Me, too. I especially like it on cars (dark greens). Too bad green is a "premium" color on cars now. When I was last car shopping several years ago, you couldn't get a Ford car in green - but you could get a Lincoln car in green...

He seems to be having a minor cultural resurgence but his works are too traditional, too "kitchy" (not my term). He's way better than Kincade tho. I think his shows are relaxing and escapist.

Yeah. Light blue and red. Almost all cars are gray, blue, red or black now. White cars aren't too common, either, but it isn't premium.

When I was car shopping the first vehicle presented was a sporty red. I didn't fit well in it and knew the color would hike insurance rates so it was rejected. The new BroTimMobile is the same shade of white half the cars on the road are these days. (I also fit well in it. Not quite as spacious as the truck was, but hey, no complaints!)

But it seems the market has so many of them, the values aren't that high, if you can find someone with an original willing to part with one.

I got my car 12 years ago when light blue just re-entered the scene. At the time there was also a sage green model available and I think escapes were being sold in lime green. But light blue was a sentimental favorite for me.

Perhaps, but I reckon its much less of a risk than the 75% of cars on the road that are the color of dusk represent. Automatic headlamps are perhaps the greatest new (in terms of people common) safety feature of the past 20 years. A whole lot of cars vanish to near invisibility at twilight.

This painting, with all those variations of green, is restful. The brighter areas of sky and moving water just emphasize the green effect. Damn nice way to begin the week.

Ummm, the vaccines came out at the very end of the Trump administration. Initial distribution was limited because supplies were limited. We're +6 months from initial release now and production has ramped up to where it is feasible to widely distribute it. More than infrastructure, time was likely the biggest factor (and the infrastructure and system was present - Trump put it into place).
CNN is counting on an absence of logic and skepticism. They, like everyone who depends on that absence, will not be disappointed.

This protest did not happen. It was overridden by two other events - one on the afternoon of the 5th, and then another the morning of the 6th on the Mall between the Washingotn monument and the White House. This is the one that President Trump spoke to.
There was planned direct action that occurred that day. There were definitely agent provocateurs from antifa, and also likely some from what is nominally the right but certainly not Oath Keepers, Proud Boys, or III Percenters.

I just started and the second episode where people build credits on the exercise bikes and try out for 'Top Star' seems like the perfect analogy for conservative pundits.
The passionate protagonists in the episode either wind up whoring themselves out or broadcast their mora outrage for financial gain and easy street.
This is very much the way of those brave, taking-head 'Patriots', they all sell out in the end.

Oh, that's a very good thing. I'm sure being around your friends helped a lot, and I'm sure B'Gal would most definitely approve. I would imagine that doing things that can make you happy would be the best tonic. It won't replace her, but happiness helps ease pain.

Well it's comforting garbage for many, the idea that a Trump restoration is right around the corner, supplemented by the stupidity that Trump is behind all the BS in order to expose corruption. It's the stuff of over the top political thrillers, right up there with Rosenstein and Barr being "white hats".
It's hard to believe that corruption and deceit have replaced the rule of law, but there it is.
And the lower level Trump appointments still remain essentially blacklisted with help from neither Trump nor the GOP.
