Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Danchenko Indictment: Source For Steele "Dossier" Claims Was Not Russian Officials. It Was... A HILLARY CLINTON POLITICAL OPERATIVEHans Mahncke Did Hillary Clinton know about these rumors and direct the operative to pass them to Danchenko, so they could be laundered as "Russian tips"? It seems bizarre to even suggest she didn't know. She loved conspiracy theories. She paid Sidney Blumenthal to spin conspiracy theories for her. According to the indictment, Danchenko lied about his contacts with "Russians," his travels to Russia, and the identity of his sources. (Those are just some of the lies.) In John Durham’s words:Techo_Fog further reports that Danchenko claime that this call came from Sergei Millian -- who has long denied placing such a call. Sergei Millian is now absolved. Danchenko lied about who placed the call to cover up for the fact that his Hot Tip From The Kremlin came from an American operative for the Hillary Clinton campaign. There is some belief, not yet confirmed, that they've ID'd the Hillary Clinton operative. I won't name him (check the link for that). Now, there actually are some Russians in this story. One of Danchenko's sub-sources -- one of the "Russian drinking buddies" he'd share bullshit stories with in DC bars, as has been previously reported, one would assume -- is called in the indictment "Russian Sub-Source-1." If this is confusing, note that Danchenko is called "Primary Sub-Source-1." "Russian Sub-Source-1" was told by this Clinton operative, "PR Executive-1," that he had a job waiting for him at the State Department... one assumes, if he did a good job in this criminal conspiracy to defraud the US government. "Russian Sub-Source-1" had a personal interest in a Hillary Clinton victory, stating that the Democrat PR executive would "take me to the State Department if Hillary wins."He was also gifted a Hillary Clinton autobiography, and told PR Executive-1 that Hillary Clinton had a fan in "Country-1." Russia, obviously. So who had the Russian support? Now, PR Executive-1 made up a false story about the resignation of "Campaign Manager 1," who I assume must be short-term Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort. He contrived a story based on public news reports to "drive a stake through the heart" of the Trump campaign. He claimed the information came from a "GOP friend." I don't know what his story was. Sounds like one of those many, many "anonymous GOP sources" the media is always basing stories on. It was a lie. He made it up. And Danchenko peddled this lie to the FBI, and then lied to the FBI about where the information had come from. Comments(Jump to bottom of comments)1

Coking coal is not burned to make electricity. Coking coal is used along with iron ore to make steel. If the world cannot produce steel, much of the world economy grinds to a halt.
Unfortunately for coking coal, it has coal in its name. Unfortunately for the renewable power industry, they're going to need a lot of coking coal. This seems like quite the conundrum. For example, it is well-known that the production of wind turbines consumes a lot of steel. At least we thought it was well-known. I thought wind turbines were made of wind. Well, the left was correct about one thing in all of this. Throughout, they have claimed "it's a conspiracy!" They were right, but not in the way hey said it about righties seeing ghosts everywhere. It was a conspiracy. A major political party laundered information through foreign agents to yet other foreign agents who passed it back to the domestic press in order to provide a pretext to the domestic government - with various assists from foreign governments - to go after an opposition political figure that posed risks to the established State/Party power complex.
That's about as bad as it gets. It was a vast conspiracy and it has been known for a very long time. This is yet more confirmation of what many have already determined: that this is a huge information laundering operation, starting on these shores, for the purposes of weaponizing federal agencies against a powerful but disliked political figure. No writer of political thrillers could ever get a book with this story line published, because no publisher would take the risk of printing a book with such an unbelievable plot. Yet it happened. And no official will be punished. Posted by: Joe Mannix (Not a cop!) at November 04, 2021 01:12 PM (DU+/6) Posted by: Dr.Rev. The damage has been done (note: a lot of that damage was done in effect by the GOP, in hobbling Trump very effectively) - what Trump wasn't able to accomplish in his term. Blumenthal spread the lies and division that Democrats needed to gain power. Elias corrupted the entire voting process. They both need to be lit on fire and pissed on.

