Hit the English translation (top of the page, at the right). It's worth it.

It's a French website called "Pour La Photo." As in, only for the photo. It's a website for a company that hires "diverse" actors to pose in your company photos and make it appear, only for the photo, that your company is diverse.

It's a parody website but so accurate I'm rating it "Mostly True."

#FakeWoke Corporations, such as CNN, make sure there are lots of minorities in pictures but very few of them hold top jobs.

Jake Tapper ain't giving up his job. But he'll make a lot of noise about the need of other people not named Jake Tapper to give up their positions to underrepresented minorities.

And then they also used B-roll footage from something else. The B-roll footage/pictures definitely included more "diversity" so yes this is almost certainly a thing. I don't have a Subaru now but I enjoyed driving the Subarus which are smaller than the Outback - if you don't need tons of power, they are a blast, especially in inclement weather.

I know some people who have had problems with their Outbacks (like 2015 and earlier), and I personally found the handling a bit "floaty". But definitely not worse than others in the same class. I just like a grounded drive.

They hold their value well so I'm thinking they must generally be pretty reliable. I don't know how it compares to all the other makes but they do seem to have a lot of stupid recalls.

We have a 2015 Forester. We test drove an Outback after a lady crashed our Rav 4 into bits while she was texti...scuse me, when she sneezed. The Outback's visibility was not as good as the Forester, but we also prefer the small SUV profile rather than the wagon profile. It's also roomier in the Forester, which is nice. Test drive both to see which suits you.

It doesn't have much punch when you hit the gas so you have to keep that in mind when making quick decisions. Not really roomy inside. My wife has a 2019 Outback, and I have a 2006 Forester. Great cars. Lots of snow in CT right now, and I wouldn't drive anything else short of a truck. Jeeps were on my radar at one point because every other car in CT is a Jeep (the other car is a Subaru), but I'll pass on the Jeeps from now on, thanks to the L(I)V Bowl.

In a way that's actually true. Dogs can hear at a much higher pitch and a vacuum cleaner motor and air movement I'm sure puts out some very loud harmonics in a range we can't hear.

And it could be at a pitch that dogs and other animals emit when they're getting attacked/hurt. I know rabbits squeal.

Morrison was simply restating doctrine on minor versus major officers that is scattered throughout constitutional law cases such as Mistretta. See 28 CFR Section 6000.7 with derived authority from 28 USC Section 509 and 5 USC Section 301. Those statutes describe the powers of the Attorney General.

Even Nixon had to get the AG to fire Archibald Cox, not himself. The AG and Dept. AG resigned leaving Solicitor General Bork to do the deed.
