The Morning Report - 11/17/21

malikkvsamerica.jpg

Good morning, kids. Wednesday and as the jury ruminates over the fate of Kyle Rittenhouse, a mob of thugs, goons and terrorists is milling outside the courthouse demanding "justice." Like most of the English dictionary already bastardized by the left, that word means "guilty," which really means "death." That's not necessarily aimed at poor young Rittenhouse but at the jury. Late yesterday, a tantalizing bit of news broke that two of the jurors are digging in their heels for a guilty verdict because they supposedly fear "backlash" against themselves, their families by implication and the city of Kenosha more broadly. Without getting too much into the weeds, as is my wont on occasion, this leads me to infer two things. First, and most crucially, there are 10 jurors who were intelligent enough to actually ignore the propaganda, listen to the facts and draw the only clear, reasonable conclusion. Second, if these two individuals continue to dig in their heels, I find it difficult to believe that they are going to sway the others, let alone all 10, to change their minds on this, so it looks like a mistrial is in the offing.

Now, as we all know, jurors are supposed to base their decisions solely on the evidence presented at trial but in reality, they can vote any way they want to. But, for them to supposedly come forward and state these reasons which have nothing to do with what they are charged to do (again, this is what they allegedly have said to a third party, a marshal or sheriff IIRC) should induce them to be booted from the jury room. I'm not a lawyer so I will leave it for the experts to weigh in on the procedural issues in this case. I only bring it up insofar as it is a hopeful sign, especially since it is evident that we are surrounded from top to bottom with a totalitarian junta that will use any means necessary to subjugate us -- including violence in this case from what is without question organized street terrorists in Antifa and BLM, bought and paid for by the regime in DC or agents thereof (George Soros, Hansjorg Wyss, Laurene Jobs, Robert Creamer etc.).

As someone pointed out yesterday, it is beyond bitterly ironic that the goons surrounding the courthouse and baying for the blood of the judge and jurors are the cohorts of the same ones that attempted to murder Rittenhouse a year ago and torch the building they now surround. It's easy for me to tell those people in there to ignore it. Let's face it; with a law enforcement and criminal justice system that has been weaponized against the American people, labeling them as "terrorists" and "insurrectionists" for daring to question their legitimacy in the wake of the Reichstag Weenie Roast that cemented their election theft and now for opposing the clearcut insanity of Jive Kampf and priapic rapists dressed in skirts (among a litany of other things), you better believe that doing the wrong thing - i.e. acquitting Rittenhouse - could be dangerous to the health of you and your family.

But somebody has to take a stand, no matter the consequences. And as I said, there seems to be upwards of 10 on that jury who are prepared to do so, which in this case is to confirm truth over lies and really speak truth to power. At least, I hope and pray that this is so. Whether this story, if confirmed, has any bearing on the judge to declare a mistral with prejudice, in essence throw the case out and declare Rittenhouse not guilty - and given all the other hackery, buffoonery and plain desecration of the rule of law by the morally degenerate stooge prosecutors, he should - is anyone's guess.

Meanwhile, in another part of the forest, this story that I linked yesterday should not get lost in the sauce and has absolute relevance to the points I am making:

Malikk Austin turned to address parents who had expressed their discontent over Critical Race Theory (CRT) pedagogy being taught in the Fort Worth Independent School District (FWISD) during the public comment portion of the meeting, according to video footage of the incident.

"For those who got an issue with this critical race theory, equity it's something I fought for for my children," Austin said to meeting attendees. "How dare you come out from here and talk about the things that my daddy and my grandparents went through, the lynching, the oppression, Jim Crow. My kids are still being afflicted by this. How dare you come off in here and challenge me on critical race theory."

CRT holds that America is fundamentally racist, yet it teaches people to view every social interaction and person in terms of race. Its adherents pursue "antiracism" through the end of merit, objective truth and the adoption of race-based policies.

"Look at the word racism, this is something deliberately done to people of African descent to shackle us down, this hate, fear mongering ain't gonna work no more," Austin added. "It's over with, we are not our ancestors. I got over 1,000 soldiers ready to go."

If only Malikk would add another "k" to his name. I'm not even going to address the raw sewage that has poisoned this fool's pea brain probably for his entire life. I have tried my hardest to do that, insofar as pointing out that whatever misery and racism he may or may not have suffered and that his ancestors for sure have suffered is solely because of the Democrat Party and the anti-American Left. If only he realized his salvation lies in the very people and institutions that he rails against, but try jumping into a school of intentionally starved piranhas to convince them that their hunger is because of the guy outside the tank embargoing their Tetra-Min.

Psaki-psircling back, why do you think this mind-numbed purple-drank-chugging stooge is so brazen? His "1,000 soldiers" is not an idle boast since what he really means is that he has Moloch Garland and the entire FBI and DoJ "ready to go."

Records from an anonymous whistleblower released by Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, on Tuesday, however, reveal that the FBI's Counterterrorism Division is engaged in categorizing threat assessments relating to parents with a "threat tag."