Hillary and her entire small gang perpetrated an Espionage Act crime wave - from the 7th floor of State itself - unprecedented in our history. *WITH* assessed damage (i.e. foreign exploitation).
She and they also corrupted the institution, putting US foreign policy up for rent, in a pay-to-play scheme more brazen and jaw-dropping than the corruption of some in US Grant's cabinet. Also unprecedented. Spoiler: neither of these epochal scandals/crimes are, or will be, properly investigated, and AFAIK there's no possibility whatsoever that anyone involved will ever be held to account. Just as important, these amazing historical events are unknown to the public, essentially, ignored by the "press", and effectively never happened. He hired Crowdstrike on behalf of the DNC to investigate the server and produce a report. A redacted version of that report, again, redacted, was given to the FBI and that is all the FBI ever saw. A complete tear-down of federal intelligence and law enforcement, to every last man, right down to the guy who sweeps the floors. End them all. Rip it out by the roots and rebuild from scratch. The facts as I see them are this:
They got away with it. These people will be paying legal fees (probably out of some quiet pocket) for a few years and their problems will be gone. No one significant, no one who should be executed, will suffer consequences. The only thing that could change that is a President in 2024 that rips the DOJ out at the roots. Don't think even DeSantis would be that aggressive, and Trump has had his shot and failed. So...absent someone with some weaponry angry enough and without a family, retribution is likely thin. Regarding the Commerce Clause case, it was Wickard v. Filburn in 1942. In that, a small farmer in Ohio, Filburn, planted in excess of his wheat allotment under the Agricultural Adjustment Act to the USDA--he was fined and a portion of the wheat crop was seized. Filburn countered with he never claimed any crop support money from the USDA and never sold the wheat. Instead, he fed it to livestock on the farm. Thus, Filburn claimed that his actions did not place the wheat in interstate commerce. The court in Wickard ruled that regardless of the direct effect of Farmer Filburn's actions; a slippery slope existed where the USDA must be able to control the individual actions of Filburn lest the national market for wheat be substantially affected by the actions of Filburn and others in planting excess wheat. This same argument was made by government and accepted again by the Supremes in Gonzalez.v. Raich, in the medicial marijuana case. Four court liberals plus Scalia sided with the government, four conservatives did not. Regardless of Raich's individual intent in growing marijuana for personal consumption, marijuana could enter the illegal interstate market.

484 Lady in Black,
In the old days, they were called floaters. These were individuals that went from polling place to polling place to cast multiple votes for the machine to win. Depending on the jurisdiction, they either voted for the dead or for just for votes. Like the poor, you will always have some degree of election fraud. If you don't vote long enough, chances are that someone will vote in your name. To prevent this, HAVA motor voter law required jurisdictions to purge voting rolls periodically. That has never been done in most blue areas despite outside groups winning lawsuits to have it done. The truth is that floaters, fraud, etc. also come useful to GOPe during primaries. 559 "Kyle Rittenhouse Prosecution is a trainwreck"
I was seeing comments yesterday that said the same thing about his defense. What's up? ____________ The two things are related. The prosecution basically doesn't have a case, so instead of presenting evidence, the prosecutor is trying to slime Rittenhouse by putting shit before the jury that isn't admissible (such as multiple hearsay statements, and in one instance a video made by a "social media influencer" of the riots that had a tag identifying Rittenhouse as "militia" -- which he was not). Some of the legal analysts are faulting the defense team for not objecting more to the prosecution's sleazy and unethical tactics. 544 Marcus T, Shall issue is the norm for permits in 2A with states like NY 'may issue' where the states have unbridled discretion over licenses is what is at stake. The difference is whatever criteria the state tries to use has to be universal and eliminate official discretion in issuing the permit. But, courts have held even in may issue states, that the state cannot add conditions that cannot be met by anyone such as Chicago required people to train for permits without allowing any training facilities.
The case and the briefs never involved 'constitutional' carry without a permit. Pattern litigation means going the long road toward wins by building up precedents than swing for the fences. Posted by: whig at November 04, 2021 02:24 PM (9hXN1) 581

Re: "547 Fiona Hill giving an acknowledgement in her book to Charles Dolan, aka "PR Executive 1," who she also allegedly introduced to Igor Danchenko."
Dolan is not only very old, but he is a New-York based businessman involved in Madison Square Garden, HBO and AMC, not a PR executive. James "Jim" Margolis is an American political consultant and communications executive based in Washington, DC. He served as an advisor to Barack Obama in both his 2008 and 2012 campaigns for the White House. From the indictment: "PR Executive-I was a Virginia-based public relations professional employed by a Washington, D.C.-based public relations firm (PR Firm-1)." Apparently it isn't unusual for people to commute from Virginia to DC. Posted by: Diana Barahona at November 04, 2021 05:52 PM (+v1I3) 596
