One thing people don't understand today, while hindsight is always 20/20 vision, at the time the war was in some doubt. Serious issues, from 1939 to 1942 the Allies were getting their ass handed to them pretty much. It was a shitty thing to do, and in retrospect not necessary, but they didn't know that then. And it should also illustrate the lengths your government will go to, when they want to be successful at something. See also Mercury/Gemini/Apollo program. Notice they didn't fuck around there, either. Now compare and contrast with say, Illegal migration. There are millions and millions of illegals and foreign nationals, absconders, jihadists, and unlawful enemy combatants in this country because the government at best, doesn't want to do anything about the problem. Yeah, in many states Game Wardens can come right in your house and take a peek inside your freezer looking for poached wildlife (game species). What's unclear, legally, I guess, is whether they can act on the methamphetamine lab they notice on the way to the Kitchen.

As for the legal side of this, let me be crystal clear to avoid what appears to be possible misinformation or disinformation around the emergency temporary standard being a vaccine mandate. That would be on its face incorrect as has been explicit for months. It is a standard for safe workplace to either comply with weekly testing or to be vaccinated.

I really hope this goes somewhere, Mr. S put in for his exemption, I doubt he will get one, the CEO is a real POS, and scolded the whole company on Thursday after they did a company call on the mandate crap. He was furious that people weren't coming together and that there was an issue about getting vaccinated at all. I was listening and watching the call and it was disgusting (this is a huge well known company) He at this point he has until Jan. 4th to get the shot or lose his job. BTW, while looking up something about smallpox because of Gates threatening the world with a smallpox bioterrorist attack if we don't listen to the Enviro oligarchy, I found the CDC's current description of the smallpox vaccine, "The smallpox vaccine protects people from smallpox by helping their bodies develop immunity to smallpox. The vaccine is made from a virus called vaccinia, which is a poxvirus similar to smallpox, but less harmful. The smallpox vaccine contains live vaccinia virus, not a killed or weakened virus like many other vaccines."
Gee, that doesn't sound at all like the mRNA "vaccines" that the CDC has changed three times to match their latest failures like no permanent immunity. Posted by: andycanuck (UHVv4) at November 06, 2021 04:25 PM (UHVv4) 322

Game wardens do not have the power without probable cause to enter private residences and its curtilage. They do have wide power to search open fields without a warrant or probable cause and stop vehicles, boats, businesses such as restaurants and cold storage facilities etc. to search for illegally obtained game or to enforce the Lacey Amendment.
Under probable cause, they have to either make application for a warrant or they have to have probable cause that a person has committed a crime using articulable objective facts derived from their investigation. Hot pursuit and other exceptions do apply to game wardens as they do to other leos. Posted by: whig at November 06, 2021 04:27 PM (9hXN1) 324
