Wuhan Chimera Cafe

Tiny bullied runt lamb gets adopted and then gets feisty.

Baby gosling imprints on a terrier.

This is kinda crazy: saving a leopard that fell into a well, while also being mindful that it is a leopard and just might attack his rescuers.

Magic with some type of weasel.

Swans necking.

Tree frog says "This is not what I ordered."

Negotiation.

Infiltration.

Inhalation.

Emulation.

Inman: Gymnastics fail.

Street gymnastics fail.

The only thing better than women's sports are women's footchases.

Bad policing.

Bad towing.

Not crazy... but need to marinate em a bit longer.

1/3 Red Wine, 2/3rds teriyaki sauce... bit of seasoned salt... bit of Onion Salt... bit of meat tenderizer. Marinate for between 30 and 45 minutes (too short a bit tough, too long? meat gets weird).

Cook slow, then sear at the end... cook to 140 internal temp.

GOOOOOOOD eatin.

Lula, the prior president who was jailed, had his conviction vacated by the Brazilian supreme court and now is running for the socialist party in the upcoming party. Since there is huge issues with the Socialist party and corruption (operation car was was a huge kickback schem) a lot of people are pissed.
They are also pissed about covid, and crime, the economy and the Supreme Court issuing on its own stick issuing arrest warrants and closing down websites and papers that are critical of the Supreme court justices and Lula.

I'm not sure exactly what the 4th meat is, but I think it's a joke and the soi is the 4th "meat." He also goes into exactly what parts of the cow, pig and chicken go into that slurry. It's no worse than a cheap hot dog, but still pretty gross.

They used to call it "pink slime." Come to think of it, that was one of the first cases I can think of where Big Tech quashed a story completely. I can certainly suss out their motives.

Well I'm a full-on fucking retard. And when I grew up there was no one like me that was in a position of importance or leadership. And seeing Joe Biden as President lets me know that even a full-on-fucking retardate can achieve great heights in America if you just allow others to use you as a front man.

I hope someday that I, too, can be a full-on-retard being used by powerful people as a front man.

333 I've mentioned this before, I'm not a complicated guy, most times I just want to make say, a peanut butter sandwich.

What they call "sandwich bread" became so flimsy, I was pissed off when the slice would get destroyed just trying to spread room temperature butter on it. Forget actual peanut butter. The final straw was when a slice actually broke in half under its own weight, It isn't like I'm demanding free range conflict free gluten free organic pesticide free no GMO artisan hand crafted yuppie fav French Bread here, I just want to make a goddamn sandwich.

You can buy Safale dry baker's yeast in 1 or 2 pound packages. Seal up carefully the balance and Freeze it. Lasts perfectly fine for years and yearrs. "They" say it won't, but it works fine for me.

Purchase actual Bread Flour, aka "strong" flour, with a high protein content. This is much superior than All Purpose for making bread. Can make a fantastic loaf with AP, but it won't be what it should be. Gold Medal, Pillsbury, King Arthur, doesn't matter. I use bread flour for cookies, too. AP is more suited for cakes, although even for that they make special cake flour. I suspect that's what sandwich bread is.

379 bd, it's because of the diet I mentioned. Even had the bakery manager at a Krogers tell me, the sourdough and potato bread, the other option, are hot right now "because of that stomach diet so many people are on."

Talked to a woman in the bread aisle in another store, as we both gazed at the empty spot where the sourdough should be, and it turned out we were both Low-FODMAP people.

It really does work. Been a godsend to me, actually.

419 One thing our local apparently doesn't carry is Rye flour.

If you're gonna make a Reuben, ya gotta have thick cut dark Rye. I'd be scared to pencil out what a genuine Reuben costs to make at home now. But they are SO Frigging good.

Start with stale bread, or dry it in a warm oven thoroughly before grilling with lots of butter. Wrap the corned beef in foil with a few drops of water and bake in the oven for several minutes so it's good and hot and steamed. Weight down the sammich on the first pass.

Another troublesome issue is finding good nuclear-hot Horseradish
