Had a cat that tried to stalk a deer once. Family was all sitting out back of the house that was located 1 1/2 miles from town and had a deep wooded are around much of it and suddenly about 35 yards a deer came out of the woods into what one would call a back yard. The cat had been hanging by us and suddenly started slinking toward the deer, only to get about half way to it and discover the deer was growing as the cat got nearer. Cat sat there for what seemed like 5 minutes, in crouched position before discovering it wasn't impressing the deer into running off, and the cat slunk off to the side into the woods parallel while trying to save its ego.

No. He's just old. There is surgery they can perform to sew open one side of the larynx, but the downside is because it's permanently open they can aspirate food or water into their lungs when they eat or drink.

Our boy Titan (The Love Dog) had laryngeal paralysis. We did what we could to keep him cool and calm, knowing what might happen.

When Her Majesty was bringing him, Lacey and Silver down from Ohio to Texas (in July), outside Jackson, MS a rock hit the AC compressor and knocked it out. She got to a dealer as fast as she could, but in the repair waiting room Titan had a fit and choked to death.

Pretty sure that twitters model for revenue is dependent on registered users posting and reading content on the site. Hence, the near inability to view anything on twitter without registering. An embedded video would in fact use their bandwidth while giving them no revenue - other than hoping people who are registered clicking through and viewing there.

I get on Ace to not post links to dumps like NYT, Daily Mail etc., and rather use an archived version getting around both paywall and click-bait ad revenue. But, I understand if the page isn't archived (seems 80% of the time it is), it takes 30-60 seconds to create one.

My employer said that they wouldn't require anyone to get vaccinated as a condition of going in to the office. But I've been told a lot of things by a lot of people in the last year that are not true, so while I have no reason to distrust them, I am not in a trusting mood of late.

So, a few months ago I asked whether I'd be able to work remotely full-time, on account of I have never set foot in the office once since being hired in May, including the interview. And, granted that, I went the next step and asked if I could just go ahead and work remotely from out of state. Texas, say. Which in hindsight would turn out to be pretty handy, if I were to have an offer accepted last night, or something like that.

With you on that one, man. The facts of the actual case of the two lions already makes for a gripping story. Hollywood didn't have to do much to make the idea of two psycho man-eating lions a suspenseful creepfest. Having Michael Douglas and Val Kilmer to do the human acting was a bonus for me. The studio blew the ad campaign for the film, and the critics really weren't helpful at all.

Some printers have a manual feed slot. You might have to go looking for your model. But it typically offers a more straight-line path through the printer, rather than going though all sorts of bends. You might have to flip down a panel or guide bar to access it.

That's a good question re: feeding. I know a lot of printers will have a separate slot for feeding special paper in one at a time. Look around and see if that's an option.

Size-wize it's pretty small. When you print and it gives you a "size" option (you might have to look around and click some "additional settings" type button to see it) you should be able to choose 100% size or something similar.

If I had to guess it's 4x6 or so.

This I agree with. Kilmer was NOT the problem with that film. When the producer decided to be the star against the director's wishes, that film was doomed.
But it was also one more bomb in a string for Kilmer, his performance notwithstanding.

I don't blame Kilmer for the lack of box office on either film. The critics had their heads up their butts for TGATD, and I don't think the movie was sold well. For the Doctor Moreau remake, there are SO many things that went wrong with that movie to lay on Kilmer. He actually did his role right, both in fidelity to the original novel's characterization, and what was probably a slow mental breakdown that was captured on film. That atomic bomb of a film hurt the careers of everyone associated with it. Kilmer could play some good supporting roles these days, but he'll never make the "A" list again. Which is too bad, because I always thought he did his best with the roles he got.

They'd chew their way through a tractor trailer load of paper, and still go head-to-head against a division of T-72s in the Fulda Gap.

Thank you. The hospitals know, there are protocols that require assessment and tests etc. After the first 50 or 60 visits, the ER staff know.

If you could prove to me Kilmer was actually drunk while doing his drunk scenes, I would accept it. I'm not gonna come down on him for getting angry and giving the director attitude during the film shoot. The director went totally fanboy for Brando and let the aging Hutt of an actor rewrite/reimagine/make shit up about every scene he was in. If Kilmer didn't have a drinking problem before that film, he definitely had one afterwards.

The actual size is 4.25 X 3.5 inches. It's not a "bluish color" as has been shown. It's black and white. Some samples show some differences in colors for the "CDC" logo. This is false.

The "card stock" it's printed on is roughly a 65lb white, non glossy stock printed right to left... turn it like a page in a book, not over - under.

I stand by my measurements and descriptions based on the sample I have. My printed versions are indistinguishable from "originals." Note, there is a back to the real deal. Folded paper copies will not pass a smell test. You need card stock... white, not grey.

Most movers I've dealt with are happy to pack. They will charge you to pack. They will also move boxes *you* packed, but will exempt this from their insurance. Then again, the base coverage from movers is total crap (6 cents a pound or something stupid?). Then again !! I'm paranoid about Someone Else dropping my stuff from the second story because, they're not liable.

I tried a diffuser when a Perisan cat I had recently got was overgrooming - it had Feliway calming hormones in it.

Turned out though, one of my other cats had a bad reaction, and the day the diffuser died out he would go crazy and attack in a burst of mania for about 15 minutes whatever was around - the new cat, his buddy he'd been with for 10+ with no issues, etc. Then he was fine.

It took a while and some inspiration to link the attacks to the mister. When I did I got some xanax for cats and put him on it while the mister ran out and then tapered him of the drugs. No problems after that.
