Rebuttal: Littlefinger's Credibility With the Jury is So Shattered That Fatlock Is Sent In to Clean Up
"EVERYONE TAKES A BEATING ONCE IN A WHILE, RIGHT? THAT DOESN'T GIVE YOU THE RIGHT" TO DEFEND YOURSELF

Desperation: Littlefinger is so desperate that he claimed the antifa mob of would-be killers/lynchers were a "crowd of heroes."

This is the home stretch. This is the end. Fatlock just needs to suck on an oxygen bottle and get through this and then it goes to the jury.

And then Fatlock goes back to living by a VAN DOWN BY THE RIVER.

This obese blimp mockingly says "Ooh he's chasing me!" and says that's no reason to shoot someone. Earlier he called Rittenhouse a "Chaos Tourist" and then said that "just because a little bit of chaos came back his way" (what chaos was Rittenhouse putting out?) he started shooting Rosenbaum.

A crazed child rapist attacking you after lying in ambush is "just a little bit of chaos coming back your way."

Can this possibly be playing well?'

"We hear about this 'vicious kick.' Which does not appear to make much contact."

Fatlock is really not good at this.

I finally got it: He sounds exactly like Jonah Hill doing his Nervous Fat Kid persona.

The real vigilantes -- "antifa" -- "Took action."

Oh.

"That they did it was brave."

"EVERYONE TAKES A BEATING ONCE IN A WHILE, RIGHT?"

Clarification: He really said that. I think that's the exact quote.

Poll, what does everyone predict?

Four options:

Acquitted

Guilty on one or more major counts

Compromise verdict where they get him on some lesser offense like "Recklessly endangering" someone while letting him off of the big stuff

Hung Jury

107 The British trial judge has more discretion than his American cousin including commenting on evidence to the jury and summing up. In the US, originally in multiple jurisdictions, the juries had control over both law and fact at trials.

Over time in the US, the control over law has been given over to judges while juries still retain control over case facts. Regarding verdicts, judges act as circuit breakers in rare cases but seldom overturn jury verdicts in full.

Garland and the FBI have unleashed a problem for the old school and left heavy donor class, one that can get turned on Dems if they can't hold on to power. Rounding up "extremists" works both ways.

Old and incoherent fucks like Leahy and Pelosi don't need that kind of LE and legal jeopardy power turned on them...expect to see more "older" Dem bulls retire very soon.

150 Easiest way to rein in prosecutors is only allow trial by information for misdemeanors. Require grand juries issue indictments with a judge presiding to protect the interest of justice and to answer jury questions. No more prosecutor control over the grand jury itself. Grand jurors only struck for bias by judge. Also, allow defendants to make a statement to grand juries or even testify if they want if they waive privilege.

Hurtado case in the 1800's was basically a mistake to allow trial by information. The rest of the changes are to restore grand juries to the role of checking political prosecutions.

That is the most dangerous takeaway from this spectacle. This isn't Justice. It may not even be Law as the State keeps trying to skirt, obfuscate, or hide it.

I think the contempt of Congress perp walk of Bannon along with Rep Senators saying that they welcome this as precedent is what is going on...

Leahy would have held on until he died...there was zero reasons for him to retire, he would be re-elected forever and his staff would have done the work. Dems politicians NEVER retire. I heard someone a week ago down in DC clued in people saying that Schumer is making similar noises along with, of course, Feinstein - something is up this weekend. I think the contempt of Congress perp walk of Bannon along with Rep Senators saying that they welcome this as precedent is what is going on...

442 320 rhomboid, Not WI law.
In some states, mis-stating the law in closing like that can get a reversal of a conviction from due process concerns.

Supreme Court dealt with a Washington state case where the prosecutor misstated the felony accomplice rule in closing. Waddington v. Sarusad, I believe. The court held it was a minor error and so did not violate due process rights of defendant. But a large enough error like the prosecutors commenting on the defendant's refusal to talk, aka 5th Amendment right to silence, would violate due process.

So Gavin Newsom's booster shot took him out of commission for a fortnight. Will the next one finally finish him off?

It seems that there is an accumulative effect against the immune system such where the first shot is relatively benign, killing and maiming only the most vulnerable, then the second shot kills and maims the next tier, then the booster, acts like an angel of death killing and maiming even more. Each person's immune system and ability to absorb more of the toxin decreases with each jab.

Yep. This is a depopulation program.

