What would be useful is the change in the ratio of tested positive/total tests during the same period. If the tests produce reliable false positives then you can always get more positives from increased testing. There will be a direct LINEAR RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE TWO he shouts. You have a predictable control system giving you whatever answer you wish by controlling people's desire to be tested.
Normalize the data by the total number of tests during each interval and you get a better comparison.

I haven't looked into it, but i have wondered how the hell they could flood a tunnel. If it is in a mountain, it is sloped. If it is near the coast, the entrance has to be much higher than highest high tide with storm surge.
So a river valley? Engineers generally avoid tunnels in flood plains, and no good reason for tunnel on inland river (no tall ships). What the hell are they doing?

A friend was sick and waited a couple days before going in to get checked. He tested positive for the 2003 SARS version of this shit. They transported him to the hospital via ambulance where he was put in the isolation unit for 24 hours.
No one EVER asked him anything about money. He told them in the beginning he had no insurance. They didn't care. They get paid by the government. They just treat. He never got a visit in the ER or at the hospital in his room by the finance managers.

I think that in the case of a lot of health workers, they're too close. They can't see the forest for the trees. And I get it. You have a 23 year old kid come in, perfectly healthy otherwise, and dies horribly from respiratory failure. My buddy works ICU, and he sees it all. But the covid has him scared shitless. Of course, he's worried about his family, and I'm all out of those.
But I will start siting specs when people calm down - I get worried when I hear these young guys getting anxious to jab their kids. And they *will* if the FDA passes this stuff.

I think its medical malpractice on a high level that people who get tested and confirmed to have covid don't get HCQ or ivermectin and told to self monitor and get to a hospital if that aint working instead of just being told "rest and fluids, come in if you turn blue" Not all the deaths and serious long term impairment of lung function are elderly, or very obese people.
Also if the government gave a damn about minorities they would hand out vitamin D to "POC" who cannot make as much normally with some sunlight exposure and have PSAs about getting more vitamin D, getting your vitamin D levels tested and so on. That would improve minority health generally unless they grossly overdid the vit. D dosages.

I have a bunch of cheap reebok workout t-shirts I got from sams. I just wanted something light and cheap and picked up a mess of them. They have little pocket things on the left side for putting in an iPod or some small digital music player that no one owns anymore.
The pockets open to the front. I don't know how many times I've walked quick by a closed door, caught the pocket on the knob, and done a 90deg turn face-first into a wall. A dozen times probably.
