I'm trying a new thing with my diet where I pull back about 250 calories a day during the week and then raise the limit by 300/day on the weekends. During the week I don't worry too much if I go over by 100 or so and on the weekends, I'm just less hungry overall from the weekly routine and I don't feel like pushing the higher limit. Seems to be working pretty well. I think that when I hit a plateau, it helps to switch it up, keep my system from knowing what to expect. It thinks it's got my measure, and then I get inside its OODA loop, put it on the back foot, reacting to my actions instead of the other way around. Gives me control; now I'm dictating the terms of the engagement and my body can't react fast enough to get the upper hand. It had the whole engagement planned out and then its plan immediately went to shit and I'm running up one side and down the other.
I just punched myself square in the yambag on general principle.

I only saw the Rocky Horror Picture Show once at a midnight show many, many moons ago. Then this live production popped up. I live in a small city (Thank God, I do every day), so when something happens you have to go. It is a rule. Cast in iron. Wrapped in stone. It will be a hoot. Mostly likely full of people from My Generation, may the force be in those walkers. Plus there are 2 great pubs on the same block. That is like getting the Full Monty so to speak. I live rich in small ways. I am blessed.

Fortunately, there's a much simpler method built into Windows (and other software). It's a bit more complicated than typing in a European language, but it uses a standard QWERTY keyboard. And the method works for any written language out there.
It's kind of neat and clever, actually. For written languages such as Chinese or Japanese that use characters to represent words or syllables, you start typing the English spelling of how the symbol is pronounced. Your software will automatically provide a list of best guesses based on what you've typed, and you then select the character that you want.

However, in talking with some folks a bit older than me and after telling them I haven't taken the shot, I do restrain myself. I just say my immune system treated me well, over a year and a half ago when I caught it and had mild symptoms for 3 days until it was gone, before Wuhan flu became a political operation. If they still whine, I just say I leave it up to God and my immune system, and sleep well at night. That has worked to shut them up so far.

I worked there. I've literally seen it maybe 70+ times. I used to have to search the college kids coming in. For example, throwing rice or toast or toilet paper rolls is all ok. Throwing eggs is not. Squirt guns were taken away, as they tended to cause fights. I once had someone throw a bullet at me. I still don't understand that little maneuver.
They were allowed to stand in front below the screen and act the movie out in real time. This resulted in people who called themselves "the Cast" as if they were really in the movie. Of course, their so called "virgin sacrifice" resulted in a lawsuit that was at least threatened, if not filed. Imagine the weirdest 20% of the theatre department planned a party.

A chick that was librarian at UT-Knoxville that used to smoke pot with us used to tell us about how awesome it was, that people watching the movie would stand up and sing parts of the movie and dress up like the characters
It just didn't seem that appealing to me, I was rarely off work on weekend nights anyway in those days, and I never have particularly cared for hanging out around artsy-type people.
I think I might watch Team America: World Police if they did something like that for it.

Overworked it. Built a steel cargo divider to go into a Ford Transit passenger van, to divide where the 5th row used to be, and making it possible to stack luggage to the ceiling. 1/2" square steel tubing and some 3/4"x1/8th flat steel bits. All mig-welded, all welds ground smooth. I think it's the grinder work that did the shoulder in. But hey, the cage looks good, anyway.

If it's inflammation we both found Meloxicam helps. J was just raised from 15 mgs to that 2X a day. Seems to help.

For me, the problem is in defending norms. Too easy to get into the habit of running a Prevent Defense for 4 quarters, losing the season by field goals one at a time.
The other team has a vision to evolve into something greater, we have to have one too. Something to compete with that, something more than standing in place and conserving horse drawn carriages.

And also they shoulda had some reloading video. You know where you have to push the clip down far enough to engage and release the bolt hold back but not so far you can't get your thumb out of the way of the bolt. It's easily done but it takes practice and until you get consistent you'll come up with some bolt on thumb slams. *yeoutch*

Note as soon as they rubbed up against the West they realized immediately the advantages in having a shorter easier to learn and use alphabet.
They didn't redo the whole thing but quite a bit. One reason why English is so popular world wide. It's not only because of the economic and political position of the US and England. It is a fairly easy language to learn, simple rules, and much of it is borrowed from other languages with roots in Latin. Sure there's some real humdingers of odd speech but for the most part they are a necessary part of using the language in every day verbal exchange.

I hopped in without gloves because I was more stupid than tough. And came out a week later winching like a bitch every time I tried to touch something.

But from the side works also, though much greater chance of getting the thumb caught if you are clumsy (but it's easy to swivel up the thumb in this position). The "safe" variation of this is the side approach, with the blade of the hand holding back the op-rod via the little curved handle.
Key is to remember bolt does not disengage until downward pressure on the clip/follower *stops*. So the whole thing is inherently safer than it "looks".