An internal e-mail attached to a letter from Jordan to the attorney general references an Oct. 4 memorandum from Garland for the FBI to address "investigations and assessments of threats specifically directed against school board administrators, board members, teachers, and staff," with the tag.

"This disclosure provides specific evidence that federal law enforcement operationalized counterterrorism tools at the behest of a left-wing special interest group against concerned parents," Jordan wrote. "We know from public reporting that the National School Boards Association coordinated with the White House prior to sending a letter dated September 29 to [so-called quote-unquote "president"] Biden labeling parents as domestic terrorists and urging the Justice Department to use federal tools -- including the Patriot Act -- to target parents."

As Tucker Carlson rightly, and chillingly stated:

"You have no right to resist . . . the next time BLM sweeps into your town to burn and loot, you'd better not try to protect yourself or your family: 'We will charge you with murder and have the media call you racist.'"

Word. The fact is Antifa and BLM are effectively duly deputized agents of the DoJ, and by extension the Klain/Kalorama Klown Kabal. They will be doing the enforcing that the DoJ won't or can't. And they "don't need no steen-keeng badges!"

After using the government to sabotage Trump in 2016 and then finally steal a national election in 2020 to remove him from office, along with all other other persecution/prosecutions against him and lest we forget the J6 protesters still languishing in the Garland Archipelago, not only is America as founded dead, but we are the banana republic we used to mock so mercilessly.

Well, it should be noted that banana republics are infamous not only for the corruption and oppression of the junta, but sooner or later the vigilantes and death squads that are fed up with it and cannot seek redress because of the former. So, one day, as to this Malikk klown who brazenly boasts of having "1,000 soldiers ready to go," the response to him will be:

"Your terms are acceptable." Because our 200,000,000 "soldiers" will gladly meet you, anytime, anywhere. But, like Candid Camera, it may be when you least expect it.

Pray for Kyle. And America.

29 My theory is the Malikk Austin bit was staged to give Garland the "news reports" of threats at school board meetings, that he needs to justify DOJ investigating school parents as terrorists.

That the reported threat was in favor of CRT, and investigated subject will only be those opposed to CRT, is a minor detail to be scoffed by important people.

The death rate of measles was as high as 2.83 deaths per 1000 reported measles cases in one study.

41 Those who would sacrifice justice for temporary security deserve neither, to borrow from a certain colonial whoremeister.

What's the end game? You hang the jury because you're scared of the mob.... you think the goons will celebrate you? You're tainted by association now. The mob will get you, one way or the other. Safety comes from living in a robust society that clearly takes a stand against violence done by bad actors to destroy and celebrates violence done by good actors to protect. This is one of the most basic tropes in human storytelling... the morally weak knuckle under to violent bullies and make life worse for everyone by doing so.

I'm sure Garland is quaking in his boots at the strongly-worded letter. As we speak, he's reevaluating all that he does and oversees... /s

Can we finally dispense with the notion that these letters do nothing? I thank Jordan for at least making some noise about it, but this evil needs to be yanked out by the roots and stopped. To expect the evil doers to stop themselves is a farce of all farces. They obey no laws. They don't have morals. They aren't swayed by conscience. Garland, and the FBI, will continue illegally targeting whomever they damned well wish until they are forcefully stopped. And we can be assured a letter isn't going to do it.

64 I'd say i have faith in the jury system, but we saw the jury convict Chauvin on charges that were massively trumped up for similar reasons, they were afraid for themselves and everyone in the cities they knew would burn.

There is a lot riding on Kyle going to jail, mostly from the government who needs to show everyone that they can't fight back against the government's ground troops.

I'm not convinced the DA wants to retry this case. It's pretty clear there was prosecutorial misconduct by the ADAs and that will just get more amplified in a 2nd trial.

The more the public is exposed to the real facts of that night the worse it looks for the prosecution and the support for Rittenhouse grows.

First, your worship of "accomplishments" as some kind of objective good is preposterous when the value of any given accomplishment is subjective and constructed in the context of the wider host society. Buttigieg is unaccomplished? How so? He defied the odds to rise in an LGBTQ2SIA-hostile environment to become a mayor, run for president and become a cabinet secretary, all while juggling to demands of fatherhood. But you call him unaccomplished?

And why is Grennell "accomplished?" He rose via cloak-and-dagger machinations in the service of a regressive supremacy movement. That he himself is homosexual is irrelevant. The system he supports and the structures he defends and works to promote are hostile to any non-cishet identity expression. He works to perpetuate the supremacist world order that lashes out in oppressive force to any progressive activity. He is appalling. He is, if anything, a traitor to himself. He could not be openly gay if not for the work done by progressives before him.

Since your life will be spent in prison if you defend yourself from any of the left's shock troops, you might as well use the old saying, "in for a penny, in for a pound."

