Chicago Judge Strips Mom of Visitation Rights for Son Because She Isn't Vaccinated;
Reverses Decision Due to Public Outrage
I have a few words for the government/Ruling Class.
These words were delivered by Fletcher Christian to Captain Bligh in the 80's version of Mutiny on the Bounty (called simply The Bounty), to warn Bligh that the crew would mutiny over his latest orders: "I don't think the men will have it." Bligh ignored that warning. He was set adrift in the ocean to die. (He didn't die, thanks to his strong navigational skills.) To the story:A Chicago mother says a Cook County judge has taken away her parental rights after learning that she is not vaccinated against COVID-19. In what all parties agree is a very unusual and perhaps unprecedented step, a judge at Chicago's Daley Center has stripped Rebecca Firlit of custody because she refuses to get a vaccination shot. "I miss my son more than anything. It's been very difficult. I haven't seen him since August 10th," Firlit told FOX 32 News in an exclusive interview.The child is young enough to have essentially no risk from covid.
That's the day Firlit appeared in court via Zoom along with her ex-husband for a child support hearing involving their 11-year-old son. The two have been divorced for seven years and share custody and parenting time.
You may be suspecting that the former husband vindictively asked the judge to terminate visitation. Nope! The father had nothing to do with this. This "judge" decided to strip a woman of her right to see her own child on his own.
She says out of the blue, Cook County Judge James Shapiro asked her whether she had been vaccinated. Firlit told Shapiro she had not because she has had bad reactions to vaccines in the past. Shapiro then ordered that Firlit be stripped of all parenting time with her son until she gets vaccinated.
"It had nothing to do with what we were talking about. He was placing his views on me. And taking my son away from me," Firlit said. Annette Fernholz, Firlit's attorney, says the judge has overstepped his authority. "In this case you have a judge, without any matter before him regarding the parenting time with the child deciding ‘Oh, you’re not vaccinated. You don't get to see your child until you are vaccinated.' That kind of exceeds his jurisdiction," Fernholz said.
"You have to understand the father did not even bring this issue before the court. So it’s the judge on his own and making this decision that you can’t see your child until you're vaccinated," Fernholz added.
Though the attorney then said they "supported" the decision.

The attorney representing the father, Jeffrey Leving, says they were also surprised by the judge's decision, but they support the ruling saying that given the pandemic, the child should be protected from an unvaccinated mother.
Only due to backlash and the threat of an appeal -- which would, hopefully, result in an excoriation of this little tyrant -- has the judge vacated the parts of his order demanding that a child be SEPARATED from his mother.
"Judge Shapiro just issued an order vacating portions of his prior order of August 11th so Rebecca Firlit can see her son again," attorney Annette Fernholz told FOX 32 Chicago.I don't think the men will have it. There are rumblings.

Oh that's right, because those things are not true. Those things are *never* true. The law isn't sacrosanct (many are above it), the laws don't make sense and are unjust (far too many laws exist, they contradict each other, are insensible and more), there are no honest judges, most judges are activists, the rules are *never* followed by the state or her prosecutors.

Schools and media need to be made irrelevant. But they know their 'product' is considered shit and fight hard to put up hurdles to any competition. e.g. getting amazon to drop Parler. The article I read on this yesterday said that the woman had previously discussed the vax with her doctor and because she'd had issues with vaccines in the past, her doctor advised her not to get it.
The article didn't say if the judge asked the woman if she'd had the virus before telling her to get the vax. And then of course there is the matter of Antibody Dependent Enhancement, which could make people who get the vaccines even more susceptible to future variants. But hey, why should this lady get to choose for herself whether or not she wants to expose herself to a lot of very serious health risks when she can have this officious, ignorant judge do it for her?

I'm telling you, the desperation is so thick you can cut it with a knife. The lies aren't plausible. All they can do is posture through letters and press releases, but they can't really do anything because its been in the published literature for decades as a safe an effective drug. The tolerated doses are rock solid. It has some antiviral properties which aren't clear, but seems to stop effective replication. So you need it early. In late stages it is probably not going to be as effective bc viral load and inflammation response already off charts. Some of the early trials were on patients already in ICU on ventilators. Best effect is on early symptoms.

I've had Covid, so my two rounds of Moderna (and the day of illness that followed each) were largely to placate the spouse.
I don't really feel any need to find out what the dog's heartworm chews taste like.

No, but medications and drugs that are given to animals are not manufactured to the same standard and or can have things added to them that are really not meant to be consumed or safe if used on humans.
You used to be able to get human grade injectable b12 without a Dr.s prescription, you now need a prescription, most Dr's will not write you a script and if you go the wellness route, they cost 30 bucks an injection, where before you could get a 30ml bottle that cost 20 bucks.
Animal grade B12 typically comes with an added dye that causes irritation and yellow discoloring at the injection site.

Just like FDA noticed just this past May that NAC is being sold OTC when it was approved as a drug in 1965. For 65 years people have been supplementing with it but now all of a sudden it's in the FDA's sights for banning.

Yeah, well, I've been using vet grade b12 complex for about a decade, but this idea that you can just cavalierly and wantonly take medications not intended for human consumption is a very large stretch and quite frankly, dangerous.

Beyond that, though, I think there is a serious psychological problem in the technocrats that drives a lot of this behavior.

My wife has a friend that has cancer. She went through the treatments and radiation and such, but worked for a vet, so started Ivermectin. The cancer was low due to the other treatments, but when the doctor tested her after she'd been on the Ivermectin doses for a while, her numbers dropped DRAMATCIALLY. He was stunned. She mentioned she started it and the Dr. got PISSED. He ripped her for using it.
She found a different doctor after that.

As I understand it, you may not need to have it in writing. Faith based exemptions are typically accepted without any documentation; check you states rules on vaccine exemptions. Some states have both faith and philosophical objections.

Expiration dates of pharmaceuticals are based on losing more that 2% of the labeled strength by a certain date.
Keep the Ivermectin solution cool (in a refrigerator) and dark (turn that light off!) and it will be fine for a least a year or two from now. If you lose 5-6% potency, you still have an effective product. But requirements of FDA mean you have to put an expiration date based on >2% loss in potency.

I'm telling you, the desperation is so thick you can cut it with a knife. The lies aren't plausible. All they can do is posture through letters and press releases, but they can't really do anything because its been in the published literature for decades as a safe an effective drug. The tolerated doses are rock solid. It has some antiviral properties which aren't clear, but seems to stop effective replication. So you need it early. In late stages it is probably not going to be as effective bc viral load and inflammation response already off charts. Some of the early trials were on patients already in ICU on ventilators. Best effect is on early symptoms.
