Not that it would surprise me. There won't be anything left of Canada by the time the reign of the House of Trudeau is over.

45 mornin yall. Here we go again with the expert's findings. I think this implies that cars don't pollute, people do.

"During COVID-19 lockdowns in 2020, air-quality sensors recorded drastic reductions in vehicle emissions, but at the same time, ozone pollution levels spiked to nearly double the normal levels in some urban areas.

The data proved that there's much more to our planet's air pollution problem than burning gasoline in our cars."

Our rain appears to be over and no more is forecast through Wednesday. The excavation and removal of thoroughly invasive weeds from one of our garden beds will resume this afternoon. We will remove a large number of the plants to be saved so that when the grandkids come over on Tuesday, gSon can dig to his heart's content.

68 That would probably make a pretty good book in and of itself, The Art of the Book Deal: 100 Stories of Politicians That Pre-Sold Their Way Into Prosperity

It wouldn't even really require much writing ability, maybe a couple of chapters of how the fraud works and how e-books have improved the efficiency of the fraud.

After that, just a few brief paragraphs about each particular grift you highlight in the book, along with numbers, dollar figures, etc.

77 They have lots of bookstores in DC. They are mostly lefty front groups. They are more like churches for those who do not believe, than they are companies trying to sell books.

the reality that everyone who has spent time here knows, is the worst thing you can do is buy property or more likely, rent some space, and try to make a go of it. If the land isn't being used for high rises, it is wasted money. I have seen major fast foot companies, fast casual places, and even banks go down. The only way to make more than what the landlord desires, is to turn it all into high rise apartments for those who already know the game and expect to pay absurd prices for some reason.

The only 'old school' driving range I'm aware of is Ft. Washington Driving Range in MD. It's across the Wilson Bridge, down Indian Head Hwy, take a right on Livingston Rd. I go to it occasionally. Also, Henson Creek Golf Course has a driving range. That's also in MD, east of National Harbor. A nice 9 hole golf course with a driving range. Burke Lake has a par 3, 18 hole golf course and traditional driving range too in NoVA. Or did. Haven't been to Burke Lake in a while.

I would be out of line to call you older or old school. I call myself old school because that is certainly the case. I have played all those places. I am not a hundred percent sure about Ft. Washington Driving range, but the rest for sure. MD land is cheaper it seems. Even the old ranges near Ft. Belvoir and the range in Woodbridge are long gone. There were also some others back in the day. In other major cities, like in Texas, there are plenty of them at least nearby.

thanks for the info. My understanding was their product was so outdated, that they simply decided to end it. They were the original Top Golf. THey had little linked with the chain locations and they simply ended it. If you say they moved, I accept that. What I heard years ago was they were not even linked with the other locations, they were stand alone. Anyway, I am glad they kept it going. But again, they left NOVA for MD. THat is kind of what my point is. NOVA is so expensive now, the only real use for commercial land is high rises. I think it sucks ass by the way.

145 During COVID-19 lockdowns in 2020, air-quality sensors recorded drastic reductions in vehicle emissions, but at the same time, ozone pollution levels spiked to nearly double the normal levels in some urban areas.

So I deployed one of those multi-sensor air quality monitors for the home. TVOC and PM2.5 shoot up just cooking food. Leaving windows closed in an efficient home will put CO2 levels into the four digit PPM.

Most offices bring in outside air so that CO2 levels stay around 500-700ppm. I'm pretty sure that most apartments and condos don't exchange air as much as office buildings, so regardless of what happens outdoors, it is being stuck in a home that isn't as well controlled make it unhealthier.

That is hard to say. While medicine is improving and techniques for preserving life are becoming more widespread, its countered by the destruction of wealth (the ability to pay for it) and bureaucracy.

What is more challenging and inevitable is the continued decline in genetics. While genetic entropy is real - simply stated, the accumulation of single nucleotide variants which means that a person's offspring has more genetic defects than the parent is making each generation comprehensively weaker.

Governments change, religion comes and goes, but eventually the world will revert to the norm of 99% building monuments for the 1% and life is short, miserable and cruel.

sounds like something out of Egypt. My concern with living forever or for a few hundred years, is I don't like what has become of society so much. Sure if we were all living on some Greek Island, drinking local wine, having good cheer, and breathing good air, I could see that. But I kind of want to see what is next. Is it worse than the garbage our society spits out constantly?

Why didn't he tell the world truth about Elizabeth Warren of the Hekawi tribe of Massachusetts?

Chief Wild Eagle explains how the tribe got its name: "Many moons ago, the tribe leave Massachusetts because Pilgrims ruin neighborhood! Tribe travel west, over stream, over river, over mountain, over mountain, over river, over stream! Then come big day... tribe fall over cliff.
That when Hekawi get name.
