I say we are in a time of black swan events (Trump himself was just such an event) and nobody knows how this will shake out. Hope you have ammo for said purchase. 9mm is my main platform. Have a glock and 2 carbines. All of them use the G17 mag. I had been able to find 9mm on occasion at a local outlet. Only 2 boxes at a time. Kept me from dipping into my burning times inventory for some range time. That has dried up. Person at the store told me that their suppliers have suspended all back orders and there is no projection on when deliveries might resume. I did pick up 4 more 33 rnd mags last week.

This was pretty much inevitable. The COVID lockdown, the cancel culture destroying people's jobs for the wrong politics, wrong skin, wrong use of pronouns, whatever. The targeted middle and working classes leave a lot of smart, proficient people with time on their hands.
And the worst thing of all, for them, is that their active minds are bored.

And they will look around for ways to be entertained or busy and they will spot the cracks in the system. Like the insane rate of naked shorts on GME, and they will exploit those for the LOLs or profit.
I expect more of this to happen in surprising ways. Again mostly from the Left. The Democrats have spent a lot of time and capitol generating a low watt revolutionaries. They will act.
None of this is the least bit surprising.

Watch the video. The swab they stick up your arse is designed to break off. When they pull the swab out and put it into the test tube, they bend the swab until the shaft breaks. Forgive me for not being on the adventurous side of life, but what happens when if that shaft breaks off while they are 5 inches up my bum gathering a sample? The answer "We'll get Shep! to get it" isn't the correct answer.

Here is my question. The COVID test they do is to swab up your nose to gather mucous and see if there is any virus present. Doesn't mean the virus has necessarily infected you, but is present in mucous that is exposed to outside air. I'm not an infectious disease expert, nor pretend to be one like Dr Fauci, but doesn't this seem plausible? Have the virus present in your nasal cavity even though you are vaccinated?