Someone (Weasel) correct my possible misinterpretations.

Posted by: GnuBreed at November 15, 2021 07:05 PM (F0YaR)

naw, i know blue states can be bad, but I seriously doubt that. One of the old saws in the CCW world is to carry what the police use. That way they can't attack you for having "unusual weapons". I think even that is mostly just talk for talks sake. But the point is the police use hollow points, not some of the time, but all of the time

Hollow points are nothing strange. They are standard issue. Again I am not sure why this came up in this case. Hollow point AR ammo is not as common, no doubt there. I hear it exists but either way it would not change anything. If someone thinks an AR needs hollow points to be deadly, they obviously don't know the weapon.

In this case the Left has way to much at stake. They have run things for years now on the basis of rioting being legal, and effective at forcing change on an unwilling public. Rioting and violence is their most effective tool. The only thing standing in the way are men like KR, and they know it. They can not let him walk. I think we will find the jurors are all hand picked for hating people like Kyle, or have connections to the prosecutor, or are commies, or plants,.... I am not hopeful.

608 What kind of law requires a unanimous jury to determine self defense? Presumption of innocence, people. The system and the rules are built around figuring the defendant didn't do it and the state has to convince people that he did.

Requiring a unanimous jury for innocence presumes guilt and would jam up the system with hundreds of hung juries every year.

741 Hung jury. There is at least one leftist on the jury.
The judge steps in and declares Mistrial with Prejudice.

I'm just guessing, but couldn't he poll the jurors on each count? So if he found out one or two were gumming up the works, he could issue a directed verdict? In other words, he would be on solid ground to end this entire farce since the vast majority of the jury was for acquittal.

742 Wait, killing someone who is a threat to human life make Kyle a hero? Is that what he said? Huh.

743 Every time I hear conservatives predict the outcome of a trial based on the evidence or lack thereof, I roll my eyes. That's not what determines the outcome.

Mr. Rittenhouse will be found guilty on all counts. It's what the jury wants and needs, since they know who is willing to use violence against them and they know that no one will protect them.

744 Unguilty on all counts!

745 but I have run across other cover bands who were legends in their own mind and thought they were bigger than Zeppelin.

Lez Zeppelin has been touring twice as long as Zeppelin ever did.

746 In a just world it would be instant acquittal on all counts.

With the amount of woke jackasses in thh world now it's probably going to be hung on the murder charges and a mistrial.

747 Binger's commenting that the pedophile Rosenbaum using the "N Word" was just a "Tsk Tsk" was beyond the pale.

748 I predict a hung jury. At least one hero will refuse to convict on anything, and at least one juror will be intimidated just as Chauvin's jury was.

I can only add that I'm glad I wasn't in that courtroom today -- because someone would have had to hold me back from breaking Binger's jaw.

749 Regrettably, I predict 3.

750 I would have facepalmed during the entire prosecution closing argument just to get in the little bastard's head.

Binger is the biggest POS I have ever seen in my entire life. He is the only person I have a visceral reaction to and want to throttle simply because there is not a decent bone in his body, and he compounds his indecency with cruelty and stupidity like some sort of degenerate, evolutionarily retrograde ape.

Were he a chimp he would live in a mound of shit for all of the other chimps throwing their feces at him.

In all seriousness, I would have laughed out loud at some of the things he said during the trial simply to keep from lunging from the jury box. It is like he was prosecuting Anne Frank and sneering about how she was looking for trouble by not letting the Nazis haul her off. Binger's level of pure evil is something you just don't see all that often.

752 Hung jury would be my call except that I expect that those on the jury wanting a big conviction will out those who hung it to the activists. Same for a minor conviction. So conviction on the major charges I guess.

And this in turn sends the message that if a rioting left mob comes to your street you can either flee and let them have/destroy everything you can't take with you or else if you defend yourself and loved ones then you will be convicted of murder so "in penny in for a pound."

753 I am amazed by Ohikhobo's remedy. I Have had herpes for over 6 years with frequent outbreaks. Sometimes I average 2-3 times per month. Before one breakout could end, the next would begin. Nothing has helped me. I came online in search for a possible way to see how I can fight this virus so I found Ohikhobo here online after seeing a lot of testimonies of how he cured herpes and other diseases with natural herbs so I decided to give it a try I only took his remedy for two weeks and I was completely cured. I recommend Ohikhobo's remedy to anyone suffering from herpes that wants to be completely cured too.
