name Le Pétomane, was a French flatulist and entertainer. He was famous for his remarkable control of the abdominal muscles, which enabled him to seemingly fart at will. His stage name combines the French verb péter, "to fart" with the -mane, "-maniac" suffix, which translates to "fartomaniac". The profession is referred to as "flatulist", "farteur", or "fartiste".

Yes, the Naked Man Game definitely would have put even more white hairs on my head. I went through something similar when my son James was about 7 or 8. He has autism and very poor work skills. He also liked to walk around naked a lot - this is pretty typical of autistic kids.
One day he came up to me with a green felt pen, bent over, pointed it at his naked butt and said "F*** James". Well, 10 years fell off my lifespan right there. I had to keep my cool, though, and tried getting more information from him, but with his limited ability to communicate, he just kept saying the same thing. My mind was whirling. OMG, I thought, someone has sodomized this kid, and he LIKES it! What the hell do I do??? A little while later he came over with the same suggestion, but somehow I got him to show me a picture of what he wanted, and it turned out he was saying "FROG James" - he wanted me to colour him green with the felt pen so he could pretend to be a frog! If anyone wants some nightmares, go to Kobayashi's Basilisk on Twitter; I don't know who he is, but earlier this week he put up a string of videos of the rioting in South Africa. A couple of them are genuinely funny--like, of the Steve Inman variety--but most of them are disturbing as hell. Open street violence, vigilante beat-downs, looters shooting and being shot at in broad daylight, etc.
What's especially interesting is, both sides now appear organized enough that they might be able to effectively resist attempts of law enforcement, and maybe even the military, to suppress them. And as this fellow says, "Welcome to America in 5-10 years." Posted by: Dr. T at July 16, 2021 09:23 PM (Vgw1E) 79

------------- It is possible to buy surplus tanks. Getting them with working weapons is another matter, but you can get the tank itself. Several years ago, Schwarzenneger was drumming up support for some charity (I don't remember which one) by offering those who donated a chance to be entered into a raffle to win the opportunity to drive over stuff in an M-47 Patton that he owns. Part of the reason why he owns it is because it's the same tank that he trained on when he was in the Austrian Army as a young man. Posted by: junior at July 16, 2021 09:24 PM (PTw5h) 84

LA County Sheriffs Dept will NOT enforce new indoor mask mandate https://tinyurl.com/yvu4mvjn ------------ Villanueva's in hot water politically, and the County Supervisors don't like him. Early last year, it looked like he was on the way out. So I'm guessing that he's doing things that the County Supervisors don't like (because they already hate him) but that the voters do like (since his job is an elected position) since all he really needs is electoral support to hold onto his job. Either way, it works for me. Posted by: junior at July 16, 2021 09:29 PM (PTw5h) 103

Willowed from the last post:
On the dog that pulled off the Jimmy Snooka flying takedown has to be a Korean Jindo. No shit, those come with built-in Taekwondo moves. I watched as my own was attacked by a beagle at the dog park, but before we and the beagle owner managed to separate them, she had slid onto her back so that she was beneath the beagle, kicked up into his belly with her hind legs, sent the beagle AIRBORNE, and then jumped on him in the brief half-second he was in the air. My senior moment: a few years ago I headed off to the polling station to vote in a federal election. When I got there, I was puzzled to see that the place was locked up tight, no signs, nothing. I explained it to myself that these were precautions being taken to thwart terrorist attacks, even though there was no history of terrorists ever attacking polling stations in Canada. I was convinced that the polling station must have been moved because of security concerns. I went home again, checked my voting card, and realized that the election wasn't until the following week. Instead of going for the simplest explanation - I'd mixed up the date - I concocted an entire Hollywood-style plot about terror attacks to explain why the usual signs of an election weren't visible.

A research Dr. in Canada says that what those who got the "shot" are experiencing "micro clotting". These experimental drugs cause cells to produce the spike protein causing the immune system to go into overdrive producing anti bodies. But there are also other reactions that are a part of the immune system reaction.
Our platelets whizz thru our capillaries looking for foreign objects or damage to the cell walls. The spike protein causes them to react as if there is damage so they form a micro clot. We've heard about the larger clots but the micro clots may be more dangerous as they will take time to do their damage. (as we've seen the bad side effects take time to show up for most people). This should've been discovered if they had done the testing they were supposed to do. Posted by: jakee308 at July 16, 2021 09:49 PM (wb4G5) 189

Years ago, I would just finish the sentence for her, because I knew the word she wanted. But that would piss her off. For years, I slept encased in the sheets and blanket like a mummy, head under covers, hands across chest. But I developed this sleep paralysis thing where I would routinely wake (or think I was awake) but be unable to move at all or get out from under the blanket. It was really unpleasant; it seemed like ai could barely breath and was straining to move my arms with all my might. Once I stopped sleeping that way, the paralysis stopped too. Now I toss and turn all night long.

