Insurrectionist Cafe: Diva Dog Edition

This mama bear does not like a car -- which probably looks like a large predator to her -- slowing down to look at her smallest cub.

This guy takes the advice of various black comedians of the 80s.

And old one but still good:

13 Twitter will be amazing to watch -from afar- when they implement their pay idea, and the "We want free" vs "We will pay cause we make money" turn on each other in a blood bath of screaming wankers who can "afford" to pay vs the people now sick of low rent slackers what want for nothing (missing the Socialism irony in their beliefs in the process).

May they both lose, and the casualties be high.

27 My grandparents (and this was one of the many things I loved about my Grandparent's house- which I have mentioned before) had an aerial on top of a tower (looked kind of like a radio tower.) Maybe 2-3 times the height of the house (maybe 50 feet up? I dunno.) It had a wheel that could be turned to point the aerial where you wanted it to be.

I often wonder about pappaw being outside with the windows open yelling in to Mammaw in the living room 'Mary! Is the picture clear now?!'

I slammed into a door at a pretty good speed once. It was one of those doors that swing open automatically, stay open for several seconds, then close on their own.

Someone ahead of me opened it. I observed this and then stopped paying attention while walking toward the open door. I didn't see it closing. I slammed into the edge with my collarbone and chest. I thought I broke my collarbone.

64 Those face smashers are hilarious. A place I worked at had a security gate with a guard. You waved your badge at the guard and you walked through. When there was no guard, like on the weekends they set up a video camera to one remote guard and you waved or badge on camera and they released a mag lock and the door opened and you walked through.

Well, they decided to change the system to badges with chips and the gate was now a turnstile. On the first day the settings were wonky and sometimes the steel bars of the gate would suddenly stop halfway through. A saw a coworker that day and he had a big forehead bruise from it and the next day they had foam pads wrapped around the bars.

70 Rabbi, Catholic priest and Baptist preacher are out fishing in a boat. Priest says, "Oh, drat. I left my tackle box in the car." He hops out of the boat, walks across the water, and comes back with his gear. Rabbi says "Oy, I forgot my sunscreen!" Jumps out of the boat, walks across the water, comes back with the sunscreen.

Preacher has been watching this open-mouthed. He can't let the competition show him up, so he says "Rats, I forgot my phone." Jumps out of the boat, sinks instantly.

Rabbi looks at the priest. "Maybe we should have told him where the rocks were."

Oh, and a wall. It had wallpaper on it, so that helped.

This all may explain a few things about me for those who have ever wondered. It may also raise more questions than it answers.

123 The crashing into glass video just reminded me of a near disaster back in the day.

Back when I was in high school, a few of us got together for a night of poker and swimming at a friends house. The poker ended late, many beers were consumed, and teenagers being teenagers things got a little rowdy.

How the chase through the house started is unclear but the upshot was that one poor kid thought the sliding glass doors to the pool were open...and they weren't.

Blood everywhere, hundreds of stiches - top to bottom. I'm surprised the kids parents didn't sue the family who owned the house.

139 It's not really even always the dogs themselves that bother me.

I like dogs.

It's just sorta the mental pathology of it all. Does your dog really enjoy sitting underneath the table at a strange venue with a d.j. or a band cranking out tunes more so than it might enjoy running around it's own yard at the house chasing squirrels with it's canine siblings?

I don't know. I think taking your dog everywhere compulsively is a bit like having pink hair. A lot of people just want attention.

I mean take your dog to the lake or the park or for a ride to get a biscuit, that's fine. But grocery shopping? Or Friday night to the bar? Just leave Fido at home and enjoy other humans for a while.

If all goes well, you can pick up your NFA item in a year or two.

Perhaps Mayor Groot will take time out of ranting at her minions to issue another strongly worded condemnation of white people in other states, who are clearly to blame for this and all other things that happen on her watch.

But, yes, good advice all around: the shitties are destroying themselves and anyone not already out or actively working on it is consciously turning away from their own best interest. The purpose of history is that those who come later should not make the same mistakes.

If the leak was on purpose, it's probably because they overestimated what they had. If by accident, then they had something, but not what they were looking for yet. Consistent with this speculation, they hoped it was as bad as they thought it might be. But used a generous helping of lock-down just to control the factors.
I suspect that Pharma may have been in Trump's ear telling him it would be historical if a vaccine was released by the end of the year, and Trump thought that sounded good.

And the "vaccine" is the result.

I'm not afraid to take the vaccine, but in general, I don't take any medicine or foreign substance that I don't need. The only reason I take probiotics is that bacteria is natural to the digestive tract and all my reading suggests it provides ample benefits to have the right bacteria there.

There are supposedly articles in Chinese of Xi speeches when the pandemic started in which he talks vaguely about these events that are happening, and how China will be better and stronger after they are over. They are very vague, which I hear is hard to do in Chinese. Note... China just has raised their child policy from 1 to 3, while Americans are hacking off their children's genitals.

358 Lemme tell you a story about inflation. There are these steel panels I bought about 5 years ago from Home Depot. They were $15. I needed some more today and went to Home Sept to get some. Exact same to big, same size, etc. price today $33.

But the gift laughably says inflation is running at 3 or 4% a year.

I wouldn't put too much into that. I read that the Dems found out that their reforms weren't too popular, so it might be the case that they were just begging the Pubs to get them out of this.

Stacy Abrams even came out and said "Nobody ever said" (common Dem denial opening) "that having to prove that you are who you say you are was wrong".

Basic training, assembly line shots. Bad.

Taking my Patriot battery to SWA in late August '90, assembly line shots.
