way the Prosecution did not know the law and EXACTLY what they were doing. And the violation - as fundamental as it was - was debated outside the jury. They needed and deserved to know the scope of such a violation, and an essential fact of the process was denied to them. I'm certain none of them (unless they were in the legal profession) appreciated the gravity of that offense. And the State knew this which is why they pulled the stunt.

Throw the case and not take a loss (general mistrial) or get the violation of defendant's rights through and taint the process with the jury none the wiser.

The prosecutors should be, at a minimum, sanctioned.

501 >>How does the prosecution charge a crime without producing the alleged victim to sign a complaint?

Recklessness in this charge does not require it. The Recklessness would be in the discharge of the firearm.

The Defense would be the one calling Jumpkick man / a witness to testify to the assault in progress which would negate the Recklessness charge.

It's a bullshit, add-on charge.

The judge's comments increasingly indicate that he sees some serious problems over a possible mistrial. For the defense, this could set up the possibility of legal "free play" in the NFL where Aaron Rodgers throws a Hail Mary knowing the play is likely to be called back...

...The judge could wait to see if the jury acquits on some or all charges before ruling on the mistrial motions. An acquittal by a jury is always preferred by judges since it is effectively unappealable.

Criminal prosecution does not require a complaint by the victimized party. It requires evidence that a crime may have occurred, and who is suspected of committing the crime. Fictional stories in which victims announce that they're not pressing charges against the person who victimized them are purely that - fiction. In reality, the final say is left up to the DA and/or grand jury.

I think the prosecution is only required to provide a list of witnesses that they might call to the stand. If they don't intend to call a witness, they don't have to provide the name. The question, then, is how the prosecution found out his identity. It's possible that whoever gave the prosecution the name was also supposed to give it to the defence, but failed to do so.

The old saying "doing something is better than doing nothing" simply does not apply to technical work. If you don't know what you're doing - do nothing.

I always took this quote to mean that you can have the most talent, be a genius and have the best education, but if you don't bother to apply yourself, it doesn't matter.

I didn't take it to mean that if you don't have talent, genius or education, then all you need to do is keep trying and you'll succeed.

575 NBC News statement: "Last night, a freelancer received a traffic citation. While the traffic violation took place near the jury van, the freelancer never contacted or intended to contact the jurors during deliberations, and never photographed or intended to photograph them"

Totally true.

Even if it wasn't.... Everyone should be accountable for what they say. No hiding. Man up.

576 439: "No it's Irene. She's Chinese."

Korean. OK, probably Korean-American.

She's very, very Korean-looking, and her middle names are Min Joo. Maybe 30 years old, from Orange County.

Maybe a UCSD soft 7, but a UCLA hard 5.

577 Almost all professional jobs feel pointless because you never see tangible results or feel that you've completed a job. Build a building and you go from start to finish and can even show your kids the work later. Work at a desk filling out papers and its just an endless parade of the same forms.

Not always. I see resolution all the time, but I can do my job in my sleep. There is virtually zero challenge. It is just a function of being old and highly specialized. I only do a half a dozen things anymore. And I did it to myself. I have nobody to blame for comfort and security but myself. Very first world problems.

578 Judge Bruce Schroeder of the Kenosha County Court in Wisconsin announced Thursday morning that he had ejected MSNBC from further coverage of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial after a man claiming to be a producer allegedly followed a bus containing jurors.

Ummm, I think you're not supposed to look. I think.

581 Evidently, a juror or Kyle must be beaten down or killed before the defense will strenuously object or the judge will rule on a mistrial. This whole case has become a flaming port-a-potty in a dumpster fire.

No, they just realize that it's open season on white boys/men, and that their victims are actually highly UNlikely to shoot them. And that the Enemedia and all the powers that be will protect them no matter what they do. IOW, they're living in reality as it now is, not as it was circa 1970.
