Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Saturday Morning Coffee BreakThe Coffee Break Is Always Looking Out For YouTM I am writing in response to your request for additional information. In block number 3 of the accident reporting form, I put quote – poor planning – unquote as the cause of my accident. You said in your letter that I should explain more fully, and I trust that the following details will be sufficient. I am a bricklayer by trade. On the day of the accident, I was working alone on the roof of a new six story building. When I completed my work, I discovered that I had about 500 pounds of brick left over. Rather than carry the bricks down by hand, I decided to lower them in a barrel by using a pulley which fortunately was attached to the side of the building, at the sixth floor. Securing the rope at ground level, I went up to the roof, swung the barrel out, and loaded the bricks into it. Then I went back to the ground and untied the rope, holding it tightly to insure a slow descent of the 500 pounds of bricks. You will note in block number eleven of the accident reporting form that I weigh 135 pounds. Due to my surprise to being jerked off the ground so suddenly, I lost my presence of mind and forgot to let go of the rope. Needless to say, I proceeded at a rather rapid rate up the side of the building. In the vicinity of the third floor, I met the barrel coming down. This explains the fractured skull and broken collarbone. Slowed only slightly, I continued my rapid ascent, not stopping until the fingers of my right hand were two-knuckles deep into the pulley. Fortunately, by this time I had regained my presence of mind and was able to hold tightly to the rope in spite of my pain. At approximately the same time, however, the barrel of bricks hit the ground --- and the bottom fell out of the barrel. Devoid of the weight of the bricks, the barrel now weight approximately fifty pounds. I refer you again to my weight in block number eleven. As you might imagine, I began a rapid descent down the side of the building. In the vicinity of the third floor, I met the barrel coming up. This accounts for the two fractured ankles and the lacerations of my legs and lower body. The encounter with the barrel slowed me enough to lessen my injuries when I fell onto the pile of bricks and, fortunately, only three vertebrae were cracked. I am sorry to report, however, that as I lay there on the bricks – in pain, unable to stand, and watching the empty barrel six stories above me – I again lost my presence of mind --- I LET GO OF THE ROPE ……….. Why does Rudolph have to earn the love of his peers by providing a service? Can't he just "be," and be loved? Why must he "do" in order to be loved? This song teaches all the wrong lessons. Posted by: Michael Rittenhouse at December 19, 2020 09:05 AM (1Sy2q) 9

I've had my 5 (tiny) cups already today. In about an hour I'm due to head out for my haircut and beard trim. Then I plan to run by the jeweler who's serviced my watches in the past, and let Linda pick out something in the jewelry line for Christmas. Should I tell her the price cap beforehand? Good morning, Horde!
Made a slightly stronger than usual pot with Costco Colombian beans this morning. Hard to beat at just over five bucks a pound. I am shopping a new knife set and some new pots and pans. Our wedding stuff has worn. We have never bought higher end knives. The pots and pans were Calphalon and lasted well. They were non stick, but we got lazy and started putting them in the dishwasher about ten years ago. My MIL used forks to stir when she used them, that did not help much either. Any suggestions for pots, pans and knives? I like to use one large knife, like a cleaver or a kitchen knife for meat and simply chunking larger veg, and one smaller one for more delicate prep. I can get by with splurging a bit on one or two knives and ditching the block with seven knives in it along with all the shitty and useless steak knives most sets come with. I have not eaten a steak that requires a steak knife for decades. Not sure why they give them to people at restaurants, either. Thinking of putting up a magnet on the backsplash. That idea appeals to us. That would free up the counter space for something else to agonize over for a few months. Now to read the comments above and catch up. Have a great day, everyone! The "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" story we know is a highly sanitized version of the original Scandanavian folktale. Kind of like the real Grimm's fairy tales, and all the stories Disney cleaned up. They're actually full of cannibalism, pedophilia, incest, and all kinds of other wickedness. Same with Rudolph. it's really he story that of a wild, drunken (the red nose), unreliable, even dangerous warrior/reindeer who is generally shunned by polite society, but is called upon in the moment of that society's most extreme danger and prevails.

It gives them a horribly distorted view of reality. Woody Boyd: Yeah, but you got to admit, it's easy to whistle. Dr. Frasier Crane: No, I'm serious. First the other reindeer tease and then ostracize him. And then when his abnormality proves of service, they use him. Dr. Frasier Crane: [Sam and Woody are speechless] But then do they allow him to play in their stupid reindeer games? Sam Malone, Woody Boyd: Yes. Dr. Frasier Crane: Oh, no, I know how the song goes. Maria B on with Sen Johnson talking of all the Biden money (Burisma China) and the blanket of protection they get, even as Biden and Kerry openly lie and say they know nothing about it.
The biggest threat is not China, it is these shadow globalists that have taken over our monetary system, that are now so rich they can buy everything, that will soon put us on their own digital currency which can be monitored, and cut off at will. (or whatever plans they have for total control). They will deal with China (and Islam in Europe) later, subduing American patriots is their bigger priority (no church, no social gatherings, except for Democrats). Republicans have all the power to stop the steal, they had the power to make elections clean, Mitch stopped that ... GOPe is "in on it". Trump gave us a window into how deep it is, and even now an insurrection act move or other action is the world's best hope to fight back against the cabal. But most of America would rather save their stock gains (in BigTech mostly) than save our Liberty. Upheaval is ahead, in any case. Posted by: Illiniwek at December 19, 2020 09:40 AM (Cus5s) 96

