Father Who Says His Daughter Was Sexually Attacked by a "Boy in a Skirt" in a Loudoun County School Bathroom Speaks

They say the cover up is worse than the crime.

In this case, it's hard for the cover up to be worse than the crime, consisting, as it does, of the r*pe and forcible sodomy of an underaged girl.

But it's close. It's very very close.

When the National School Board Association demanded that Merrick Garland's DOJ target parents as "domestic terrorists," they cited this father's complaints to the school board -- complaining of the r*ape and cover up -- as justification for the unprecedented federal targeting of parents.

I'm pretty sure they omitted the little part about him complaining about the school board's policies which had led to the r4pe and forcible sodomization of his daughter.

Below, this "domestic terrorist" is attacked by cops and dragged out of a school board meeting for complaining about his daughter being r*aped, thanks in no small part to Loudoun County's boys-in-bathrooms policy.

Smith related what had happened at the June 22 meeting, saying that he attended the meeting because he was concerned about the alleged assault on his daughter and what was happening at the school. As we noted, at the meeting, the school superintendent denied there had been any sexual assaults. The father was then confronted during the meeting by a leftist activist who started telling him that what he said had happened to his daughter didn't, in fact, happen. He said he was gripped from behind and didn’t realize initially it was a police officer when he pulled his arm back. That’s when a scuffle started and he was arrested.

The school board and prosecutors had told him to remain silent about the r&pe, claiming he had to remain silent to get a good outcome in the prosecution.

Their actual goal seems to have just been to cover this up.

Once he found out the same "boy in a skirt" had sexually assaulted another girl, he decided to speak out.

Note that the idea persists -- with the knowing collusion of the media -- that trans "girls" are gay and attracted to other boys, and therefore wouldn't have a sexual interest in real girls.

This is false and they know it. A lot of trans "girls" and trans "women" are actually just straight men who want to have sex with girls and women. They just want to do so "as a woman." This isn't some small fraction of trans "women;" and awful lot of them have what we'd call a normal heterosexual attraction to women. (They would claim they're "lesbians," as they're "females" attracted to females.)

It's not some corner-case situation of the oddball transgender, or straight man merely pretending to be transgender. It's actually a pretty high number of trans "females" who are just as sexually interested in girls or women as any normal man.

And we're letting them into spas and bathrooms and locker rooms, and when the inevitable happens, our Ruling Class covers it up.

Because, of course, they promised us, absolutely, that this could never, ever happen, in order to gain our consent (or at least our acquiescence) in forcing this policy on us.

They're not wrong. They're not liars. They're not incompetents who cannot successfully predict the fall of the sun or the rise of the moon.

No -- you're just domestic terrorists.

2. The teachers and admin are going to be much more protective of a kid that claims to be Trans. They are going to reflexively assume any accusations are spiteful/made up.

The school board's statement seems to make it clear that something happened and also seems designed to answer the question of wait aren't you mandatory reporters? Also the statement is very much designed to be a CYA for oh the school board didn't know about this so no one lied about it!

Furthermore, that statement does not address, at all, why it was that six cop cars showed up when the cops were called on the father at the school the day of what appears to be a confirmed attack.

So, tldr, the school sure as hell appears to be covering up for that kid. Which makes me wonder just who the kid is related to.

I doubt insurance would cover something like this. Besides, most big government outfits are "self-insured" (e.g., they have a cash reserve for paying claims, based on actuarial models).

But regardless, I hope there are more lawsuits. Lots of them, and successful. "But that just means you're paying your neighbors and lawsuits should be prevented!" No. Pain. Make it hurt. Force budget cuts and tax increases to cover the payouts for their insane and criminal behavior. Maybe that will force some turnover among the executives.

I live in what used to be a small to medium sized town in Texas 20+ years ago. Now, we have a pretty significant drawn line between the middle class families and the rich, pompous assholes in the million dollar homes. I never understood the word "affluenza" until recently. The school on that end of town played a football game against our end of town at our stadium. The way their students acted during and after the game showed me all I needed to know about how rich kids are being raised.

Someone I know personally was at the Port of Longbeach, and there were just TWO cranes (out of four) unloading a container ship.
Either two cranes were busted and no spares, or just undermanned, or whatever.
This guy was at the gates waiting to pick up a container load when the Port opened, and waited all day to get loaded. Nothing happened. 8 hours waiting and never entered to get a container.
This all stinks, really bad.

Apparently that is because of new CA law:

@JERRYO1029 -- The NEWS says the California port situation is caused by a driver shortage. Not so fast: It is in part caused by a California Truck Ban which says all trucks must be 2011 or newer and a law called AB 5 which prohibits Owner Operators.

Traditionally the ports have been served by Owner Operators (non union). California has now banned Owner Operators. Long term, truckers in California are not investing in new trucks because California has a law that makes them illegal in 2035. The requirement is to purchase electric trucks which do not exist.

I lived in Loudoun County a few decades ago, when I'd just started working. It was beautiful then. Rolling fields, farmland, and some neighborhoods with beautiful homes. It was, like most of Virginia at that time, very conservative. But like the rest of NoVa, it has in recent times been taken over by illegal aliens (mostly from El Salvador), and assholes from New Jersey and New York.

Whatever the case regarding terrorism, there is definitely a large Muslim population in the area, some of whom aren't, ah, acclimated to our culture. The way LCPS is jumping through their asses to bury this story is a dead giveaway (to me at least) that the perpetrator is a minority of some flavor, and I'd be surprised if he wasn't an immigrant / refugee
