The Morning Report - 12/24/20 [J.J. Sefton]

rush111.jpg

Good morning, kids. Thursday and it's Christmas Eve. I'll try to keep it brief and do some Ace-style "quick hits" but knowing me, I'm sure I'll be rambling once I find my mojo. Along with the continued fallout over the President's ripping the 5,500 page looting of the Treasury disguised as a Chinese COVID relief bill and his counter-offer (hopefully as a stand-alone bill that shreds the other 5,499-ish pages), we have news this morning that Trump has pardoned another 26 individuals including Democrat/Deep State persecuted political prisoners Paul Manafort and Roger Stone. It never ceases to amaze and infuriate me how the Left manages to portray itself as noble, moral and just no matter how obvious their fraud, how egregious their crimes, or how massive the evidence of their failures and guilt. I expect vermin like Paypal Jayapal and Titty Caca AOC (who may very well find herself back at a bar [if they ever open again] due to New York losing a congressional district) to open the flapping exhaust pipes above their chins to spout their bile. But then there's Ben Sasse-hole. I don't think I ever saw a faster costume change than this douchebag. Touted as the cream of the crop of the next generation of young conservatives, it took him about a nanosecond to get on his knees to suckle the length and breadth of K-Street and the Chamber of Commerce. How Nebraskans fell for this cheap punk I'll never know. I'd say he should be primaried but considering the legitimacy of our elections going forward, we're probably stuck with this jagoff for the next half-century or so. If we still exist. If G-d is good, I'll me moldering in my grave well before that and not have to endure that particularly noxious vat of acridity.

Speaking of rigged elections, White House advisor Peter Navarro has written a comprehensive report that goes into great detail on specifically how the 2020 election was stolen. For anyone claiming there's no evidence, it's all speculation and conspiracy theories, etc. etc., Navarro really lays it out.

This is election fraud at the retail level. Voting illegally, or voting twice, or in multiple states, is a felony. These allegations are easy to verify -- but so far, no court has allowed the Trump team to provide the lists of voters Navarro cites. And states controlled by Democrats have systematically refused any outside examination of their voter rolls and screamed "voter suppression" whenever groups such as Judicial Watch have forced them to hand over the evidence in the courts.

Then you have the cemetery vote -- at least 8,000 of them in Pennsylvania, and probably more in Philadelphia, Milwaukee, and Detroit -- and "ghost" voters who were added to the voter rolls on Election Day by poll workers. In Michigan, for example, thousands of people who showed up without ID were assigned birth dates in 1900 and allowed to vote. This is fraud organized and carried out by others.

In addition, Navarro describes multiple cases of wholesale fraud, especially in Wisconsin and Michigan, where election workers were caught on camera or by multiple eyewitnesses who submitted sworn affidavits running batches of ballots repeatedly through tabulating machines. "Evidence of these particular kinds of "ballot stuffing" are present across all six battleground states," Navarro notes.

It's a must read, unless you're a Democrat or Ben Sasse-hole, but I repeat myself. In any case, Eric Croomer the security director of Dominion is suing Sidney Powell, Lin Wood and Trump Campaign. Well, discovery should be lit. Bring it on.

Getting back to the Chinese COVID Lung Pox, a Taiwan factory that just happens to be the second largest in the world that produces the ingredients for HCQ suddenly went up in flames. Hmm... Anyway, I thought HCQ was poison so what's the big deal (sarc)? Elsewhere in the world, President Trump drew a very bright red line in the sand after a Farsi missile attack near our assets in Iraq. Whether Trump has four weeks left or four more years and four weeks left, the Iranians are making a big mistake if they think he is not going to do anything in response.

Lastly, in his final broadcast for the year, Rush Limbaugh was particularly open and honest about his health. For long time listeners, he does take this opportunity to thank his audience but all things considered, many people sensed something a bit deeper and more urgent in his words and his tone. Diagnosed almost exactly a year ago with stage four lung cancer, he admitted that his doctors did not think he'd make it into the fall. That he is still here is a miracle. I hope and pray yesterday was not his last broadcast, and that he is with us for many more years to come.

Anyway, lots of stuff to peruse. Have a great Christmas eve.

prayers for him, and the President, and all of us, this season and for the future.

