you know, the Biden being bitter, old, snappish, weirdo Biden towards a supplicating reporter thing...we need to point out it's not just "what if trump did it" because when trump snapped it's not after an innocent answer but after rude behavior (like fucknuts grabbing the mic from the intern) or bizarre hateful questions (like the conquistador who asked who can trust him because of "all his lies").
This was a straightforward question, much like when he challenged a union guy to a fist fight after being asked about the second amendment. Posted by: Tim Riggins at June 16, 2021 06:46 PM (6xB7X) 41

The Weight is Over. And they are advised to close the account of any terrorist, ie. any person who doesn't parrot the communist party mandated speech. With this being one of the banking industry's myriad secret orders. so - good site to buy auto paint for touch up?
Posted by: vmom stabby stabby stabby stabamillion at June 16, 2021 07:02 PM (oEn12) What sort of touch up? I guess what I mean is seriousness of scratch/chips. The very best out there is a company called Dr Color Chip. But it's really not for large messes. At that point, it depends on the car brand. https://drcolorchip.com/ There's also a zillion videos on YT that cover how to repair what type of problem. I learned a lot. My car so far it's only been chips and road-rash. When I bought my car, the previous owner obviously never used the park assist, so they'd run the front into several parking curbs. I paid $500 for I think it was dent-doctor to come out, and he did the entire front of the car, and a few other spots which I thought was fine. A good paint kit is a chunk of that right there, and if you add in the Adam's or Griot's Garage random orbital buffer (or Harbor Freight you cheapskate) you're well on your way there + what your time is worth. I've never understood why malls weren't scaled to the community more often. It's one thing to open up a place with 700 spots in LA, but just stupid to do the same thing in Barstow.
Posted by: qdpsteve at June 16, 2021 07:19 PM (L2ZTs) A couple of reasons. First, if you spending the money on the land and construction, it makes more sense to build larger so that you have room for expansion. Second, I would imagine that most malls are built with the goal of attracting shoppers from more than the local community. Certain some of the big malls, such as the one near Barstow, seem to be geared towards that: they are destinations rather than simply somewhere locals run to for a quick birthday gift. I believe the Texas Constitutional Carry Law will have no effect on the current Carry Law, meaning one must have a Carry License to carry concealed. The Concealed Carry was changed a few years ago to allow Open Carry, to cover unintentional 'brandishment' of a concealed firearm. For instance I'm reaching some Aunt Jemima Grits off the top shelf for some buggy-riding Granny and some Karen sees my pistol.

There would be enormous bank runs, at least until the fed and states closed all banking. And then lending would cease as banks would have little guidance and cash capital to do so, so the Feds would take over - and cash would be flooded into the economy to no avail - and then anything of value, a bar of gold, a silver coin, a house, even a chair, would soar in value....stealing and killing and violent crime just to survive and eat would rule the land. If you collapse retail banking, and that is exactly what would happen if banks begin to arbitrarily close off banking services to tens of millions upon millions of individuals and small business owners, then a dystopian nightmare will be unleashed. Most of that blame goes to Shrub Bush for opening the wind floodgates, and Rick Perry for surfing that wave, before most knew how wasteful the damn things are. Abbot's supporting them thus far, I think is more neglectful, lazy ignorance than green-focused devotion. Windmills need to be pounded into his mind though as just another issue to be "against" to ensure his re-election. Oh, and it's commonly said that they're not recyclable. Disagree. After using a single cab F250 with a fiberglass shell to sleep in, Mrs. E and I started using Ford Econolines for years camping. We had Yakima racks on top and hauled a minimum of 3 whitewater kayaks, 2 solo whitewater canoes, and a tandem canoe. We paddled rivers from Colorado to the East coast, and carried campstoves, Dutch ovens, coolers, tents and all various and sundry supplies. Like pioneers we wuz.

So one of my 30 year-old KEFs developed a rattle--needs some kind of repair. I bought a pair of B&W DM305's on Farcebook for $50, which seemed like a steal. They sure look small, so we'll see.
There's a bunch of 3rd party repair stuff for vintage speakers as long as they're classic - KEF's would probably fit that. I still have some B+W DM14's in storage, bought in 1980. I was a JBL guy until friends took me to some Grateful Dead roady's house, and he had KEF 104/5's and McIntosh gear (and R to R of every dead show ever at Winterland). That sort of changed my outlook (on speakers, not the Dead). The ex still has my Thiel's, right when I was about to get all my shit the lockdown started - and she being she wouldn't let anybody even breath in her direction. So, I bought some Focal Kanta No2's. to make up for it. YOLO! Actually, right as the lockdown started I'd been looking at 1028be's as they were on closeout and cheap - the dealer had some guy trade in some No2's for Sopra's, and gave me some mint for 50% off, just broken in. They're keepers. So is the BAT gear, French speakers and tubes... Posted by: clutch cargo - processed in a facility that may contain lead at June 16, 2021 08:14 PM (wAnMi) 318

They don't need 'em. I drive them for a living, and I know. A fully loaded Transit 350 with the 3.5 Twin Turbo Eco Boost engine produces just under 400 h.p., and about 475 ft/lbs of torque. Fully loaded (all 14 seats), and pulling a full-to the roof 12' cargo trailer, I can merge onto any freeway and accelerate into any suitable gap in traffic, without effort. 22mpg empty, driving solo, 16mpg average with all passenger loads across 136k miles. If you look at their state Covid deaths there's a big spike at the start and then a bit of a flatline before the increase starts again. The states that didn't take their "Kill grandma" approach have more of a steady slope in their Covid deaths. Its entirely possible that all those people were a couple months from passing anyways, or they would have caught a different cold or the flu and died from that instead. That being said, if someone is terminal and has 6 weeks to live, you don't get to shoot them in the face today. And that is what they did. Posted by: buzzion at June 16, 2021 08:54 PM (vMCab) 406