Doc has been our pediatrician for 22 years -- older son of Doof was his very first patient in 1999. He's always been great. Until today. From the moment he entered the exam room, he went MAJOR push for my son to get the Covid vax. Rambled for 5 mins without me being able to say a word. Finally I said that he can make his own decision in 3 months when he turns 18, but for now he is not getting the vax. Told him I got the vax but wish I hadn't -- I felt bullied into it. He was obviously annoyed. Said getting the vax is a "civic duty". I tried to have a respectful conversation with him but he just couldn't seem to do it. Sleeping has changed for me over the years. Until I was in my early 30's, I slept on my belly, never on my back or side, with my head either left or right. Then I couldn't sleep that way anymore (reflux issues), so it was right side, left side, or back with head elevated. Then I got sick enough that I was hooked up to a machine every night for several years, so I slept on my right and my back because the tube attaching me to my life-saving machine was on my left side and wouldn't allow sleeping on my left side. Now it's left, right, back, with head raised. Ain't life wonderful?

Israel's new Prime Minister is now admitting that Pfizer is not so effective against the Delta variant (this will be the party line, that it's the delta variant until they can longer maintain it). And it can be. Again, this spike-only strategy was stupid. All the virus has to do is mutate the spike a little bit and evade. Whole virus immunity, which you get naturally, is far harder to evade. We've become a nation of hysterics. The entire thing is based on the covid being almost as deadly as Ebola.
That's just not true and it's plain to see yet we still are running around like our lives are threatened. And if the "vaccine" actually works, then no one who's had it should worry about anyone who hasn't. Yet that's not the case and there's reason for that. And it is that the vaccine (actually a lot of the flue vaccines) does not make one immune to EVERY virus of the type. Thus now they're talking about Delta mutation and then Epsilon. As if that's never happened before. Viruses mutant very fast. This is all being used as a means of manipulation and control. And they are succeeding at it. I believe the sleeper in all of this will be the coming infertility and miscarriages. This is what happened with the company funded by the Gates Foundation that was vaccinating people in Africa.
A lot of African leaders started yelling about how young women were showing up infertile after getting the vaccine and the believed it was done on purpose. They've been using this mRNA stuff in Africa for other viruses. The covid is unique due to the trigger protein (the spike) that they use. Most all flu and cold type viruses have this spike. I'm guessing they were hoping for a cold vaccine. But not like when they went after small pox and polio. Those were done to get rid of the virus. These guys want the virus to live they just want to lower the symptoms so they can keep selling the vaccine. They're not interested in a cure. Something else I just stumbled upon -- I had seen reference to this before, but didn't look too much. During the (joke) clinical trials for these mRNA vaccines, they *excluded* the data for a 14-day period after the first and second jabs. Why? Well if you include those two-week windows, the efficacy goes way down. So throw them out and make your numbers look very good. But here's the rub, if you look at only those two week windows, the vaccine efficacy becomes *negative*. In the two week period following each jab, you get more Covid infections! And that's exactly what you're seeing in the Bhutan data. Posted by: publius, Rascally Rapscallion (Mzdiz) at July 17, 2021 01:36 AM (Mzdiz) 539
WTF, you're saying? Negative efficacy right after the jabs. Well, it's been a well-known principle that, unless you have very hard data to the contrary, that you *never vaccinate against a disease during active infection of that disease*. Why, you can make things much worse. And that's exactly what's going on here. We have stupidly been vaccinated in the middle of active transmission and infection of this stupid virus. This is insane. This is stupid. Posted by: publius, Rascally Rapscallion (Mzdiz) at July 17, 2021 01:40 AM (Mzdiz) 540

Look at the data for Cyprus. They currently have the highest Covid cases per capita of anywhere on Earth. If you look at the graphs, the third wave is now higher than even the second. They have fully vaccinated 51% of the population when that third wave began. But the shithole countries that have low vaccination rates don't have much of a third wave problem at all. How did this country "elect" Joe Biden? Is the populace in general dumber than my friends? (Well that's a pretty safe bet.) WTeverlovingF, everyone knows the election was stolen, but our tech overlords and the MSM deem that not a topic for discussion. I have yet to hear any, fucking ANY explanation as to why the counting was stopped simultaneously in 5 states where Trump was leading, then resumed to see Biden "win" the states. Yep, look at *all* the tables in most of the vaccine efficacy studies. You'll see they only include 14 days after 1st dose, and 7 days after second dose. Anything happening in that missing time is excluded. They claim, well it takes 14 days for it take effect (and 7 for the second dose to take effect). Well, okay, but how do you explain it making it worse in that first 14 day period? They hand wave that away by mumbling something about, well, they were probably more likely to be infected anyway, or some such shit.