Since having to choose between being murdered by the mob of left wing jackasses, or spending his life in prison is no choice, I'm thinking going weapons free in that situation is better than the result he now has. 127 I don't recall if the defense made a motion to sequester the jury, but they did make a motion for a change of venue early on, which was denied. Judges typically don't like to sequester juries because it's such an imposition on the jurors. Jury duty is already a pain in the ass, and being sequestered is a big infringement on somebody's liberty rights, so judges order it very sparingly. IDK why the judge declined to do it here. He's an older guy, mid-70's, and probably old-school. He probably figured the local cops and court security could handle any threats. It remains to be seen if he miscalculated. The other day he made a remark about how he wouldn't want to be the people who have threatened him (online, through the court's public e-mail system) because the FBI is investigating them. I thought that was pretty naive. He seems to think today's FBI takes leftists' threats seriously. He apparently doesn't realize that today's FBI are probably the same ones who are making the threats to his life.

Joe, you may as well go ahead, because testing companies are also contract labs used for blood tests by doctors. In other words, at least in my case, every year for my physical, LabCorps gets a couple of blood vials and a urine sample for testing. If they are mapping DNA and keeping those records, I'm sunk, but I have no way to avoid them.

China Wants Your Data -- And May Already Have It

As COVID cases began to rise a year ago, a Chinese company contacted several U.S. states and offered to set up testing labs. As a byproduct, the Chinese firm, Beijing Genomics Institute, would likely gain access to the DNA of those tested.

The offer was tempting for states struggling to set up their own testing facilities for a new virus on short notice. But U.S. national security officials urged the states to reject the offer, citing concerns about how China might use personal data collected on Americans. . .
Meanwhile, Beijing Genomics Institute, a major global player in the world of genomics research, reportedly set up labs in at least 18 other countries, and provided COVID testing kits to 180 nations, including the U.S.

The instruction is just showing these individuals what they truly are inside, something that the patriarchal society unnaturally weeded out of them through conditioning that gender is only bound by the limits of male and female, an obviously outdated concept that does not reflect the advancements we've made in understanding the human condition.

291 I wonder if CRT/equity is concerned about how her children will, throughout their lives, be silently questioned by their coworkers as they try to suss out if they're employed on merit or because of their skin color. I wonder if she cares that her kids will actually have to work *harder* as a result of having to overcome any questions about their legitimacy. I wonder is she cares that tilting the playing field makes everything worse.

296 I think we all need to be aware that the feds have ran every single video from the 2020 riots through their facial recognition.

The ease which they located and arrested the 1/6 folks had nothing to do with tips; they had significant field testing of their Chinese-inspired software.
They know every single person who was involved in the 2020 riots.

That they have not arrested one single solitary leader tells you who the real leadership is: Feds through and through.

349 143 Do the "$1 houses" include an indemnity for back real estate taxes? Because you can get houses for under $100 bucks (often times even *free*) right now in the blighted, blown-out parts of Detroit - but you have to settle the real estate taxes, which amount to way too much money to make any kind of redevelopment make sense.
Posted by: Joe Mannix (Not a cop!) at November 17, 2021 08:03 AM (DU+/6)

I always thought it would make more sense to tear down the house and divide the property between the two adjacent properties. Create larger lots and create value for the few who maintain their properties.
Posted by: WiNO at November 17, 2021 08:21 AM (EpDzw)

Late to the party, but NYC did this over 30 years ago in Harlem. To clear out, and hopefully upgrade the burnt-out neighborhood, NYC offered $1 brownstones, but you'd have to pay the back taxes as well. In 1989, this was not an attractive bet. In 2009, those who bought those $1 houses saw them worth millions of dollars, in some cases.

362 More likely an actual death threat was received after they were impaneled. Still, how dense do you have to be to not know what this trial is all about, especially a city resident?!

LIVs gonna LIV. And also, since the Left has admitted they are sharing info about the jurors with their paramilitaries there is a difference in a death threat in an email or even a phone call and one given in person to your kids...

If the Judge grants a mistrial with prejudice, it means the State can't retry him on any of those charges.

I still haven't seen any evidence they claim the prosecutor withheld though so I can't comment on that part. But they seem to be pi$$ed about it.

I'm almost certain the answer is "no."

He spent 20+ years in the belly of the beast and has pretty interesting insights into how things operate at the DOJ/FBI. He's a staunch conservative but he paints with a pretty small brush and doesn't just claim everything and everyone is corrupt. That turns off a lot of people and he also has just a tad of arrogance which also makes him toxic to some but he does know what he's talking about.

He has a pretty interesting view of exactly when the FBI started going off the rails and in his belief it was under Mueller when he changed the hiring and equally important the promotion process that let incompetent, partisan drones like McCabe and Strzok rise to the top.

Based on the numbers from the government COVID is maybe 20x more dangerous then the shots...but that is horrible for vaccine results. The flu kills 30-80K people a year and the flu vaccine kills...0.

And we know the numbers of COVID deaths have been goosed, and the number of vaccine deaths undercounted. And we also don't know what the long term effects of the clot shot will be.