15 Just when you think 2020 couldn't get any weirder, I find myself agreeing with Bro-Fo.

Now, there are arguments to be made against handing out Free Money, to be sure. That "Free Money" is being put on our national credit card, and there must eventually be a reckoning of some kind (most likely in the form of inflation).

However, if Free Money is to be handed out, it should be handed out to the actual Americans who are hurting, and who will be on the hook for it. Not to Nasty PissLousy's owners. Not to Bitch McConMan's owners. And definitely not to "gender studies" in Pocky-Ston.

He found out in Nov that one daughter was failling -- because her homework was being submitted but not recieved. 80 > And I asked around about the curriculum and discovered that the elementary math program sucks in normal years too.

You are correct.

One of the positive outcomes of this charade might be a whole bunch of parents realizing just what a joke "school" has become.

I know at least one couple who's already yanked their kids and started home-schooling. It's not something they've ever mentioned before, but after a week or so of seeing what passed for "school", they couldn't in good conscience do it any more.

As for me, my work was done long ago; I am now simply observing the naturally accelerating force and fruits of earlier labors. I just watch and chuckle from my happy redoubt.

You poor souls suffer from a surfeit of sentimentality on one hand, a deficit of imagination on the other. I enjoy quite the opposite.

I look forward to the coming days. We will have such fun.

84 What makes less sense is spending nearly $200 million on new cars for foreign HIV/AIDS workers.

Average price for a new $36,800 (PS rhennigan has never paid more than $30k for truck)

200000000 / 36800=5434 New Cars

So we have over 5000 people in other countries working on HIV AIDS. We have 40k new cases in the US.

Are not Americans more important???

This was my kid's assessment too. When school abruptly ended, we were left on our own and I immediately began teaching them on my own. I am proud to say the 2nd grader scored at the 99% level, as I went beyond the curriculum the school was using. I think many other families do this too as "No Child Left Behind" translates and "No Child can move ahead (unless you do it yourself)"

During this show he spoke often about Biden, and his ongoing gloom and doom - that we are heading into a "dark winter".

It was hard not to miss the contrast, and to realize we will be losing someone very special. Not just to the conservative movement, but to America.
Mega ditto prayers being sent his way. And thank you Rush for helping to teach millions of American's how to think about true conservatism, and the special blessings of being an American.

I'd have zipped through all my schoolwork in no time flat, attended the mandatory session, and had the whole rest of the day to myself without any bullies. I'd have begged my mom to never make me go back to in-person school again.

My son, however, is different from me (I notice a lot of parents these days seem to struggle with the concept that their children are not miniature editions of them). Online learning would be a total disaster for him. So we're homeschooling.

165 Bernie used approx. 429,000 gallons of gasoline.

Say you commute 25 miles and burn 3 gallons of gas/day.

15 gals per week. 750 gal/year.

You work 35 years and retire.

750 * 35=26250

To burn 429,000 gals you would have to work 572 years.

245 @224 That's where we were in the late Sixties, and that's where "libertarian" came from. That term has now been put through a wringer to the extent that most people who've never been one completely despise it.

No, come to think of it, that's also where "conservative" is too. Here is one difference: sure, the "Big L" party got led astray somewhat (seemed to me, mostly during the Harry Browne "How you can profit from the coming cholera epidemic" era), but for the most part, the current all-druggies-and-open-borders hate was conjured up very neatly from outside, by Hillary's agents in 2008, when they came up with "liberaltarianism" to try to make their 19th century racialism look like it had a newer aspect.

250 Merry Christmas to everyone here who have kept me sane. It'll just be me and scrooge (hubby) this holiday, we aren't close to our son and don't expect to hear from him. I put up my tree as usual and a week after I did, there was a blowout of the entire lighting system so no lights on the tree this year. I'll figure it out after. I have my health even as a lot of co-workers (family business, they're all related) have the Covid this Christmas and won't be able to be together. I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday with family and friends to stick it to our betters.

339 I think this is a great opportunity to both erase some federal debt and destroy the university system in this country. If the left wants student loan forgiveness and free college then let's give it to them. Only, not as a government program, as a financial responsibility of the universities. They can pay off all the loans and stop charging for their propaganda and worthless degrees. Oh, and no more public funding, let them survive on alumni donations.