Does no good to rant but again I wish the Trump team would have raised all this information they had about voting machines, poll watching, mail in ballots , etc prior to the election. They should have been litigating this a year before the election. They should have also released the Hunter Biden info at the time when Rudy kept hinting he had a bombshell which was at least six months before he did finally release the 'bombshell' which was diffused by the MSM.

GA Senate: GREAT news this morning!
Trafalgar: Perdue +2.7% over Ossoff Loeffler +6.7% over Warnock In addition, Trafalgar's' LV (likely voter) sample was 35% AA; 55% Female; & 9% 19-24 age group. ALL of these numbers are probably too high. Targetsmart, com also reports that the GOP percentage of in-person EV (early voting) increased by appx 2.5% between Th. & Fri. Loeffler's attacks on "Radical Ralph" Warnock, which her ads repeat constantly, MAY be paying off-- that's a serious deterioration for Warnock since Trafalgar's earlier poll. A deep dive into Warnock's videotaped sermons has produced a LOT of leftwing garbage that has the DEMs nervous-- & poor Ossoff is running a joint campaign with Warnock. They're conjoined twins now. "Dominion" ... the election has already been stolen, so forget about it. Posted by: Wolfus Aurelius at December 19, 2020 09:15 AM (rpbg1) My favorite version! You reminded me of someone special. Our fifth grade class took a field trip to see that in a theater (in the seventies, not 1951). So cool. What a great teacher she was. Another of many unique things she did with us was to bring bags and bags of artichokes to teach us all how to prepare and eat them. She brought a portable cooktop and cookware and everything. She gave us artichokes to take home and enjoy the process with our families. She shared stories of the Holocaust with us. Her family survived it and eventually emigrated to the USA. They lived in a kibbutz for a time but artichoke farming was not the life for them. It has been a while and I have not reflected on her often enough over the years to keep her life stories fresh. At any rate, I am extremely lucky to have met her and had her as a teacher. Never Again. Posted by: Denny Crane! at December 19, 2020 10:16 AM (uc+oy) 176

This board justifiably has issues with the conduct of AG Barr and SCOTUS. One thing that they both have to be commended for is proceeding with the execution of that subhuman monster Alfred Bourgeois.
I'm generally against the death penalty, except in the case of a person indisputably convicted of torture-murder. Bourgeois' case fits that description only too well. He had appealed all the way to the Supreme Court, which denied him on December 7. His claim was that he was "intellectually disabled".Funny, that claim never surfaced during his initial trial, nor during the sixteen years federal death penalty was on hold. Only when his snuffing was imminent did he decide to play the victim. So I guess that's the silver lining to the AG William Barr cloud. Posted by: kallisto at December 19, 2020 10:26 AM (DJFLF) 201

