But that's exactly what is happening with these Haitians in Del Rio. They did not come here from Haiti. They've been living in Chile and Brazil since they were granted asylum there after the last big Haiti earthquake. They ditched their Chilean and Brazilian ID cards as soon as they got over the U.S. border, so that they could later lie to a U.S. immigration judge and claim that they're "fleeing vicious gangs in Haiti" and so qualify as a refugee and get all the generous U.S. welfare benefits that come along with that status.

From some of the speculation I've read, these guys *were* refugees. Emphasis on the past tense. They landed in Latin America - mostly Chile and Brazil - after the big earthquake. Their refugee status was about to be canceled and they were about to be repatriated (it's been ten years, after all, and Haiti has stabilized insofar as that work has any meaning with regard to Haiti). Rather than go back to Haiti, they decided to flee El Norte and reap the benefits of our welfare state.
In no way do they count as refugees anymore, and they would be in violation anyway because they had already been granted status in another country. You don't get to claim refugee status in one place and then trade up to a better deal later with the *same* refugee claim.

One of our two local hospitals told the media they had to ration care because of the coof admits. The other hospital said "wait, whut?" Because it's bullshit.
I had a kidney stone removed at the first hospital not three weeks ago, and no rationing that I saw. Same for folks in the ER--so far no rationing.
So, somebody is lying, and it isn't the doctors or nurses, it's the admin, who are raking in the big bucks from coof treatment, from giving vax, and probably a kickback or two from the vax manufacturers.
Follow the money.

If they are being monitored in any meaningful way it is to make sure they get all theur rights and freebies they are eligible for as refugees. The only people that would might go go to court would be anybody not fully cooperating this and/or demanding proper documents and ID from them.
