I could not dream of a situation where I would go to Dicks Sporting goods for any reason. If you are conservative and go there, you need to do some thinking. What exactly do they have that you need? I walked through Dick's yesterday as a shortcut to get to the mall. Our women love Bath and BodyWotks, ya know.
They are still selling rifles and shotguns here! Hell, they even had a couple of pretty Henry rifles. They had a 2 box limit on ammo so I grabbed 2 boxes of .380.

I walked through Dick's yesterday as a shortcut to get to the mall. Our women love Bath and BodyWotks, ya know.
They are still selling rifles and shotguns here! Hell, they even had a couple of pretty Henry rifles. They had a 2 box limit on ammo so I grabbed 2 boxes of .380.
And then went back in and bought 2 more from a different register.

I could live in Appomattox County. Not quite Shenandoah Valley but just a beautiful part of VA. The Blue Ridge Pkwy is gorgeous. I loved it. Did a Civil War tour a few years ago through Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, The Wilderness, Chancellorsville, Appomattox Court House a couple of years ago. I figure I better see them now before the Cultural revolutionaries devour them.

So if that is a no, and the courts continue to weasel out of their responsibility of discovering truth, and the state government officials are crooked, and the state legislatures spineless, why is Trump seem confident?
Does he think he will get enough illegal votes thrown out in enough states? The margins are close, and the fraud is huge. But getting a court to listen? I do think if one state falls, they will topple like dominoes.
Is he going to use the Executive Order of 2018 to hold a military tribunal of some kind, because it was an invasion and had foreign participants?
That Trump message yesterday has me confused what he may have in mind.
I'm not looking forward to be governed by Chinese CCP Quislings.

I think the inauguration day is fast approaching and will be virtual (I think). I hope its a very snowy, cold day. I believe JFK's swearing in was done inside because of the cold. About the only good thing coming out of the Coup Flu scam is businesses hopping on the delivery band wagon. A neighbor lady gets just about everything delivered (doesn't drive) including a lot of perishables (Aldis). She is by no means a shut in but she says delivery gives her a little bit more sense of independence, not having to call son, DIL or friends for a lift. She even gets the cat's supplies delivered and she really takes advantage of free shipping, like putting orders together that come to $35.01 if $35 gives you free delivery.

The main problem here is that while there are a likely a larger number of people who voted for Trump than for the Enemy, not all that many who voted for Trump are Saints.
Our Founding Fathers doubted the long term success of this nation because as outsiders have observed, that a good nation requires good people. A Constitutional Republic is only suitable for a moral and religious people, totally unsuitable for any other.
The Great Experiment worked for as long as there were enough moral people. Even then that was in doubt because Democrats, back in 1787 put together Tammany Hall to throw elections, and were stirring up wars ever since, finally getting one in 1861.
As long as the spirit of Democrats exists, we can't have nice things. That is proven time and time again. Its almost as if it was written in the Bible.
So what is the next best alternative to a Constitutional Republic? Probably a benevolent dictatorship. Anything else is going to be warlords and tyranny.

After Clemson's win last night, I was watching the team interview. While Trevor Lawrence was being asked questions, there was a black teammate beside him with black tape across his nose. It said "George Floyd" with a heart drawn on the bridge of the guy's nose. I was really surprised Dabo would've allowed any kind of political message on any of his guys. I am glad you did it. And it sickens me what has gone on. Until this year, VA did not get the worst of it. Most of the sites are run by the NPS and so far they have refused to cave to the neo Taliban. The crap in portsmouth or wherever near the water was new and a real shame. In VA at least, none of this would have been possible until the 2018 elections. Alexandria had voted to get rid of the memorial but they had no power to do so. I could live in Appomattox County. Not quite Shenandoah Valley but
just a beautiful part of VA. The Blue Ridge Pkwy is gorgeous. I loved
it. Did a Civil War tour a few years ago through Fredericksburg,
Spotsylvania, The Wilderness, Chancellorsville, Appomattox Court House a
couple of years ago. I figure I better see them now before the Cultural
revolutionaries devour them.

With the surveillance state and with the quantum leaps in data analysis used by marketers to target their audiences will also be used to determine sentiment and candidate preferences.
The problem with that system is that the preferences would also be synthesized and there would be a level of marketing used to leave those impressions.

Try to check out the monuments at New Bedford. It is a special place. You can throw in so much more as Appomattox, Wasshinton and Lee, VMI etc are so close. I like to put in a Civil War tape and just travel, just get away from it all. That site is something special but the best part is there is so much else nearby.

244 RB, I was given a dehydrator, and while messing around with it, I made up some chipped beef. Took a few packs of that individual serving thin sliced beef lunch meat, salted it and put it on a few of the racks. It came out close to the stuff in a jar. I bagged it and stuck it in the fridge, so I don't know about shelf life in a jar, but if you used old school cold packing methods it should be ok.

WalMart delivers "free" on orders over $35, but I found the cheapest items are often not included. Just yesterday I signed up for Sam's Club ... free delivery for the premium ($100/year) ... Aldi's walnuts were ~$5 for one pound, Sam's had three pounds for $10. (walnuts are a decent keto food, so a staple for me now, instead of peanuts)
A few other things like that seemed like a good deal from Sam's Club ... maybe slightly better than in store at WalMart or Aldis. But bulkier items don't ship free even at Sam's ... but it is close, so not a big deal. Delivery is useful, just to remove a chore from the list.

that is pushing it a bit. Sure the freezer can be a pain but it has its upside. I freeze sliced bread a lot. I am not a regular bread eater but I have thrown away enough of it to realize the freezer works well. You can also freeze bacon. That is how we got it wen I used to work at a club house grill. The key is to unass it from the packaging that is not designed a lick for your convenience. You have to freeze the slices separately on parchment. After that you are good to go. They will keep a long time and they cook up basically the same way.

sausage gravy really owns chipped beef in my opinion. It is not hard to do. Sure it takes a few tries if you are a newb, but after that, it is easy. Running it off can be hard though, it is not a dish that sits well if you don't run it off.

Re - shopping online and delivery. Amazon.ca is quite good, they ship quickly and things get here in no time. But other sellers? I was saying yesterday I'd ordered 2 monitors from NewEgg. They were supposedly shipped last Monday from Toronto, to get to me here in Ottawa. That distance is about the equivalent to Philadelphia to Boston, and it's a week later and they're STILL not here. I think they finally reached Ottawa some time yesterday, so they *should* get here tomorrow, but that's a long time; and they were sent by Purolator. All it tells me is that it's useless to pay extra for fast shipping - you'll almost never get it, and these companies have no scruple about taking your money and simply not giving you what you paid for.

And as much as I hate to say it, but the states will do nothing to fight it for fear of being cut off from the federal and Chinese money pipelines.