I think it's the banner ads screwing up the site -- the ones for the phoney investing sites or news sites a few weeks ago and the fruit laxatives (or whatever) ones this week just passed. When they're up, it takes me twenty minutes of reloading, sometimes including having to cold reboot my tablet to get to a stable thread page. And it's not the website's problem but the new iteration of Twitter screws up with comments threads too -- kind of a time delay as they load or reload. I've found that at Disqus comments threads too so it's not an HQ coding problem. I assume tweets are now bigger memory hogs than the previous version causing it. Does no good to rant but again I wish the Trump team would have raised all this information they had about voting machines, poll watching, mail in ballots , etc prior to the election. They should have been litigating this a year before the election. Yeah, all these shouldas which were never done. They never took the election fraud seriously enough. I think Trump won in 2016 because he made it clear in the months leading up to it, that he KNEW the other side was trying to cheat, and *he was watching them*. They were uncertain of how far he'd go if they were caught, so they hesitated and lost. Then 2018 came with lots of in-your-face, slow-motion cheating, and Trump let them get away with it. It was all over then; they lost their fear of him and knew they could do whatever they wanted and nothing would happen. In 2016 Philly did its SOP voter fraud, ballots were still being counted after election day, chipping into Trump's margin of victory. But the machine hadn't anticipated Trump flipping so many blue counties in our state. So this year, they took no chances and perpetrated the mother of all election steals. I've found that at Disqus comments threads too so it's not an HQ coding problem. I assume tweets are now bigger memory hogs than the previous version causing it. My favorite version! You reminded me of someone special. Our fifth grade
class took a field trip to see that in a theater (in the seventies, not 1951). So cool. What a great teacher she was. I had 2 teachers like that, for 4th grade and my highschool German teacher. Miss Bastick was the 4th grade teacher (and don't laugh at her name! It wasn't until I was grown up that I realized that it was funny) and she started each morning reading us a Bible verse, then at some point in the morning she'd read us a chapter from a novel - we heard all the Narnia books, and she also read us a series of books about Vikings. She'd play us classical music records; I learned all about the French Horn virtuoso Dennis Brain, and went on to play French Horn in the high school band as a result. I remember once she held a competition; she played the final movement of Beethoven's 9th Symphony, and we had to stand and conduct it. The last one standing won a prize! They were people who put my feet on the right path. It might be nice to do a post about our favourite teachers some day. I'll bet everyone has someone they could commemorate. 98 Does no good to rant but again I wish the Trump team would have raised all this information they had about voting machines, poll watching, mail in ballots , etc prior to the election. Posted by: Dr. Mabuse I guess Trump will have to fall back on his original plan, the one he's been following since 2018 and the one he's been executing every day since. Posted by: redbanzai the Southerner at December 19, 2020 11:10 AM (946rW) Not only this but the Constitution entrusts the states with running elections so it's not like Trump or Barr could send a non derp state federal occupying army to make sure things are run on the up and up. The fatal flaw the founders made was knowing this experiment would only work for virtuous people which is a far cry from the ruling class of grifters and cocksuckers now entrenched. Trump raised alarms all over the place. Republicans filed many suits pre-election
In other words, the enemy had built themselves a Maginot Line through the courts. And Trump's brilliant strategy was to march up to it over and over again for 4 years and be shot down. That wasn't good enough, but it was naive to expect a man of his age and preconceptions to realize that WWI tactics wouldn't work in WWIII. We needed a more lawless president, one who'd strike in unexpected directions, using unexpected tools, to win this war, and Trump just wasn't the guy. Why weren't the well informed horde not discussing all of those specific questionable Dominion connections prior to the election? Why were we not discussing the Hunter Biden laptop info a few months prior to the election? That's what I'm talking about. Sure Trump talked in generalities about potential fraud but his team had specifics they sat on until after the election. We can't say Trump couldn't do anything about this information prior to the election because the Press squashed it but then say he can do something with it after the election. That doesn't make sense. Posted by: Mr. Meeseeks, Look at me at December 19, 2020 11:27 AM (2DOZq) 357

No standing ----- Yeah, there's the simple answer to that statement. The PA supreme court had more integrity that SCOTUS or the federal court system. Roberts caved, and passed the buck. Now it's up to the House to do its Constitutional duty. Yes I know the Wicked Witch of the West Coast is still the Speaker, but the Trump-voting states must demand to be heard and counted, or walk out in protest. Posted by: andycanuck at December 19, 2020 10:59 AM (UDapT) I would like to believe the inability of the "good guys" to nail people responsible for the missing Epstein videos, the FBI and CIA coup attempt using the Russian dodge, the fake whistleblower crap pulled by Schiif, and the voting machine and vote counting crap is due to the bad guys being very, very good at covering their tracks. But it stretches believeability too far to think all of these failures by the good guys are solely due to the cover-up skills of the bad guys. Perhaps, but the power brokers within the GOP were definitely A-ok with the steal. Hell, if the GOP supported Trump in any meaningful manner, they would've held- and would still wield- all the levers of power... I loath the GOP leadership. If we can't come aboard, take over, force the leadership to walk the plank, and redirect the cannons, we must make sure the ship is scuttled. The thing that Trump has done that (altho very disheartening) did the most service to the citizens is his removal of the veil of lies and fakery performed by so many of our previously valued and trusted institutions of both government and business.
The good it accomplished was giving us warning of their untrustworthiness before they could do even more damage. They would've been especially able to mislead and delude us in the coming months of the struggle we will have with the Biden/Harris Administration. And btw calling him President elect is really very appropriate and should be continued even after the date of the inauguration (unless Trump manages to pull a squeaker) because that's all he is. He'll NEVER be President. And it really should be said; "President-Select" as that's what happened. A group of our opponents with money and help from foreign and domestic enemies managed to fake an election that seemed to gift Biden with the Presidency. And all of these liars and fakes are stepping up to "calm" us down and reassure us that the election was not a fraud. Fortunately they're actual goal is not to maintain peace and assurance but to make it more difficult for those of us who will resist these lies to communicate and to also gain reassurance of our position by the knowledge that we are not alone. Trust no one until they have proven themselves and even then they must be continually observed. Looking for signs of treason and chaos. Posted by: jakee308 at December 19, 2020 12:00 PM (x7ua2) 369
Venus became as hot as it is by the proximity of the sun, it's close to circular orbit, the lack of a satellite and no tilt of it's axis of rotation.
Climate "change" is merely a symptom. And may or may not be beneficial. Perhaps there's some sulfur breathing organisms on Venus that have flourished and evolved more rapidly due to the temperature increase. Posted by: jakee308 at December 19, 2020 12:06 PM (x7ua2) 370
